141  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How not having money helped my Bitcoin journey on: April 18, 2023, 04:20:46 PM
That’s a really good point of view OP, It is disappointing how newbies are always complaining about everything related to Bitcoin. They be looking for easy ways to earn Bitcoin without any effort and knowledge however, that’s not possible to happen. Bitcoin is not easy to get nowadays. Plus, mining is no longer profitable. In fact, as far as I am concerned to you have to find solutions and opportunities. If you don’t have money to invest and you are financially unstable, try to find a source of income. To be honest, I encourage newbies to develop their skills and knowledge before starting any type of fields, try to take useful  courses and read books. It is really essential to use online resources smartly. Once you achieve these, build a solid portfolio and start doing freelance jobs, the beginning is always tough but with practice and experience you will be definitely able to earn money.
142  Economy / Speculation / Re: How was your belief formed? on: April 17, 2023, 11:58:43 PM
I am often considered crazy by friends around me who invest in stocks, bonds and real estate, they always laugh at me when we discuss portfolios and investment opportunities. Maybe some of us (on this forum) also have the same fate as always being ridiculed when talking about investing in bitcoin.
Maybe they still lack knowledge about Bitcoin, and don't know how the pattern of cycles is, so they close themselves not to investing in Bitcoin, and on average they say that Bitcoin is an investment based on speculation so that fluctuations occur, but my logic rejects this because stocks and real estate can also be influenced by speculation.
The people who mocked you the most with Bitcoin will respect you again. Just need some time. In every environment there are some people who make negative comments without realizing anything. Many are violent. But keep growing your portfolio regardless of these factors. It doesn't take long time to change the equation with in moments. Take the ridicule behavior positively you get from your friends that would be your savings as well. The most valuable thing ever created on this planet is Bitcoin. We may not appreciate it yet, but there will be a time While possessing a Satoshi would not be possible for many because institutional investors will increase rapidly.

The best way is to ignore those people, just remember that everyone has a different goal, and we invest or work hard for ourselves and our family, not for those friends. We don't need to waste time explaining to anyone, instead, show them what you have achieved by investing in bitcoin. The best way to tell them is to show them your results to see who will laugh at whom. That's how I talk to people who have laughed at me in the past.
Exactly, and it is better to be surrounded with a good quality people and avoid the pessimistic and negative ones who would like to bring you down. There is no need to focus on this category and waste your time and energy on them. If you have a goal, cover your ears and work hard on it until you achieve success, at that time these haters will shut their mouths, that’s how it works. In addition to that, investing in Bitcoin is always fruitful but in long term. By the way, the current price is still low ( under $30k ), that means it is a good opportunity to purchase as much as possible and HODL until it hits ATH again. However, it is pretty difficult to predict an accurate price of Bitcoin in the near future.
143  Economy / Economics / Re: "Greedflation" has gone too far! on: April 17, 2023, 11:37:19 PM
Humans really don't have satisfaction in their possessions, they always want more than what they get and if they get an opportunity like that no human misses it even though they already have everything.
Enough is not enough again, Greed has increased and will increase, as people and companies see how much more comfortable and powerful sufficient money makes them, there is always the desire for more. Companies and individuals will want to increase their profit even if they are not doing poorly financially. Things are difficult currently economically, but a few people and a few companies with sufficient money are not disturbed by the changes because they have the money to adjust accordingly to the changes. Every person and company like to be in that kind of comfortable position, so at any opportunity to make money, they try to make the most profit.
Good point. Unfortunately people by nature are greedy, they be taking unplanned and idiotic risks to make un guaranteed profit. And to be honest, we cannot overcome this issue,  It is actually widespread in  the entire crypto field. That’s why rate of fraud is getting bigger by time. In fact, the scammers always hunt the greedy crypto users most of them are newbies. They be using some tricks to manipulate them. In my opinion, the more Bitcoin will go up, the more greed rate will increase, and the more people will get deceived.
Otherwise, having a great self-control is definitely needed and essential especially in sudden tough moments such as Bear run.
144  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Best Exchanges without KYC? on: April 17, 2023, 10:56:26 PM
I know we all know it, but one more time.....
Not your keys, not your coins.
Any exchange can wake up tomorrow morning and ask for KYC. And once your coins are on it, you are stuck.

