It's good to see someone caring about the safety of crypto newbies, I believe they are the main ones getting caught in scammers trap, so how will we be able to direct newbies on here? Majority of them are using twitter to find crypto, not even all of them know about coinmarketcap, can you see the error?

I don't know if hiveOS supports flashing bios in its OS, you can try checking that out as it makes things more easier than doing it manually yourself, if HiveOS don't support bios modding you can use simplemining OS instead, drop a thank you if this works, I will wait for your comment

I'm not surprised here mate, many are familiar with such low hashrate from one or two GPUs out of many they own, I suggest you consider bios modding, find the right bios and flash the bios, you will get better increase in hashrate goodluck

I don't know why this problem is very common with asus motherboards, I'm sure you are running on windows 10 OS? The solution is to change OS to Linux or run a better dedicated OS for mining only like hiveOS, your gpu issue will be solved pretty fast

If you keep holding on to the fact that another Ethereum will come you are simply wasting your time, Ethereum introduced smart contract, everything about smart contracting starts from Ethereum, people will surely prefers Ethereum over many new smart contract projects, Ethereum will remain Ethereum and nothing is capable to change that

Some hours ago (25th Dec) all of my rigs dropped ETH hashrate to -30/40%.
Regardless of miner software, the 1070 were hashing at 25mhs and now at 17mhs. Same issue with 1080ti.. from 45mhs to less than 20mhs.
I will try updating drivers, but this looks more related to epoch than miner/driver.
It's probably a problem with vram, GPUs with 6gb or 8gb memory can't be affected, I will advice you find another good miner to give a try, you can download phoenix miner to see how it performs, it's either the epoch or the miner you are using presently

Hedera have high potential and can actually be more useful for the public than Ethereum but the fact is you aren't the one to make the decision, the smart contract adopters are the ones to make decisions here, if people notice the difference between hedera and Ethereum they may decide to leave eth blockchain for hedera but I still doubt it will happen, Ethereum have gain solid awareness and trust, it's not going to be easy

Hey miners ! I built my first gpu rig in early 2016 and now I have more GPUs and 3 ASIC on BTC but I still have my first rig 6x R9 290 mining ETC and DBIX a small bit profitably! (I'm from QC, electricity is not too expensive here) but I will sell those gpu soon. I am looking to up my mining game, what would you buy those days? ASIC and GPU are hard to find at a good price I know... Undecided and if I buy GPU what is my best bet ? 5708G or 1660 or newer card? I like you all! Vive Bitcoin et les Crypto Sell those R9 290 for gamers on ebay, some are still using old gpu for intense gaming till date, just don't raise price too much if not you won't see anyone to patronize you, after selling buy some Ethereum and hold, you will make profits faster this way than buying rigs right now

Wait for another good opportunity just like that of March 2020 when bitcoin goes down to 3500$, always buy when price is so low compared to ATH, don't ever invest when price is surging, it's a huge risk that's not worth taking, many believe that Bitcoin wi keep surging unfortunately things won't work that way, volatility is 100% certain in crypto

Do your own research, whatever you are going to get out of people are from their own point of view, most predictions too, coins and tokens under top 20 on coinmarketcap is a good place to start, some of them have low marketcap and they have good use case, hope you know the difference between high quality use cases and low quality use cases

Hi , As my hobby im searching on new projects , So this time i found a Low risk project among 15 new projects . They have a Ann thread on bitcointalk --> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5286191.msg55504061#msg55504061 Im telling as "Low Risk" because they have provides every thing clearly with the videos , And they have NO ICO . What do you think ? shall we comment on that thread if you have any doubt on this project , then it will be helpful for others as well. I've been hearing words about this crypton project but haven't really do any diggings on the project to get some vital informations, it's better to do your own research first and also take less risk on the project, I don't think it's that popular so go in with very little amount of money you can sacrifice

If you want to flash a a particular brand gpu for example like MSI make sure that the mod bios is for MSI brands only, don't go and flash a Zotac bios on a MSI graphic card, this is where problems of rebooting or overheating will occur
|
|
|
It depends on the bios that you plan to use, they are different in clock speed and if speed is too high for a particular gpu brand it can keep crashing after few hours of running, I had a old hd6990 that has dual bios button, I used this card for lots of experiments that's how I figure out that not all bios are good for a particular brand

The most important part of a new project is the team, transparency of the team is all I need, been transparent will show how caring they are with their reputation, most new projects don't really have the best interest of their investors at heart, they don't care about any reputation, your job is to find out if the team cares about their rep

I have purchased some Innosilicon A10 Pro+ 6G 500 Mhz and I wonder which is the best pool for mining Ethereum with those? Also does anybody knows if you can connect those miners on Nicehash?
As far I have tested Antpool and Ethermine. Antpool has a better higher hash rate that accepts of the miners but has a more declined shares. Ethermine is the opposite. It accepts less hashing rate than Antpool but has higher percent acceptance of shares. I will try to post every week the results of each pool with statistics and photos.
500mhs you mean? I thought that was a 720mhs unit not 500mhs. Or is this a lower power mode? Thanks for posting and offering to share the info. Have you seen an innosilicon A10 pro+ with 720MHs? I'm guessing they aren't real since I can't confirm from innosilicon team themselves, it looks like those 720mhs A10 are overclocked version of the 500mhs A10 pro + ? Correct me if I'm a wrong, I will definitely like to hear your feedback

This just makes our work more easier, it shows that such projects are never going to be serious, if you know what's good for you better look for another project, when pandemic was still very hot many new projects still get released and they are doing fine, the pandemic isn't an excuse not to release your project

My Question Is, How to trust someone in Bitcoin Transaction? Lots of people offering Lot's of things but whom to believe and how Don't trade with someone, do not buy bitcoin from someone like yourself, even if they sell bitcoin to you today and you received, they can change tomorrow and decide to run away with your money if the money is big enough, it's better to use top exchanges like binance, kucoin, Okex, huobi etc

If my English is not very good, and have some grammar problems occur, can I post? How many posts can be posted everyday?
I suggest you work on improving your English, incorrect words can sometimes looks bad and spammy, if admin keeps removing your posts because of error or incorrect words it will eventually leads to permanent ban, it's true that we can't be all that good in english but atleast write something that can be well understand

Nothing good comes out of doing any tasks you get on telegram, either through groups or private messages, it's all about getting scammed believe me, I don't bother listening to anybody or joining anything on telegram again, enough is enough for that smart, ignore every PM and also avoid weird groups that add you without your permission

Lol, what do you expect? It's DeFi season, Dao or Finance must start or ends the names lol, scammers at work here this makes their work more easier, it's the new skool names indeed but mind you its still better than having five projects sharing the same name, few projects are sharing the name Alchemy
