How so? As far as I see it, you are free to do what you want. It's your merit for a reason. You are correct, users should be able to do what you want with your merit. Perhaps you missed the part in the OP that I was referring to: Lately with the merit system coming out,[...] actmyname , have started giving red trust to people for sending merit to each other's account for reasons like : "Merit was sent literally minutes apart for inconsequential posts."
I'm still confused af. Atriz and Lauda work together, and they haven't given out insane amounts of merit, so what's the big deal? Mind I say Lauda hasn't even given trust to Atriz, so your logic of making a mockery doesn't help your argument. Furthermore, what actmyname is pointing out is merits being given out to alt accounts, not "random people". If you don't like what he is doing, create a thread about it and debate his negative trust. Atriz & Lauda IMO are not the same people, and here I quote Atriz to sum this up again: Lauda deserves a lot more than 50 merits imo, I'm not bothered to go through every post and merit them, so I just picked one.

There is always the possibility that Theymos may introduce a new rank requiring more Merit than 1,000. I get that, however this is present day with no such thing on the horizon (at least not yet). As you said, it's a possibility. There is no point in doing anything "fishy" if there is no reason for it. |

I cannot post in the thread giving me negative trust. It is totally unfair and how do I "challenge" the person giving me negative trust? Yes I advertised a service and then I provided it to some people. You had no prof AT ALL as to how I accelerated the transactions. I had multiple happy people with what I helped them with. I did not post anywhere else or use other "FREE" services to accelerate. This is completely unfair. I did not SPAM the free service either like so many people were doing.
Then prove that you aren't using a free transaction accelerator? How are you otherwise able to accelerate these transactions? Do you own an army of miners or is the owner of one of the most prominent mining pools? If not, then you must be using a free accelerator. Nobody would give you negative trust if you weren't provoding this service. Period. Look at how many people are already offering a free(tips) transaction acceleration service already. Do you really think that it helps to have another one to flood the entire services section with free acceleration threads? If you want this neg trust removed, talk to lauda. The burden should not be on me to prove anything. He says I was using free acceleration services but he has no proof so it's him that is doing something fraudulent. All you have to do is prove that you were NOT using a free acceleration service. If you were not, then the trust will be removed. I'm not saying you did or did not do anything, it's just there have been plenty of people scamming the community recently, so everything has to be taken with a grain of salt. It's hard to differentiate the legit ones from the scammers. I have complete confidence in Lauda that he/she will remove your trust if you just explained how you accelerate transactions... |