We like to think that all the places that we are talking about would never do that. We also know that the people running those exchanges can do whatever they want. You always have to keep that in mind.

-Dave
I totally agree, it is preferable to avoid all centralized exchanges no matter what benefits or advantages they offer. Unfortunately, they have access to assets, that means your coins are completely controlled by them. It is certain they are easy to use and provide multiple trading options However, there is a high risk to get hacked, that’s why decentralized crypto exchanges are the best option and more secure than CEX. In addition to that, they are always accessible to users. For me, I would prefer hardware wallets like, Ledger Nano X , Secux v20 and Trezor model T but depending on your capital, the more you have huge amount of cryptocurrencies, the better and safer to use hardware. If you budget is low, then DEX will the best option to use.
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much will the NFT collection rise in price after Elon Musk notices it? on: April 17, 2023, 10:12:12 PM
To begin with, I doubt if Elon Musk is interested in NFTs and no offense OP but you are extremely unrealistic. Furthermore , before creating any type of NFTs, you have to explore this field and check successful projects  then set a strategy, roadmap  work on it. Also, it is essential to cooperate with a marketing agency, you need to build attention (HYPE) to attract buyers
In fact, the marketplace is full of NFTs and unfortunately only minority are successful due to a plenty of causes, most of them are looking for quick cash,  they don’t even have a roadmap neither an active community and added value.  The repetition is the main common point between all the projects.
In my opinion, this field is no longer profitable. It would be perilous if you start an NFT project or metaverse and invest a large amount of money on unguaranteed earnings.
146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: we don't have proper education on bitcoin. on: April 17, 2023, 09:18:28 PM
Well, lack of education is widespread in the entire world specifically in Africa ( generally third world countries). To be honest, it’s not easy to solve this issue permanently due to a lot of factors such as poverty, homelessness, lack of internet access, wars. And regarding Bitcoin, we have seen some development in understanding the way Bitcoin works and in general cryptocurrencies plus blockchain. And in my opinion, if the governments recognized Bitcoin and added Blockchain in educational lessons, that would make a lot people have a proper knowledge on Bitcoin.
Moreover, Bitcoin will be definitely more recognized in a lot countries especially the poor ones, it is just about time to achieve that. And El Salvador was the best example. it became the first country who recognize the best digital currency.
147  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you still advised more buy and store? on: April 17, 2023, 08:26:44 PM
To be honest, I encourage you OP to begin with doing Dollar-cost smaller, it is one of the most effective methods to achieve crypto wealth. For further information, kindly check this  link .
In addition to that, we all have priorities and responsibilities however, family always comes first. It is certain that the current price of Bitcoin is affordable to purchase. In my opinion, you should find another income with less effort due to  you already have main job. The more sources of income, the more extra money to invest. That’s how you could be wealthy but in long term. Possibly, Bitcoin will take a long time to hit ATH again. According to my prediction, it will be achieved by the end of 2024 ( after 150 days of halving ).
148  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price guess, 2023 on: April 16, 2023, 10:28:34 PM
The charts are not friendly with Bitcoin today and we might see a drop in price that could end up with a big correction. Bitcoin is known for never stay in a zone too long after a huge jump in price and for a while , we are settling in 30k area without having a clear direction of where Bitcoin could head to. It tried once to go over 30k and it did and since then , it looks like 31k is a bit too much for Bitcoin to surpass.

Also , a very important situation when Bitcoin jumps in price is ...where is the fomo ? usually in a situation like this , fomo was all over the forum and social medias.
Well, I totally agree with what you said. We might see a correction in next few days but I highly doubt if Bitcoin will decrease dramatically. Moreover, probably the price will not hit $35k in next period, it takes more time to happen to be honest unless the big holders will move,  that’s my point of you. Plu, it is expected that  to see bull run in a couple of weeks. We must purchase during this period due to price is still reasonable.

