141  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russia’s Unexplainable Stand On Bitcoin on: March 05, 2015, 02:12:19 PM
These guys seem to have two-sided tongue, as mentioned in the article itself.
Once they decide to keep it, the next moment they decide to throw it off.
So, it doesn't affect anyone whether they are interested in BTC anymore or not, people will use Bitcoins for sure, that's the power of cryptocurrencies.
142  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Alert!!! Auction Again!!! What do you think? on: March 05, 2015, 01:50:23 PM
If you want to know the effect, check what happened the first two auctions.

Only thing it contributes so far is some press coverage in the mainstream media.

I think I have already given my opinion on this through the below mentioned statement... Wink

I highly doubt that there are people (whales) sitting currently thinking more of harming the price of BTC instead of giving it some support, as if these coins are sold and dumped, then that would be a better opportunity for many whales to get in again at very low prices as panic sell will be the obvious scene.

The only thing I saw was, dump first and a bit pump later on, still it harms the price of BTC a lot due to people selling in panic, as I have seen everyone selling on news.
143  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin To Pay Your Park Fines on: March 05, 2015, 01:47:47 PM
Paying fines won't be a problem as far as it gives free advertisement and knowledge to people of what Bitcoin is, which can help Bitcoin get adopted at a wider pace.
144  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Alert!!! Auction Again!!! What do you think? on: March 05, 2015, 01:44:02 PM
These auctions do not hit the market directly. So, they are not a problem except the panic factor.

I highly doubt that there are people (whales) sitting currently thinking more of harming the price of BTC instead of giving it some support, as if these coins are sold and dumped, then that would be a better opportunity for many whales to get in again at very low prices as panic sell will be the obvious scene.
145  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do You Know Andrei Svintsov? on: March 05, 2015, 01:40:59 PM
He should at least learn to watch the names of makers behind Bitcoin.
It's SATOSHI NAKAMOTO, does he think he's an American?
The guy seriously needs some medication as he doesn't know that there are not just the terrorists (if any) who are using BTC, but we are also there using BTC but not for so-called terrorism purposes, and many are living on Bitcoins. So, BTC ain't for terrorists, and the inventor of BTC ain't an American. Wink
146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where are the Chinese? on: March 05, 2015, 01:36:58 PM
If you still don't understand where are the Chinese, you still don't understand Bitcoins.
I doubt Satoshi was himself a Chinese as they were the first ones to adopt the cryptocurrencies and give it the volume it needed.
147  Economy / Speculation / Re: Happy Days Are Here Again, BTC UP, UP, UP ... on: March 05, 2015, 01:34:11 PM
It look like the price is going to stay at ~270 for sometime. I hope it wont drop again.

We are bouncing off that resistance area it seems, expecting another leg up to challenge $300 very soon.
What kind of technical analysis speak is that. Bouncing off resistance? Sounds like baloney to me. Bitcoin can go up, Bitcoin can go down.

If you acknowledge that it can go up and down, surely it can bounce?

Exactly, it can go anywhere. The only thing I expect from the near days is, the resistance will become the support. Not saying whether it will see some highs, but yes, the probability of buys has increased since sell-offs have stopped these days.
148  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do We Need Social Media Promotion on: March 05, 2015, 01:21:25 PM
Not just it needs help through Social Media, but it needs investors too from them to get a boost in its value.
And obviously, social media can actually delist all the barriers and through communication, it will be easy for BTC to get exposed to as many people as possible.
149  Other / Politics & Society / Re: World's oldest person celebrates 117th birthday Today on: March 05, 2015, 01:09:45 PM
Its all about the quality of life though. If your quality of life isn't good after your 50s perhaps even 60s then its not rally worth it to live past those years.

Not just the quality of life, but the quality of lifestyle too. Everything taking into consideration from their food, stress level, living, joys and sorrows, mindset, etc. affects the age of people.
150  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where Will Bitcoin Be In 2 Years? on: March 05, 2015, 12:39:06 PM
I think the most important thing it will focus upon, must be adoption.
As more and more good news start coming in, we will surely be up >$800 at least in the mentioned time.
151  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's golden moment on: March 05, 2015, 11:50:16 AM
This should happen at some more places to make it better, as if it's limited, it can't stabilize the price.
152  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Alert!!! Auction Again!!! What do you think? on: March 05, 2015, 11:39:58 AM
Bitcoin Will SkyRocket Cheesy
Not skyrocket exactly but will go up!

Being optimistic is good, being over-optimistic isn't, as your ego only gets hurt if the real picture that comes out what you didn't expect, just like over-confidence.

Me too currently bullish on BTC, let's see what the big guys are hodling in their bags.
153  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Free BTC Methods on: March 05, 2015, 11:26:56 AM
Just Google Amazon Mechanical Turk if you are actually looking for something that can gain you something better, than what you are getting through your current resources.
154  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: March 05, 2015, 11:24:06 AM
Create your own exchange, wait untill the amount of BTC and Users are high enough (one year is a rough-and-ready rule).
Then send the BTC to another address and make the following announcement:
"We got hacked. 3900 BTC were stolen from our wallets."

It's easy … isn't it?

Ain't any advice though to grow our BTC, but to steal someone's. Wink

@Enzyme,
Instead of growing, try to earn them by doing easy/hard tasks for it. The only genuine way is to earn them and not spending a lot, means growing according to me.
155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Alert!!! Auction Again!!! What do you think? on: March 05, 2015, 11:21:16 AM
http://insidebitcoins.com/news/us-government-schedules-third-silk-road-bitcoin-auction/30012

Taking place today, 5th March, 2015, the third seized 50,000 Bitcoins auction took place with the bidders having six hours, i.e.; 8 am to 2 pm to submit their bids.

What do you think on "how this will actually affect the price at any cost"?

Share your views on what will be the outcome after the third auction of stolen coins.
156  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price Prediction 2015 ฿ on: March 05, 2015, 11:13:26 AM
I would be very careful before being overly optimistic. We are not out of the woods as of yet. We are now, most probably, experiencing trend reversal and thus, we shouldn't expect the fireworks in terms of price. Having a $150 gain from $200 area in less than 6 weeks is probably too optimistic, and wouldn't look good in the long term, either.

Let the price talk and let them think that way...
Maybe a reversal can be seen though as you said, we can expect it because that high gain could be seen more as a bubble than a profit.
157  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Monster transaction: 39016 BTC!! on: March 05, 2015, 11:08:31 AM
We would more likely know if it was feds as we know most of their adresses.

True, if they were to be interested to do such high transactions, I think they won't be pretending to be against Bitcoins...
158  Economy / Gambling / Re: From 650 Bitcoins to one: Why you should never gamble on: March 05, 2015, 01:36:02 AM
Can we have a signed message please OP just so we know you are in fact in control of that wallet? lol! I know but if this is true this must be one of the biggest gambling losses i have ever heard about with bitcoin and it is a shame if true, i really want to know for sure.

Please give us signed message when you come on Smiley

True, to prove himself to be the owner, he should sign a message.
That being said, "Greed is the mother of all evils".
It won't let you stop/control yourself unless you lose everything you have.
You should know where you must limit yourself to save yourself from such situations!
159  Other / Meta / Re: Activity & new membergroup limits on: March 05, 2015, 01:19:37 AM
Is it like, that for the newcomers it will take ~120 days which equates to 4 months in order to become a full member?
As I think the activity is noted as days here...
160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin v. Bitcoin on: March 04, 2015, 06:01:47 PM
