Now a days you are so slow on grading. It must be instant. I have so many pending sports bet to be graded and I just realized that almost every time I have to remind to for grading those bets. Also you must add a live score card or something for all the matches you are offering so that results can be verified easily by player without having to go to any other platform. I f you need 48-36 hours for grading just table tennis every time I do not know what will happen with serious traffic betting on various events.

In a general sense I agree with you but there are particular instances when many gambles for various reasons. I myself belong to later category who thinks its important to loose at the best place if you want to loose.

9.        If still you get scammed, do not panic, do not think its end of the
           world, gather all the related information you have and open scam
           accusation against them in the forum.

The fact that they approved your cash out which is not from your usual IP is enough to prove that they are scammers. That is the whole point of manual cash out system to prevent any hacking attempt to cash out your funds.
The other point is valid too, that any fair website cannot change your password without  sending password changing mail. They simply steal your funds and you should open a flag against them.

I have a 'not so good news' about our beloved tea vendor. Yesterday I went to the location where he usually camps his tea stall, but he was not there.  I asked nearby people about him, they told me that three days ago police came and shut down all the vendors because of lock down.

I suggest you to post, what was your betting strategy with faucet (if any) ? You have deposited enough amount and you deserve your faucet. They cannot change faucet rules for a person unless he is creating multiple accounts (which is also IMHO is the responsibility of the site to prevent it) just because he has come up with some sort of winning strategy (if there is any).
Having said so I do not think it is worthy enough to put scam accusation against them, it can be resolved with proper discussion at other places in this wonderful forum.

I also support OP. Nitrogen can not just blame him for opening multiple accounts, they must have proper check and balances in their platform at the very first place. This is a common practice now a days by casinos to hide behind the multiple account excuse when it comes to paying the reasonable amount, it is out right unacceptable. I know its very hard to prevent collusion in poker but there are ways like Pokerstars has implemented where there are certain restrictions on  joining tables with same IP.
OP deserves not only his winnings but some kind of compensation also for going through this all nonsense.
