It took me more than 200 bets and almost 2 months to finish this bonus. When I was near to finish the Rollover: They tried bad tricks to me as example, lower my odds, if for example in hándicap NBA game it was almost 1,91 odds every match, then with this “bad trick” the odds go down to 1,65 or 1,7. This is an example. Also, they tried to give me EXTRA BONUS, but I refused all because “if you get this bonus, then you must to rollover AGAIN”. This is another “Shit trick” that they do to me, but I tell them that I will not accept any extra bonus. They do this because when I am near to finish the ROLLOVER, they want you to force you to accept another bonus and doing this all the times. We have addressed our fairness policy with regards to Bitbrawlers before crycryptocry. We have no control of the twitch stream nor the results it produces. The only issue in my opinion is that you have to trust saltybet not to manipulate the odds and results of the fight somehow. So fairness in Bit Brawlers is something we have given a lot of consideration to and we addressed this a little bit earlier in the thread. Some gambling games are able to prove fairness by providing a hash that can be confirmed after the play is over. Of course this is not possible for unpredictable events like football games, horse races and Bit Brawlers matches. We feel this kind of game absolutely requires unpredictability, as players can certainly tell the difference between a crazy unpredictable fighting game match and a pre-scripted animation like a cheesy slot machine bonus game. So the short answer is no, we can not prove fairness in that same way a predetermined game can. Also, just the same as the NFL cannot prove it's players aren't on PED's and deflating footballs, there is a certain risk of the markets being manipulated by the Stream Operators but we have some ways to mitigate that. Since this is player vs player, and all bets were returned to players as a push, all we can offer you is another bonus of 0.0035 BTC with a 25x rollover. Though my winnings are more then this. And there is no record available (which must be there on your behalf as you have to maintain all records at least video recording on twitch). And the fact that it has happened to me earlier also and you adopted the same policy. Let the community decide here, but IMHO there should be more transparency of records on your part. If you feel your bet is graded in error then please use the dispute system we have in place in your betroar account where you view graded bets. Also your screenshot is not showing up. Dispute system only exist for sports bets not for bit brwalers matches. Is there any reason for it? I did not realize this was in reference to bitbrawlers. Sports betting is player vs house. However bitbrawlers is player vs player meaning you are betting against other bitbrawlers players betting on the brawlers not against the house. If a bet was graded as a push it means there was a bug in the system and the bet was returned to all players betting. I am with you on this mate. Gambling platforms must be robust and well functional before accepting any deposit from players. Disabling API for certain buttons can give them huge edge in 'Crash type games', if they are providing similar games. They must reimbursed your deposits with some kind of compensation for going through all this.
