Heh figures I start to mine it right when Cryptsy suspends it. Is it listed anywhere else?

I'm looking forward to the free drawing

Mine showed pretty instantly

Ok I deleted the bin files and rebooted and everything is fine now. Guess we can chalk it up to card weirdness Still a little slower than I was hoping for but good. Thanks!

I've opened a new, fast, dedicated server pool for globalcoin: GLC.DEDICATEDPOOL.COM Running Mpos with stratum. nice and quick and no lag. Cron jobs running every minute, with 60 confims on blocks. Payouts and everything have been tested, everything works. Sick of bad pools? Come on and join up. PS: Also added another pool for grandcoin, gdc.dedicatedpool.com. If you are sick of slow/laggy pools, join up!
Thanks! I just pointed at you, easy as pie.

Yep, copied my existing conf file to a new file. Named to ltc one to .old, and changed the parameters to point to multipool in the new one.

Sorry I'm saying my miner hashrate in cgminer is less than half, not what the site is reporting.

Hey gang trying to sort out what is going wrong for me. I was mining LTC but decided to switch to multipool. All I did was change the pool settings in my cgminer.conf file to multipool. It connects but my speed is less than half what I was getting in litecoinpool across my 4 cards. Anything I should be looking to change? Not sure why it would drop like that.

Can you help me? Can i mine globalcoin solo at one computer using wallet on another computer? On a first i can only use linux console, haven't display.
Of course you can. You simply run the daemon (globalcoind) on another computer and use that computer's IP address instead of localhost/127.0.0.1 for your miner. Sorry, I'm used to easy settings with BTC So I have my wallet on 1 PC and it's sync'd. My miner is a different PC. I've got all my settings that I normally use in my cgminer.conf and I added the IP of the miner to my globalcoin.conf. But how/where do I tell cgminer to talk to the PC with the wallet?

Ditto. Since we can't seem to trust Cryptsy I wish there was some way to know what orders had been cancelled but not refunded

|

And I have .7 BTC missing after Cryptsy isn't refunding my BTC on cancelled orders.... gah

I've been part of and like reinvestment pools, I just want the cards on the table before we start about how it would be run and everyone buying in needs to buy in the same. George (KnCMiningOps) has a very successful reinvestment pool. And I like the Antminers very much (I've bought 4 of them). But any reinvestment pool needs to be measured against what hardware is likely to be available, potential difficulty levels, etc;

Don't you have to modify the power cables for that?
|

I've got a couple APCs that I use. Depends on how they are rated.

I have 2 in my basement right now. Decent machines albeit a little flaky at times. Easily overclocked to 200Ghz if you keep them cool. That said, I want the payout in BTC. I've got a ton tied up in miners, rigs, and GBs lately and need some actual results At this point the S1s we could order won't ship until Dec 17th at the earliest and that means about a Dec 20th delivery. That's a week of hashing we lose on them. And if you look at the calculators they are already going to have a hard time making ROI.

So I have he Nov 29th firmware but the Rev 1 timings in my asic-config file on the one I just received. Interesting. I'm also hashing slightly lower at stock than the last one. I wanted to try the 375 timings to try and get to the right hash but I'm nervous to use them if I have rev 1 boards since the rev 1 timings didn't list a 375.

When do you expect to get the 1x-16x back in stock?

I would consider helping but I need to understand all the details and the trust levels of everyone involved. I am a LOOOONG time trusted Paypal and Ebay user and can get up to 10BTC instantly at Coinbase prices.

Ok... could be an issue. Make sure all your power is tight and you are supplying enough.