In fact, it is unpredictable that Bitcoin will reach all time high within this year due to a plenty of reasons such as, the rising of inflation fears In addition to that, the collapse of FTX is still affecting negatively on the market despite it is been a lot of months since this sudden event happened. Also, the attempts of governments to drop Bitcoin’s face. Fortunately, the halving is coming in next year. Hopefully the market will rise significantly during that big event.
149  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stories about lost Bitcoin on: April 16, 2023, 09:17:03 PM
Oh damn you have made a big error OP, that’s what happens when you start working on something without knowledge and education. Well, it is certain that cryptocurrency field is a source of money in case you have the ability and competence to practice it. In addition to that, it is essential to save your private key and seed phrase in a safe place such us a flash disk and never share it to anyone. The scammers are regrettable widespread in the whole internet specifically in crypto area. Be aware of them and trust nobody. In fact, you have made a right decision when you bough a hardware wallet ( Trezor ) , it is more safe and secure than centralized exchange such us Binance and Coinbase, Your money is controlled by you, that’s the most important feature of hardware wallets.
150  Economy / Economics / Re: How do feels losing money? on: April 16, 2023, 08:40:14 PM
Oh it seems you have been through a lot. However, you have to accept this failure, learn from this experience and move on. And to be honest, you have made the right decision when you opened up. It is unhealthy and tiring to keep the negative energy inside and OP there is no need to blame yourself and complain.

Furthermore, life is literally unpredictable and unfair , sometimes we suddenly face obstacles and struggle with the consequences like what happened to you, that’s why we should be ready for all scenarios and deal with every new event. Plus, I encourage you to start again. Try to make new researches, set a new strategy and plan , then work on it until you reach the top. And I am pretty sure you will return what you lost. Keep it up and good luck with your future endeavors.
151  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Market is seasonal on: April 16, 2023, 08:28:27 PM
Well, the word " seasonal “ is not an accurate description for the situation due to the market is developing in every period, same goes to technical analyses . The more you have solid strategies and ability to read every new condition, the more you are safe. In addition to that, gaining knowledge and experience are necessary in this field, they will definitely help you to improve your trading skills. And no offense OP but  it would be better if you stop complaining and looking for solutions.

Moreover, the market is always dependent on Bitcoin’s development due to majority of cryptocurrencies are centralized, if Bitcoin goes down, the whole market will follow it and the opposite is true. In fact, daily trading is unfortunately unprofitable during this period, it would be better if you avoid it and focus on middle and long term trading.

153  Economy / Speculation / Re: Where next for Bitcoin: $20K or $50K? on: April 15, 2023, 10:30:27 PM
In my opinion, the market’s condition is still complicated although Bitcoin broke $30K recently and there is a expectation that the price will rise in next period . In addition to that, everything is literally dependent on Whale’s strategy due to they own a huge amount of Bitcoin , it means they do have the ability to control the value, that’s why it is tough to predict Bitcoin’s price specifically in middle and long term. In fact, if the weak hands don’t sell, then the market will definitely increase significantly

Regarding your question,  I highly doubt if Bitcoin will reach $50K during this year but everything is possible to happen. The more we purchase in this period, the more earnings we get in the near the future. It is certain that Bitcoin is worthwhile in case your investment tactic is long term. Let’s be patient and get prepared. By the way, the halving is coming soon.
154  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can owning 1 Bitcoin make you rich in 2023? on: April 15, 2023, 08:19:31 PM
To begin with, there is a plenty of people who are destitute and struggling with financial troubles but unfortunately the majority are not investing in themselves and they are not even looking for different ways to change their lives. In fact, I advise you OP to improve your personal development skills , it could be by reading and learning the business field you are into due to it is very essential nowadays to find multiple sources of funds instead of borrowing and drowning in debt and investing them in un guaranteed profit.

Furthermore, purchasing a large amount of Bitcoin will definitely make you wealthy depending on the quantity and your investment strategy , it is preferable to be a long term one due to current situation of market is kinda unstable despite we have seen a nice progress in previous days. However, buying 1 btc is not enough to make you rich and financial stable. For me, I would rather gain Bitcoin by doing some freelance jobs instead of converting my cash into it.

