142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: the fight between Binance and Cardano on: August 15, 2021, 07:50:22 PM
I don't hate ADA and i don't think that they are competition to each other, but if they were, clearly binance would win. They have established the network effect already and everyone knows how you can use it. No one knows anything about cardano nor they have a product ready.
143  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency: The Future of Finance in a New World Order? on: August 14, 2021, 07:22:07 AM

...
In fact physical currency is way more untraceable then most digital currencies so i wonder why people want to get rid of it so eagerly.
It's likely they haven't really look into the disadvantages or don't understand the implications. .. Maybe they are more focused on the advantages or don't even know that it has really serious disadvantages.
If the physical one is eliminated it's going to be way too risky to use money because centralized (and virtual) currency would be preferred by tyrannical government. Such government will likely not be confortable with well decentralized currency system. Besides, a well decentralized cryptocurrency would allow users print their "coins" on physical things and use them like physical money.

Yeah, that's likely.

Also people see decentralized currencies as "digital" while not fully understanding what they are; while seeing experts are praising them how progressive they are, they immedietely jump into praising bandwagon when they hear that goverments want to create fully digital usd, eur or whatever.
144  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency: The Future of Finance in a New World Order? on: August 12, 2021, 01:59:06 PM
In 2009, the first cryptocurrency -Bitcoin-, officially launched and since then has continued to roll into a snowball effect that poses a serious threat to the existence of conventional finance. As much money as the restless World Central Bank, the government seems helpless and dragged into the vortex of the evolution of the world's financial system. The Covid-19 pandemic has become a catalyst for forcing the entry of all financial and banking industry sectors into the digitalization era. Imagine a concept of a world without physical currency. It is strange, but real. Money will be removed and replaced with a digital currency system.

It's not about physical vs digital currency. Fiat money is mostly on digital form already, it however isn't so easily transferable as decentralized cryptos because it runs on centralised bank ledgers. In order to decentralised currencies to become threat to current system, they would need to be accepted widely as possible, even more widely then any fiat money and i can't see that happening any time soon. Fiat pairs is the reason why regulators are even interested in this. Or why they can and should interfere.

In fact physical currency is way more untraceable then most digital currencies so i wonder why people want to get rid of it so eagerly.
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are meme/NFT investment really worth the hype they're getting?. on: August 11, 2021, 09:22:40 PM
Sometimes I begin to wonder how it's easy to misguide the members in this community. The rich has made so much money form their investment in crypto and other aspect of investing now they just want to have fun by playing with meme investment like Elon musk. Without understanding that, we now see that decision of theirs as an investment opportunities and go putting all our money in a joke.

The rate at such a stupidity is what make me believe, we still have a long way to go in this industry. We don't understand the rich are messing with our heads in this industry. How can someone bindly buy an Art fir such high amount all in the name of participating in NFT. We don't learn form our mistakes in this industry. Isn't it same way we had thousands but fICO in the past and they mostly scam their investors which the presale participate profited.

Why risk it all on meme and NFT when you can simply buy Bitcoin or other legit coins and profit in the future. We have to stop giving this rich bastard and scammers the room to scam us and ripoff of our money. Stop this worthless investment and Invest in the right things to secure a bright future.

When it comes to memes, they rise with the bull run, so some of them might be profitable, no matter if they are useful or not. There are ton of idiots with money spending them on irrelevant things and stupid money is the easiest to collect.

When it comes to NFTs it's like asking that is it worth to invest in cryptos. NFT is an umbrella term for various things. I personally don't get the art hype, it's not like you legally own anything, or it's on the legal grey area anyway. investing into NFT can also mean things like THETA, FLOW or ENJ and various others where you are basically investing to protocols. In that way there at least will be liquidity, unlike in most NFT collectables.
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Head and Shoulder on: August 09, 2021, 06:34:00 AM
Keep an eye on this.  Roll Eyes
ETH can play Head and Shoulder and the expected date is 22nd August, 2021.

"Can" play that scenario? It can do many things, but this would be a weird time looking for h&s pattern. It isn't relevant until it becomes closer on next shoulder. For the moment, there are way too many scenarios in play to draw conclusions of h&s imho.
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: NMX Nominex token on: August 08, 2021, 07:11:25 AM
And are they really sure that there's a group of people manipulating the price? I just checked today and their price is continuously going down. Bitcoin and other popular alts are on the rise, whereas, NMX is going down. Something is wrong with this situation. NMX team should offer another promotional activity to gain the interest of traders or followers. Otherwise, even their ranking is going down, from about 200+ and now down to 344, which is not a very encouraging scenario to its investors. I don't know if it will have impact in terms of other trading pairs on their market.

That wasn't my point. Markets should decide the price anyway. If someone can manipulate it, major supply is managed by few and price shouldn't be up anyway because it was pumped. I founded it weirder that the price sustained when literally everything else was dumping. Somehow admins weren't bothered to tell then that the price was manipulated and we should be careful.

Oh no, now they tell us to be careful when the price is down. They don't seem to care about manipulation itself, they only call it manipulation when the price goes down.

149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum where to go?? on: August 04, 2021, 04:41:16 PM
I would say that maybe when 2.0 is finalized, then we see the true power of eth. This update doesn't affect on speed or cost yet, but to the overall tokenomics. It's a good update but people won't react big time before eth is fast and cheap to use.
150  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🔥NetEnt release 🔥 NFT Battles |⚡️Free BTC+BNB| 📈HotBit listing on: August 04, 2021, 04:37:44 PM
Hotbit is a much better known crypto exchange compared to Biswap.  Listing on it is definitely the development of the BFG token market in the right direction.  In general, the fact that devs pays special attention not only to the gaming capabilities of its site, but also to the promotion of the token is worthy of respect.
The token rate of course can change with new listings, the main thing is that it is also traded on new exchanges at an acceptable scale.

