141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Creativity in crypto world on: March 26, 2018, 12:47:50 AM
Hi everyone! Has anybody ever realized that crypto world become boring? In modern economy there is a huge variety of tools and methods. And what about crypto market? Can we bring something new in this sphere?
If someone know or can suggest new ways of development or earning, please, share with us!
For few months of being a member, I did not feel bored so far. I find it interesting everyday. Especially in researching and digging in what happens everyday in cryptoworld.
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do we Need Altcoin? on: March 25, 2018, 09:49:37 AM
There are Bitcoin, and also there are Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin Gold and B2X that we use it as an altcoin, but do we still need other altcoins? as i knew in the forum on the altcoin section there are much announcement about new altcoins almost everyday. do we still need that altcoins?
It is just like our fiat money here, there are dollars, which has the highest value and other type of fiat money of other countries like the Yen in Japan and etc. There must be an alternative coin to be used for transactions that also needs lower value than bitcoins.
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Faith.. on: March 23, 2018, 05:57:40 AM
Last 2 days I bought for about some cheap coins and it went down for about 5% or something and I decided to sell. And now, I am at full regret that all of those coins are now up for about 20%. My lesson for that is to be patient since the market was down for some day and it will always go back up.
There is really no exact time or date when will be the value of the coins increases or decreases. There is no other way but just to observe the trend of its value and wait. Patience is virtue.
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what makes you trust a new altcoin? on: March 22, 2018, 11:15:24 AM
Off course when a new coin is very new in the market there will be plenty of interest in it so look at the charts when they started it went sky rocket but like 2 months or so it went stable in low.
I agree. Aside from that, the more users of the coin the more assurance that the coin is reliable. In my case, I will trust a coin when I can observe that it has more users. So I will do a lot of research before indulging to it.
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can world Government Kill Crypto? on: March 21, 2018, 07:43:12 AM
"Regardless, just because South Korea, China, the US and other countries can crush Bitcoin by issuing new regulations and influencing cryptocurrency prices, it doesn’t mean they can kill it".  The above quote is from the research information I got when I was trying to find out why world government is fighting crypto. Please read the full text here: https://www.ccn.com/fighting-bitcoin-cryptocurrency-trading-threat-government-policies/ and make your own contributions. It will help cool the nerves from the crypto dip we are experiencing recently. Happy reading. Thanks
i dont think that world government can kill crypto, then can manipulate it but i dont think that they can kill it. why? because even those who called “government” are studying about crypto, they are also using it to earn big money thays why they are manipulating it.
I strongly agree! Why do the "government" kill crypto? I also think right now they are carefully studying cryptocurrency. They will find ways on how they can manipulate it and what laws they might impose on it. May it for the good of all the citizens or the personal desire of the few who are in the government. I may be pessimistic but this is just my thoughts.
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: G20 Summit 2018 on: March 20, 2018, 04:00:46 AM
I hope in the coming days we will get good news from this summit. The market needs a boost for growth! Judging by the fact that the attitude to crypto-currencies in many large states (for example, Germany) has changed in a positive way, we can hope for positive news!

Yes, I hope that also. I hope they will consider cryptocurrency as a way of helping the country to boost the economy. And that they will see cryptoworld not a threat but a tool to a better world. Let us hope for more investors here in our community. And there will be more ICOs offers. Let us hope and pray for this.
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: i am newbi so i am late or not to this field? on: March 20, 2018, 02:53:31 AM
Hi,
i am newbi so i  am late or not  to cryptocurrency field?
if train is gone? -Thank you
welcome to cryptocurrency world. You are not late in any way. you can only be late when everyone in the world has joined cryptocurrecy. Just take sometime and study the field so that you would not make any mistake. Then join us in enjoying a free world.
I been a member for just a few months ago. And I am happy and enjoying each time I read and study all about this crypto world. I am amazed by what others experience and inspired by their post. Just like this post I am quoting,   a humble and inspiring one.
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in altcoin still worth? on: March 19, 2018, 12:31:32 PM
Of course it is! Investing altcoin is just as good as bitcoin. You just need to research and be careful what to choose. Just like the bitcoin altcoin's price is also unstable, sometimes goes up and sometimes goes down.
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Alts with ETH or BTC on: March 18, 2018, 06:58:51 AM
It is amazingly confusing for me to understand whether to buy ETH or BTC to trade for ALTS. I plan on holding a good % of BTC and ETH in my portfolio, but when it comes to these fluctuating BTC and ETH prices, I'm never sure whether to buy one first to trade for ALT coins.

Any suggestions?

