141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think altcoins will be used for in the future. on: November 20, 2019, 05:54:20 PM
I believe that Altcoins will be used in many area in the future, may it be in health and wellness, properties, AI, information Technology and so on. This will serve as utility token to used services on these platsforms. I believe that this will help simplify our future transactions.
I think not everyone who will adopt crypto will appreciate the uses of a altcoin because there are some people who just wants to invest their money in altcoins because it has a good value that it does not matter to them if it has platforms that are related to health and wellness, wallet security, AI, information technology and etc. So i think there are less chance that altcoins will be used in the near future.
The uses of altcoins do not comes because of our wills but because of the functions of the coin and its features and benefits to the users. There a number of altcoins which are highly used in their platforms just like binance. People who are working on binance are highly interested in BNB and they all are using that coin. Ripple is also working with banks and many banks have adopted their software and when crypto currencies will be legalized globally then those all banks will start adopting Ripple coin.
142  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: So traders, how much You lose? on: November 20, 2019, 03:34:33 AM
So Everybody like to talk about winning and profits.... But traders honestly how much You are losing?  Daily weekly Monthly?

Im sure the Beginners lose coz of FOMO.

What's the purpose that we need to discuss how much we lose. Does it matter if someone will say they lose $ 500,000, $1,000,000 and more...

What we need to focus on is how to avoid that loss again.

The discussion should be how to avoid the losses but there are lots of threads about it already.
You have a very good point in your comment. While reading your comment I also thought the same as you said but after a while I got that it is also important that traders discuss their experience. Discussing the losses and winnings is the same as if someone share his past experience to teach or show to the new traders that what situations are expected in trading.
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: November 06, 2019, 04:26:56 PM

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

It seems strange that anybody would actually believe the scammers but if they collected that much ETH then it means they are having an impact.

Hopefully by highlighting this at least some people will realise it is a scam and will not send any ETH to their scam address.

It happened again, I am truly lost for words right now. Even though they were not able to collect that much of ETH yesterday, but still someone falls for it again.
Here is their latest streaming: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XxcpR9VUOpg

From the address mentioned on the stream, they were getting approximately around 6 ETH in total.
Please report them, so YouTube can block their channel.
Thanks for bringing this attention to the ethereum users here. I want to show another in this video to you that there are some accounts who have commented that they received their reward which is fake. These are also the channels of these scammers and they comment on their video to trap other people. I want to say that along with that video we also have to report those comments to youtube that they are doing fake favor to a scam attempt so that these all channels get banned.
144  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [DISCUSSION] What have you learned on BITCOINTALK FORUM? Share Your Experiences. on: November 03, 2019, 04:24:09 PM

•How The Blockchain Works
•How To Trade Bitcoins and Altcoins
•How To Gamble

I have learned much about the blockchain technology on this forum which I am not expecting from any other platform. Here we are working with a number of blockchain projects from which now I am able that how a project execute. I also got the idea that how much bitcoin is beneficial for not only online earners but also for even a simple person of this world. I was feeling fear from trading from a longer time but after coming on this forum I learnt about trade very easily.
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Pundi X - Any store can buy, sell and accept Cryptocurrency on: October 28, 2019, 04:58:09 PM
Starting from 2 sat and ending at 2 sat, very sad! It seems that the team hard work over the past 2 years is useless. Although they have succeeded in making some hardware that is integrated with the blockchain, but if the NPXS value does not growth, I think it does not mean anything. Because what is needed by investors is the profit from the growth of NPXS value itself.
IT's not just PundiX, almost ICOs from 2017 has this problem, because of the downtrend market. Maybe their team worked hard, but maybe it was not enough. They need the mass adoption, not just few hardwares and it'll go nowhere  Sad
I think Pundi X has worked hard so that the project can be mass adopted but with this market condition the price of the Pundi X is only 2 satoshi and this is a difficult thing for the team. I'm sure they are also trying to make the Pundi X price increase
I don't see a hard work of team, i only see price 1-2 satoshi per token - that a real indicator of work.. That is bad, very bad and sad.
It was the effect of the price dump in the previous year that is why the price is so down. I hope that very soon we will again see the alt season in which the market of altcoins will boost and pundi X will have a great future and its coin will attain a highest value.
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Crypto-Potential | Proof-of-achievement system on: October 12, 2019, 07:08:01 AM
I see that you're partnering with Dcoin, P2PB2B, ... so are you guys going to plan IEO on it? Your project is pretty awesome, but the token sale should also be taken seriously.
I encourage you to apply for an IEO on Binance, because I see the vision and potential of your project. You can try your luck there.

We are not considering any IEO's at this moment. Dcoin and P2PB2B are partner service providers with us where blockchain projects can spend their mined QCP tokens.

Spend their mined QCP tokens?
Don't understand.
Dcoin and P2PB2B are exchanges, not merchant services - to the best of my knowledge - so how can you "spend" tokens over there? Could you please elaborate more on this?
These both are the exchanges so by spending there means that the blockchain projects can sell their mined QCP tokens.
I think that is what the developer of this project try to explain.
There are also other ways of spending there like people or projects can spend that token for buying the exchange services like listing tokens etc.

