141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to get back into mining? on: October 28, 2019, 07:21:04 AM
Since all this while that mining altcoins have not been profitable like before i don't bother to keep mining coins so i just lock my mining rig in a room and now that bitcoin halving is knocking on the door i think its a good time to start mining even if its not profitable? i believe if bitcoin surge over 30k altcoins will take the ride we've been waiting for, anyways, what do you guys think? good idea or bad ?

I think mining coins is profitable as long as the coins are actively traded on exchangers. Coin mining means decentralized coins and I think coins like this are suitable for long-term investment.
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Day Trading or Long-term Hodl? on: October 28, 2019, 07:17:38 AM
then we can do long-term trading, and can do other activities.
Yup! That's the best choice to do for a busy bee like me Cheesy. Engaging with crypto is more of a simple hobby but less of a mandated routine for me thus I hodl for good. Though I want to deal with it as much as possible, there are still main priorities that should be finished first like my review for board examination.

Agree, for people who are busy with various jobs or activities, I think the long term is an alternative investment. Trading requires extra time and also a high concentration in analyzing market movements and I think if we are not able to provide enough time to analyze, it's better to invest in the long term
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't complain for too long. on: October 28, 2019, 07:13:35 AM
Good evening everyone, I want to share a little bit of saturation but also want to share the spirit in the current market conditions (Altcoin Prices). When you decide to trade, you must set aside a lot of time to monitor price movements. Actually not only choose the time to buy or sell, but there must be a growing spirit of self. Don't focus too much on conditions, but we need refreshment of mind to make a new strategy. I am optimistic that the altcoin price will grow well, maybe later this year. Do you think so now? Thank you,

I also think that there are some good altcoins as a long-term investment. The cryptocurrency market may not only depend on bitcoin, investors need alternative investments and altcoin which is in the top 10 can be an option. For some people, investing in altcoin may be risky but if we choose a coin that is in the top 10, I think we can minimize the risk.
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best altcoin to invest excluding ETH on: October 28, 2019, 07:10:31 AM
Right now the market situation is not so much to make any predictions but can do some experiment at our own risk by investing into altcoin.

But if we have to try something different by investing into a new altcoin which has caliber to perform well rather than investing on a reputed altcoins like Ethereum.  Kindly suggest which would be the best altcoin to invest which is under $1.

Apart from ethereum, I think there are many altcoins that cost under $ 1 and are worth investing. Coins or tokens that are in the top 100 coinmarketcap can be a good choice because they have a large transaction volume and are traded at large exchangers. Coins like TRX are one example of altcoin besides ethereum which is worth investing
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Centralized exchanges vs Decentralized exchanges on: October 23, 2019, 06:29:07 AM
The advantage of a centralized exchanger is the speed of the transaction and also the large volume of transactions and we can by selling tokens or coins listed on the exchanger. In contrast to decentralized exchangers who trade lots of tokens or coins but do not have a large transaction volume. If told to choose, then I would prefer a centralized exchanger because it can make the price of a token up
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO projects with very good rating on: October 23, 2019, 06:25:08 AM
When i search i found ICO projects with very good rating, this rating posted buy ICO rating websites, how this rating works, websites did not mention about the factors use to rate this projects.

It is common knowledge that ratings can be bought. Some time ago there was news about investment about a rating website that received payment from a new project so that the project has a good rating and in my opinion it illustrates that there are still prone to new projects for scams
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What kind of Altcoins have a future? on: October 23, 2019, 06:21:58 AM
The market for Altcoins has been bad recently, and many Altcoins have died and lost a lot of money. What kind of Altcoins do you think will die?thanks for sharing

In my opinion, actually all altcoins have a chance but most of the existing altcoins don't have a product, other than that the developer team isn't solid and is also traded on a small exchanger so it doesn't have enough volume to lift prices. Altcoin will die when the developer team no longer actively communicates with investors, other than that when there is no active trading in the market
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin's future. on: October 23, 2019, 06:17:58 AM
Actually the altcoins market is very poor now because bad effects for many scam announcement. Anyway i see lot of investors decrease day by day for that reason scam project, because their don't want loss again. But smart investors always have old altcoins and this right profits old is always gold.

Some old altcoins are indeed worth keeping for the long term. But in my opinion there are some new altcoins that are also feasible as investment tools such as BNB Coin or Holochain
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH vs ADA on: October 22, 2019, 09:05:58 AM
ETH vs ADA

which do you prefer and why? Team, tokenomics etc.

Currently I hold ADA, but I'm dissapointed at the way the team has been handling everything. Combine that w ETH releasing their PoS and the potential of institutional $ rolling in to the blue chips (btc eth) I'm thinking of selling all my ADA for ETH. Really interested to hear your guys' perspectives

Looking for the best roi obv.

If you choose, then ethereum in my opinion is safer as a long-term investment compared to ADA. Maybe there is a good ADA in terms of technology and the solidity of the developer team, but in my opinion investors will definitely choose coins that have greater liquidity.
150  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin coins are losing popularity? on: October 22, 2019, 09:02:47 AM
Bitcoin is an online currency.  Even if started with a lower price.  Now its value is beyond the reach of ordinary people. But, nowadays, it seems that Bitcoin is losing its popularity.Because, not receiving validity in low income countries. It may be the main reason.

I think bitcoin is still the most valuable coin in the cryptocurrency market and hasn't lost its popularity. Current price declines are common because price fluctuations are normal in any market. If we look at history that bitcoin prices start at 0 and reach the highest price at $ 20k, I think bitcoin is still a valuable asset
151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stupid mistake newbies still do till date on: October 22, 2019, 08:59:20 AM
Quit underestimating wallets and figure out how your wallets works either its ETH erc20 based wallets or multi walllets, you lose your private keys or recovery seeds you lose your coins and tokens,I was in a gathering on message when somebody posted his private key guaranteeing he didn't get an airdrop tokens,I wonder what may have transpired as of now,its like some still don't have the foggiest idea how genuine there wallets recovery seeds and private keys are, quit playing with wallet private keys and take them more serious like you doing with your bank account.