BTC should be the first priority. Bitcoin is the safest cryptocurrency for investment because it has the biggest market cap among all of the cryptocurrencies that exist.
I also think of that too. That is for me a better idea. Bitcoin is the safer cryptocurrency than ETH or other alternative coins. But anyway, I am also positive that ETH is also good to invest. It is just a matter of  your strategies. All cryptocurrencies are changing its prices anyway.
150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you like airdrops? on: March 18, 2018, 02:10:02 AM
I love! Partly because of the rewards, but mostly I will know more Altcoin and tokens in the coming time are established.
Yes I also love airdrops. Everybody loves to have it free. A reward of being a part of the community is a very good motivation. It is a good strategy. And also it is a sign that more coins are coming.
151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market corrections are good on: March 16, 2018, 01:30:29 AM
I really hope these corrections`ll pack off all "crypto traders and investors",who make this market more volatile, than it can be. We need normal market to see slow, but big increase in long term
This time, is the best time for the risk takers. Buying cheap crypto coins and trade them when its price is high will give more profits. The volatility of these coins is sometimes advantageous.
152  Other / Politics & Society / Re: End of the World on: February 27, 2018, 01:15:48 PM
No one could tell when will the world end. And so nobody knows if we will be the last human race. But some of the predictions are already happening.  Just like the creation of life and the universe, no one of the brilliant men was able to explain it. So with the prediction in the bible, there might be no scientific explanation but it might be true also. We just do not know when.
153  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why People Are Not Honest. on: February 27, 2018, 07:04:40 AM
Can I ask why people are not honest. As in, why is it that people don't keep to their words even when they can do so? Can't I just do business with someone without signing papers and get lawyers and witnesses and still keep to my words? Can't we get trustworthy people anymore?
That is a good question worth asking for. Why is it that we cannot always tell the thruth? Human as we are, maybe its our nature. We accept or not but we are self centered. We always consider our self, our feelings. Telling lie because we do not want our love ones or someone close to us to ger hurt. But actually, it is ourself that do not want that someone we love hate us or they might leave us. It will make us sad. See? It is our feelings that matters, it is really not theirs.
154  Other / Off-topic / Re: Should I Go To College ??? on: February 26, 2018, 04:47:09 PM
Of course, you must finish a course in college. In this very competitive world, it is even hard to get a job even if you are a degree holder how much more if not? Most of the time, the higher your educational degree the lighter your work will be. But this won't apply to everyone, there are some who are blessed may be to be lucky enough even without a degree in college.
155  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is the real problem of man? on: February 26, 2018, 09:17:45 AM
I think the real problem of man is made by him alone. It is man's desires and dissatisfactions. The more we desire the more unhappy we become. Since our goal is to be happy, if we will always be wanting for anything then that will be a problem.
156  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Life working abroad on: February 25, 2018, 02:08:01 PM
I do not have experience working abroad. But I have lots of relatives and friends working in different part of Asia and Europe. And based on their stories, it is really not easy working away from family. Though some of them are blessed with their work there, they still feel incomplete. Most of them said, I they could have a job here that could somehow equate their salary abroad then they all go home.
157  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lets fight the FUD toguether on: February 24, 2018, 09:16:19 AM
Please correct the subject, you wrote "toguether" instead of "together".

I would like to argue about Tether a little bit. From the technical point of view, it is possible that it is driving the price up. They can issue Tether on account of "keeping its value" and then use it to buy Bitcoin, this drives other people to buy Bitcoin and it drives the price up in series.

However, Tether is rather unimportant and considering Bitcoins total market cap compared to its, its potential crash shouldn't pose a threat for Bitcoin value, technically. Problem is that not everything is in mathematics and technicalities, we have to take human behavior and marketing into account. Unfortunately. We can help by starting to explain that technically - Tether is not a threat for Bitcoin. It's like saying that the fly hitting against an elephant is a threat for the elephant.

About positivities - you could add this article:
https://medium.com/@matteozago/why-the-web-3-0-matters-and-you-should-know-about-it-a5851d63c949
I stumbled upon it today and I think that the title is rather devaluing it - it is not really just about the web 3.0, but society 3.0.

Everybody should understand the strength of blockchain and smart contracts, it is a tool like no other before it.

Yes you are absolutely correct. I do like your explanations. It is so true that we  must also consider our own observation and our human instinct. We must not directly jump into conclusions.
158  Other / Meta / Re: Do not post off-topic replies on: February 23, 2018, 01:37:27 PM
The concept of off/on topic in threads is really really difficult. The solution I've been most successful with (and I'm pre-Internet chatforum moderator old) is to have the original poster decide when the discussion that follows is on or off topic.

Else you end up in situations where the thread starter is fully ok with the discussion and a moderator starts deleting posts.

(In this case it should be somewhat easy for moderators to see if it's the thread starter that Reports to Moderator with "off topic" as reason)

This is not fair to the people responding to a topic, IMO. People who reply to topics should know that if they are on-topic and they follow the rules, they will not be censored. Also, it is very annoying for reply-writers when they write long, detailed responses and then the topics become off-topic and useless.

Maintaining perfect on-topicness is difficult. In the future, discussions may be made threaded instead of flat, which will basically be like having a system that automatically creates new topics when people are posting off-topic things (in many cases).
I agree. Off topic posts will sometimes lead to another topic especially if others will also reply to that post. It is best to stick to the topic and give more informations that will be of great help to fellow bitcoiners.
159  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Save the planet or not on: February 23, 2018, 06:35:12 AM
Very pessimistic this forum. More than 50% lost the hope to save our planet. That is really bad.
In my opinion the government should do much more to protect nature and our planet. It is the government that sets the ground rules for companies to work and people to live in. There is no excuse to keep burden the next generations.
Yes I strongly agree with you. Why not save the planet? Obviously, if this will be destroyed, how much more the people living and all other living things. And I also believe that those persons leading our country, the government have the bigger responsibility of leading the people to save our planet earth.
160  Other / Meta / Re: Is it even possible to Merit would be cancelled? on: February 22, 2018, 07:29:41 AM
I was asking this question in some of my posts towards merit discussion, but as I noticed nobody actually read previous comments and it stayed without reply, so i decided to create a possible thread to see people's opinions. Sorry if this question was asked already.
Merit system is a good idea. So that everyone will be encourage to have a quality and informative posts. But on the otherhand, if some of its rule will be violated to the extent of making it unfair to others, then maybe its better to cancel it or make some modification of the rules. Or maybe its a challenge to the administrator.