At this moment you are not able to spend any QCP tokens or exchange them on any exchange since QCP is not yet listed.
Here is a roadmap explaining the timelines of planned Public Sale, Token distribution and Exchange listings.
https://crypto-potential.com/tokenAbout#roadmap
Yes I know about that. I know that right now you are in the sale phase and after that you will manage to create market for your token and after that it will be able to sell, buy or to spend for any service which the holder will want.

148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: September 30, 2019, 11:07:12 AM
I knew of ETHEREUM when it was pennies on the dollar and was so stupid that I didn't buy at the time a few thousand to keep for a better day. So many people have become very wealthy just because they bought ETH when it was dirt cheap. I don't know now if there is any chance to make that kind of wealth again in the Cryptosphere. I personally think those days are over now and those huge gains were made by the early adopters who just bought a few bags and then saw their investment skyrocket. I believe though the technology is here to stay and maybe in the future, we might have some good projects off of the Ethereum network that might make a few people happy financially, but it's those who invested in ETH early, who are the real winners here. At least we can congratulate their foresight at least if anything.

Yes unfortunately we miss investing in some excellent get-rich opportunities such as Ethereum and sometimes invest in fraudulent projects instead.

It is all part of the learning process.

i remember a friend of mine telling me back then to buy eth and price was between $10-$15 there about and i said to him - that coin already too expensive to invest on he should forget about it and buy something cheaper..... Damn! if only i could see future or have a time travel machine, but now it feels there are no such great project that are cheap to invest on, 2017 was really a great year for those who took full advantage of it, hope we can see better years ahead.
I ctually bought eth at 13$ but since i am afraid i only bough 1 pcs of eth . and im not able to get rich with only 1 pcs . i wish i investt all my money that time and sell it in 2017 .

Hindsight is a bitch alright. I had 300 ETH bought in the ICO, I sold all around $3 each and I thought I was a genius with all that  600% profit. And then years later on even with this Ethereum downtrend, I wish I waited for much longer.

I feel you.. I remember mining 0.5 coins/day. What I wouldn't give to have all of those coins back today. You just never really know what's going to happen. I ended up doing alright with the coins I mined, but I too ended up selling them at like $5. Just looking at my old wallet and realizing I was mining close to $100/day at the time makes me sick.
I experienced similar feelings during mining. Then I remember well in 7 days exactly 2 Monero came out. And I sold them for about $ 10 (fall 16). And then everything suited me and I was pleased. Now I'm sick.
But you people still have time to mine the current amount as after a few years you will again regret the current time that why you not mined and saved in 2019 as after a few years the value of it will increase and then with the difficulty you will not be able to mine that much which you are mining today.
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins vs BTC halving on: September 30, 2019, 10:59:43 AM
Already almost all the altcoins had touched the bottom and some of good coins are about to test the dogecoin like prices (I mean prices below 100 satoshi). It is proven that when BTC prices are increasing, altcoins are slipping and in time to time, we do observe altcoins are falling along with bitcoin markets too. But, only when bitcoin markets are trading stable, we are witnessing altcoins are increasing.

I guess, it is time for bitcoin markets may get impacted about upcoming halving as the halving is approximately scheduled in less than 8 months of time. I am really confused what kind of trend we are going to have for altcoins against upcoming halving. We cannot expect BTC markets to be stable when a its halving is going to happen, obviously BTC prices may get doubled at least (or may grow in x5 or x10 too) and due to this, I do not want to see my portfolio value getting half from the current levels.

Let's discuss where altcoins market may head due to this crucial part of crypto world.
You do not have to worry for your portfolio as when with halving the value of bitcoin goes better then it put the impacts on all the market. So the value of all other coins also rises. Because with the rising value of bitcoin many more people come to join the crypto community and they then start to trade so it brings a good time for the market.
150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] DyngeCoin - Recycle useless things. on: April 22, 2019, 11:07:35 AM
No premine, but the coin is being mined now. Blocks are fast.

What is the meaning of your project? Where is the roadmap? Who is the developer? Or today such an announcement enough to attract attention in your opinion?

I wanted to make a asic-friendly coin to keep all the deviced being bricked/useless in the future. The recyclebit is not yet clear.
A roadmap will be made.
I am the developer and new to this.
The announcement was made on reques from a miner, I was planning to wait but thought, why not now. Maybe someone will find it interesting and help with keeping this alive.
You have a good idea but try to complete everything sooner as people like to continue with the completed projects more happily. This idea may clean the earth from the pollution if it started to recycle the useless things from the environment.
151  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin, the highest fall in the year 2018 on: July 03, 2018, 11:59:05 PM
Bitcoin prices have never been so low this year. Prices were down to 5,826.41$ (Jun 24 2018 16:04:00 UTC). Many advisers say that at the end of the year it will hit 30,000$. The market is seeing more than the fall from the price rise. Imagine when the speculation will end?
In the previous year in the start months the price of bitcoin was not doing better and I was worried about the price but after the mid of the year the price was going much better and till the end it raised up to $20000. In this year I am sure that it will again rise to that much and this time I am sure that the price of bitcoin will be $50000 in the end.
152  Economy / Economics / Re: Why we must study Economics at University? on: July 03, 2018, 11:42:55 PM
Most probably in this section are users that are interested mostly in Economics, so I want to know why Economics attracts you?