Events such as the loss of private key or seed words often occur if we are not careful. Private key or seed words are the only access for our wallet to open, we should secure it and not share it with others
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can i trust new IEO on the new exchange? on: October 22, 2019, 08:55:03 AM
can anyone invest in new IEO listing in new exchange or it will be risk, i think if the price is low, it have the chance to increase, o what is the experts opinion?

I think it's better to invest in IEO that comes from a big exchanger. There have been a number of instances that IEO from small exchanger is unprofitable, sometimes there are even those whose prices fall below IEO shortly after the initial listing
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why its hard to attract investors on: October 21, 2019, 05:02:15 AM
Before investors are everywhere in crypto currency specially mid 2017 but everything change
Ico's started to boom in the internet, you can choose a lot
of ico that you like, but then started to change , there are ico that are scam, running with investors money in a snap, lending platforms also can be seen, the same happens they suddenly disappear
we have already have a very good market if there are no scammers
they change everything, now investors are so hesitant whenever there is a new coin that are good but they opted out because they think its a scam, I think we should find a way to lessen or better eliminate them for good.

For new projects, finding investors is not easy. They must create a whitepaper or roadmap that is easily understood by potential investors. In addition, they must market the project to several ventures so that the project can run first while waiting for more investors. Trust is the most important factor in finding investors for a new project
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do Investors always turn to reduce or deny bounty hunters their payments on: October 21, 2019, 04:59:01 AM
Some Project owners together with some Bounty managers promise Hunters certain percentage of total tokens to be created.
These promised tokens inturn manipulates hunters to engage in these bounties expecting to be paid.
One main phrase that gets to favor this bounty managers and project owners is "bounty manager and project owners have the rigjt to male changes to the bounty tool at any point in time"
Should the above statement be allowed to continue?

The bounty manager should be able to provide clear information to bounty participants. But sometimes after the sale period ends, communication between the bounty hunter and the developer team is sometimes interrupted and I think this will worsen the image of the project. Projects that have gotten a bad image from bounty hunters or their investors will certainly not succeed in the market and the price may drop dramatically
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To bounty hunters & investors on: October 21, 2019, 04:55:30 AM
The problem is that at present the bounty participants don't think they have their rights anymore. many of them are disadvantaged from the current project. because most projects that exist until now have the potential to be a scam. so the system that must be improved is the pojeck of the many must change it so that there are no more projeck scams that are able to operate

Problems like this always occur between the bounty hunter and the developer team. The developer team should provide clear information at the beginning of the bounty so that the bounty participants are not restless. In my opinion, the bounty campaign that plays with the bounty hunter will not succeed in the market and they may leave the project halfway to the detriment of their investors.
156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What can make more profit ? on: October 21, 2019, 04:50:50 AM
What you think more profit, participate in IEO or wait after IEO and buy the token from exchanges?

If I have to invest in IEO, I prefer IEO from large exchangers like Binance or Okex. But if I have to choose, I prefer to invest in coins that are already on the market and are in the top 50 coinmarketcaps, because they already have price data history and also usually have a large community
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stacking cryptocurrencies with Interest on: October 17, 2019, 07:33:53 AM
Coinmarketcap has recently published a page where they track the interest rates from various cryptocurrencies on different platforms. The highest Bitcoin APR is now 6.20% at BlockFi. Looks like BNB and stable coins have even 10% APRs. I wonder what are these platforms doing with your crypto to offer such high interest rates..

My question to the community is how much you trust these platforms to hold your crypto safe and don't scam away? Is the 4-6% annual interest rate worth the risk for you?

If an exchanger with a good reputation holds cryptocurrency staking, I think this will be good and affect the price in the short term. Investors will think it is better to follow a staking program and earn interest while holding coins for the long term
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: !!! THE MOST EXCITING NEWS TODAY !!! FOR YOU ??? on: October 17, 2019, 07:30:47 AM
Nothing excites me today, the market is still in another boring state. After the all time high maybe we should also expect an all time low. But currently I’m more excited and looking forward about XRP, BNB and their future.

I am sure this will not continue. The market always has a cycle and hopefully next year the crypto market cycle shows an upward sign. Especially if the government regulates the cryptocurrency market, I think this will make new investors come and be interested in investing
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Opinions on BNB for the future maybe in few years time? on: October 17, 2019, 07:27:02 AM
If this IEO will continue to grow and save the investment on the project then BNB will be one of the biggest coin in cryptocurrency.
Most team will look for a greater rate of success and if we will talk about IEO best xchanges will be better.
Binance is one of them and it supplies the BNB and use also for IEO program.

One of CZ's strategies to increase BNB demand is to always hold an IEO that is in demand by investors. Continuously benefiting from IEO organized by binance gives investors confidence so BNB Coin demand will remain stable and can even continue to rise
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if Ethereum replaces Bitcoin someday? on: October 15, 2019, 08:32:41 AM
I think not, if talking about technology maybe Ethereum has a very good platform.
There are many projects that participate in using the Ethereum smart-contract and have a large community.
Can Ethereum replace Bitcoin? I think no, bitcoin is still the king cryptocurrency.

Agree, compared to bitcoin, maybe ethereum is better for some people because it has a smart contract that allows people or companies to make utility tokens or security tokens. But investors invest in bitcoin because of trust and not everyone believes ethereum is able to compete with bitcoin in terms of price and market value