156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much effort should one put into Bitcoin investments on: April 12, 2023, 11:13:04 PM
Invest an amount you can let go for a long time, simce you already know that bitcoin investment of most suitable for long term base, so same mechanism apply to it investment since you are going to wait for a long time for Bitcoin investment to start yielding, same way you need to.only put doen the money you can afford to lose ot let go for quite a.long time to see any tangible growth.
Bitcoin investment is not suitable for short-term speculators but a steel hand holder is what makes the difference, we have many things we lose but since Bitcoin came, it has continued to be a blessing to our financial lives.43
Good point of view. In addition to that, short term investment is unfortunately unsafe during this period due to the market is basically volatile and Bitcoin’s price goes up and down but with low rate, same goes to the rest of cryptocurrencies  and it is been now more than two weeks since BTC is stuck between $28k and $30K. Plus, it is really hard to predict the next bullish market neither bearish. In fact, everything is expected to happen but we should get prepared for all scenarios and conditions. However, it is always safer to invest in long term to avoid the stress and mistakes or wrong decisions. It is certain that Bitcoin will reach ATH ( All time high) in the near future possibility after the halving in next year.
Hopefully, the mooning is coming soon.
157  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: one mistake that crypto beginners should be aware of ? on: April 12, 2023, 10:43:55 PM
Well, before mentioning the mistakes to avoid, I would like to give some tips to new traders.
To begin with, some crypto books are definitely useful  but they are enough to guarantee a profit and success in this field. In my opinion, the keys to succeed in trading field are knowledge , it could by learning technical analyses, reading crypto charts and understanding the candlesticks signals and chart patterns. Furthermore, being disciplined and having a high self-control are extremely necessary. Plus, it is important to practice preferably with a low budget in case you are a newbie to avert the risk of loss.

In addition to that, let me write you down the most mistakes you should avoid :
⁃ Don’t purchase or invest more you can afford to lose
⁃ Never start with large budget and lack of knowledge
⁃ Pick a secure exchange to trade in, preferably a decentralized one and if you're into long term investement, put your money in hardware wallet.
⁃ Create a strong password and save the private key in a safe place
⁃ Beware of shit or scam coins and don't get manipulated by influencers who support and promote them.
⁃ Never over complicate your trading strategy.

158  Economy / Speculation / Re: If history repeats itself: 2023 vs 2019 on: April 12, 2023, 09:53:55 PM
Many thanks OP,  you have made a great effort to create this thread and it is really interesting but regarding the comparison of charts between 2019 and 2023, I completely disagree although they could be similar but only in temporary periods due to market’s condition changes frequently, the numbers of investors as well , whales and crypto traders…etc  . My point of view is the history is impossible to be completely repeated especially when it comes to Bitcoin. From 2019 to 2023 ,  a plenty of different events have happened. It had started with the global economic crisis due to the effect of Covid virus, the price decreased to less than $10k and then we had seen the bull run when Elon musk has invested in crypto and manipulated the whole market.
159  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the government can really make a way to end poverty or it depends on us? on: April 12, 2023, 05:54:20 PM
Well, the countries with less rate of inflation and corruption have the lowest poverty percentage such as Luxembourg, Belgium, Sweden and  China who has the lowest poverty rate In fact, OP you cannot blame your country due to the negative effects of Russia/Ukraine war, that’s not under their control but they must find different solutions .Regrettably, the global world economy is facing a crisis because of this sudden war especially the poorest ones. Hopefully it will pass soon.

Moreover, poverty existed in all countries  and to be honest we cannot end it permanently due to practical matters However, we can reduce the rate by finding solutions , giving rights to all citizens equally and creating job opportunities. In my opinion, capitalists would not be wealthy if the poverty was not existed. The poor people always get the lowest salaries and make the hardest effort, they literally help rich people to build their own empire and get more wealthy.
160  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Safest Exchanges in the World on: April 12, 2023, 05:41:19 PM
In general, Binance and Coinbase are definitely the best exchanges but regrettably they are centralized, you’re not even allowed to get the private key, that means the holdings are under their control not yours. In addition to that, your anonymity is not guaranteed. In my opinion, it is safer to use decentralized exchanges such as, Uniswap and Pancakeswap although they are not easy to use unlike centralized ones but they provide a high security and safety. In fact, your funds are controlled by you and regarding the regulations there is no KFC standards and same goes to AML.

Furthermore, the safest way to store your crypto is absolutely hardware wallet due to they are physical devices. The best ones in market are Ledger Nano , Trezor model T and Ellipal Tina, they are highly recommended and not costly ( around $100-$200 for each )However, if you are a holder or investor , then hardware wallet would be the best option for you.
