If there is enough space and bandwidth and it can run common installation of PHP+MySQL then yes.

Please do not bid if you do not know how to host such a project. 99 % of shared webhosting products are not suitable for this. On the other hand, any cheap VPS with enough disk space and bandwidth is probably good enough.

Either people are honest or not. Yes, the price is much lower now, but I will honor my bid and pay for it. Every person doing something else will sooner or later go broke, because they do not know how to make the business anyway. Update: Machine flashed with latest firmware, now it is 82.8 GH on avg. after 24h uptime.

Thanks. I went for 20130820 and I can confirm your measurements! It is +1GH on 3 module Batch 2 machine.
24 hours uptime with avg. 82.876 GH and it was 81.8 avg. before the update.
