First off, I read through your white paper a couple times and it is absolute gold. There wasn't a spelling error in the whole thing, (Shockingly many WP's have them), and it's "the mother of all white papers". Love the project, extremely excited about it. I just recently entered the crypto world, and this project out of all of them stuck out to me the most. Got a few questions though.
1. Who are your venture capital investors?
2. Can you provide information regarding the Russian government's stance on ito's, and the cryptocurrency market?
3. Who is your global competition?
4. Could you explain the use of the token in mutual settlement, I found this part a little confusing.
5. You said that Quantum computers may pose a danger to cryptocurrencies. Could you expand on that?
6. You said that you have a smart contract in place so that if you do not reach your soft cap that all investments are returned to investors as ethereum. Do you have a third party source that can confirm this? Or could you prove this somehow?
7. Assuming the ito exceeds the soft cap, and sufficient funding is recieved, under what potential circumstances could investors lose their money?
8. "Crypto tokens are a fairly new and relatively untested technology. There are additional risks that the GMP team cannot predict." I realize you said that you can't predict them, but could you take a stab at what it is your referring too here.
Be assured, we will get answers to all of your questions! 1. We don't have venture investments on the roadmap. Our project is based on our funds and funds of our ITO. Is it enough for your project? Our hardcap is 450,000,000 $ - we think it is

Why do you have ITO, not ICO?
ICO is Initial Coin Offering and we distribute our tokens, hence ITO.

are you sure you can get all the young brainy scientists to your projects?
Yea, GOP17, definitely. In our city alone there're a couple of tech universities which churn out many thousands graduates. Among them there are lots of really "brainy" guys. We could make a really fruitful cooperation. Is educution good in your city? Top notch, sir! Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University is among the best in Russia. And Russia has lots of really god universities. It's cool, but it is nothing in comparison with Oxbridge We're patriotic and we laugh at posh Brits:) There are only 3 great things in Britain, gin, Led Zeppelin and accent what abt motorhead u tosser!? oh, i forgot about scotch Scotch is from Scotland best scotch is made in japan if smth good is made in Scotland it automatically becomes British ) let's make Scotish-Japanise whisky, it will be easy, we just blend them u'd just get plonk sweet-sweet plonk... All in moderation, too much plonk will make you a crank:)

Well, another question, Do you have special university, which prepares specialists on metrology? At least 2 or 3 universities provide necessary education for skilled metrologists.

The guy from Nizhniy Novorod invented Ground effect aircraft vehicles in middle of 20 century man, how many books do you read rep second? "the guy" didn't actualy invented, he was developing That was Rostislav Alexeev, and the main technical university in Nizhniy Novorod is called after him Nizhniy Novorod=Gorky city during the Soviets regime? I remember a very cool rock group of the 90-s Gorky Park... Is it from your city? Yup, in the Soviet Russia they've named cities after poets... No, Gorky Park was (is) a Moscow band.

I guess Russian market is huge by comparison. Good strategy to consolidate on home soil and then expand... Nothing keeps you from turning in a big multinational metrology group Yea, we keep our fingers crossed to gathering enough funds at least for our softcap. Then we will rock the world!:)

even sober I can see that this is a very interesting project!!! seriously, I've worked with some certification/inspection/metrology companies in my country and nowadays you need them for almost everything if you want to get a plant running... these companies can get big and carry a lot of weight!!! congrats for the huge idea! I see you've already found a portuguese translator, but maybe I could cooperate in other areas?... cheers!! So you come from Portugal? Yeap, i come from portugal One thing, aren't you worried about the competition? There are already a lot of these companies implemented in the market, and these usually have strong connections with project offices, local authorities and end customers... Some european countries, like portugal, have a limited "industrial economy" making the job even harder The answer is simple. The basic advantage of our project is that we launch our project in Russia. We are to be prepared and we will be well-prepared. From our experience and analytics of the Russian metrology market we can definitely say that the Russian market has weak competition in this field. Approximately 50% of GMP centers will be opened in Russia. The main issue is time, cause the market won't stay asleep for long — hence the ITO:)

You know what I was thinking about metrology, trying to find a face for it and I came to conclusion that its very similar to any human being and its mind constitution
most of us are spending much time and power to become better in some features, it may be called a pursuit for perfection and if we remember measuring tools we'll see that the most accurate of them are those which have a minimum error, let's call it having the less of imperfection
so metrology is a live organism, developing and growing )
Nevertheless your thoughts look strange, it has a sense Dude is smoking some quality hash. nope, I simply bought some Ganja coins ) Polish it off with some Boozecoin, mate. Cheers coin! NyanCoin?