Hotbit is One of the worst ones though, full of faked volume. I am kinda disappointed that they didn't get in anywhere else. I see hotbit doing more harm then good. Just a pancakeswap would have been enough imho. You don't need CEX these days anyway.
151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Underestimated Game DeFi projects!!! on: August 01, 2021, 04:58:57 PM
Gods Unchained is getting their own ($GODS) token too with staking, not to talk about trading inside Immutable (currently for free). There will be $IMX and $GODS tokens for them too. Right now it's mostly NFT collectables trading but their plans are interesting for the ecosystem.
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Most Bullish Altcoin of the moment on: August 01, 2021, 01:03:30 PM
Nice graph anyway https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/hex/

But i will not invest my money on HEX even for $1. Strange, the price went up but it didn't change the rank. Hex is sitting for #201 place since ages, and it didn't changed until now.

I can't believe that people keep putting money on that scammy crap. Then again, markets are full of idiots that don't care about fundamentals, it's all marketing and snake oil to them so they pick the shiniest shitcoins out there. I wouldn't mind if most of these coins would exit scam crash and burn.
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: NMX Nominex token on: August 01, 2021, 11:22:41 AM

There's no issue that I can think of that might harm the price, but the pump was the cause of the increased APY they have a promotion campaign for those who want to farm, and whales take the opportunity, but when the promo ended the prize started to drop, I cannot trade my stakes because it is locked, I was able to trade my remaining Nominex token that was released, to USDT to protect my profit, I just hope they will continue doing promo and marketing, they need to keep up the exchange industry has stiff competition.

Most alarming thing on the price drop is that Nominex staff keeps commenting in their telegram channel with their official statements, telling that there's a group of people trying  manipulating the price. Constantly commenting on the price movements of an utility token and trying to control it is a huge red flag on any regulated space. I am not sure if this is something Russian regulators would allow but anywhere else in the world regulators would frown on this behavior.

They should just shut up about the price and i would feel lot of more confident with this.
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Ethereum last forever? on: July 30, 2021, 04:06:16 PM
There are many altcoins that will disappear but ETH is here to stay. It has the brightest minds working behind it and after eth 2.0 is ready it probably render most of the competition irrelevant. Of course there are projects that aren't competiting with eth at all and i am constantly looking at those.
155  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🔥BETFURY OLYMPIC GAMES for $150 000🔥 NFT Battles |⚡️Free BTC+BNB| on: July 28, 2021, 09:55:47 PM

They are right, the truth is that the amount is too high, I am surprised that Betfury already has whales of that level, it is a casino that is climbing many levels quickly, I think that if they continue like this it will be positioning itself among the best most recognized casinos, I have seen many reviews that speak very well of Betfury, also Betfury at the start was made known with a very large advertising campaign, these are the good results obtained. So far everything they have said they have fulfilled, what if I see that they have had problems is with the tokens in the market, perhaps it is due to the great volatility that BTC has had, it makes it significantly affect all alts and tokens.

I have suspected that these kind of whales could be insiders or they could been paid to play. And technically they are as their cashback rises significally.

But i might be underestimate how much some rich people use for gambling daily for fun. I am out of touch about their daily living style.
156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coca-Cola gets into NFTs for charity on: July 28, 2021, 09:50:13 PM

NFT is the latest trend in cryptocurrency and many companies are rushing to adopt the idea.

I wouldn't call this adoption yet but it's cool, maybe they want to test it for their brand, just to show off that they know what's hot now, as they wouldn't need to raise money.
If this goes well i would see that in the future they could make competitions where prices are nfts. It wouldn't cost them almost anything but would interest the public.
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: NMX Nominex token on: July 26, 2021, 09:23:24 PM

Surprisingly, this exchange is still doing good and they have better liquidity than in other medium exchanges. And it is pretty quick and fast, in terms of trading and withdrawal. I tested this site. But remember to check their min deposit and withdrawal/fees before sending any coin on their exchange. Because for example, the min deposit for btc is 200k sats, so less than this amount, they won't credit. So be careful on this aspect.

That should always read in huge red capital letters next to the deposit address.
I know it isn't lot of money but it could be for some people. However i think that these minimal deposit amounts are doing down with the binance broker program as they might adopt the binance deposit minimum amounts with it.
158  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam Alert] Scammer Impersonating Binance on Telegram on: July 25, 2021, 09:56:57 PM
I've been thinking that telegram could benefit from registering official channels and accounts and marking them clearly. Something like in twitter with those blue official symbols. The amount of scamming in telegram is unreal and probably working for the scammers because they keep on coming.
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: NMX Nominex token on: July 21, 2021, 10:04:56 PM

Why is this a positive point? It is certainly good that they know how to assess their strength. But I was hoping to see something new, not a broker program.

Because daily withdrawal limit without is bigger then in binance. I don't need to transfer my NMX profits to binance to trade with interesting pairs when i can find pairs and liquidity from Nominex itself.

But may i ask what were you hoping then? Because there hasn't been really nothing in their roadmap better then this that i know of. It's one of the main reasons i am interested farming NMX and use it for cutting fees.