If someone will study about economics in university then they will be able to make a stronger economy for their country. They will know about all the factors to make the economy of their family stronger and when they will make their family economy stronger then it will help the economy of the country to get stronger. He will live a prosperous life.
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]💎Tip Blockchain💎 Mass adoption powered by Discovery on the Blockchain📱📱 on: July 03, 2018, 11:00:54 PM
Can any crypto be used for tipping or will there be a native token in this network and only that one can be transferred among users?

TIP is meant to be a payment system. The name has nothing to do with tipping/giving tips. We are creating an ecosystem where users can transact easily with each other and with businesses. Payments, peer-to-peer transfers, a social aspect and more will be possible on our platform. Our key distinguishing point is our Discovery aspect, which allows users to find each other, businesses and services on our network.

Understood that wrong then. I mean the name certainly suggests it has to do with tipping Smiley users can only find each other if everyone applies loose privacy settings or if they share data with each other in advance of a transaction? If they share it in advance though that is quite the same as using another network isn't it?
Just think about this forum here everyone is trying to make their username as more famous because they want to make themselves as the famous and trusted person to give their service and to start their business with full trust. In the same way people at there will want to join and will make their username to give service and support to the community.
Up to which I got it is confirmed that people like to show and make their identity in the places where businesses need trust. Here people will like to have their identity to make their businesses. They will be there for their businesses and for their other services which they want to give to earn profit.
The governments which want regulation also want to see this technology in the crypto currencies. So they will order all of their users to use this project. I think this project is more better to join rather than a ban or any other restriction. Suppose if it is banned in Bangladesh then when they will see this project then the government will allow them to use crypto under this project.

Haha your comment is funny. As if any government will force its citizens to use a cryptocurrency application Cheesy
This is an application with a technology. The governments want the technology for their convenient. They already want to use a transaction system where everyone will be known. In this application it will happen. The usernames of the crypto users will be public.
The governments can do anything for their benefit. If they think that there is a benefit to them and to their citizens in using this technology then they will impose them to use that.
Yes the government can do anything and sometimes they do against that which is even beneficial for the public and for their country, as bitcoin and the use of it is much important for any country as it improve the economy of any country but still some countries do not understand that and ban it. Adopting TIP Blockchain and suggesting their citizens for its usage is not that bad.
154  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [Exchange] GRAVIEX Exchange: low fees, fast withdrawals, high security on: July 03, 2018, 10:41:38 PM
From now a coin delisting will never be a shocking news! If you see this mark, it means this coin is going to be delisted soon. Graviex is getting better and better! 😀 Join us!

Can I know on what criteria are you adding the coins to your exchange? Is there any fees for the listing? I think you have to focus on the project that how much the product is ready. If the product is not of high potential and the goal are not completed then you have to think about that.

I like to see ROC coin on your exchange. try to add the coins of successful ICO projects as they have a good community.

Thanks
I favor the opinion to add the coins with more successful ICO. The coin holders often do not throw all of them to the sale. They have bigger community and they all invite more to do trade with that coin. ROC is also a good coin. That will be a positive step if they list this coin as ROC team completed their goal and they are running their product with growing success. This community really need a centralized exchange. If you list that coin then all of their community will rush to you.

This project did not send a listing request
If they did not send a listing project then it is right. I think it is important for the developers to send a listing request as it contain all the details which are required for the listing for any exchange. If the developers apply for the listing via the form they provide then the exchange will not face any difficulty to list it.

The south Korea has already ordered for a system like TIP blockchain. They said that the usernames in the transactions are required. So this aim will be completed by the TIP Blockchain only. I have hope that South Korea will be the first to legalize TIP Blockchain first.
It may happen in the future because I am seeing this project as much progressive and much successful in their aim and in their field. The demand is also at a peak for this project. The team members are much expert and are more active for the goal of this project.
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin to be over $5000 in 2018? on: July 02, 2018, 11:02:07 PM
I doubt if litecoin will get to that amount this year as the sixth month is almost over and the price is still very low. I do not think it will even get to $1000 before this year ends. I believe it will rise when the market recover but it will need alot of time to get to this price.
I also have doubt that it will reach but still we cannot say anything in crypto as anything can happen. It may be possible that this coin reach to there but only if bitcoin gone much better and the adoption of bitcoin increase much higher. Half of the year passed but still we can believe that the price of it will come to start increasing.
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The king (bitcoin) was replace once! on: July 02, 2018, 10:50:49 PM
Guy, once i come to cross one altcoin that has higher price than bitcoin last December! Russian Miner Coin (RMC). $48k in price 2x plus higher than btc last December. Does anyone of you know this coin? Maybe its a good time to buy and hold this coin. If history repeat well have a big chance to earn big.
Not many people know about that coin like me. The price higher do not mean that this coin is bigger but the position depends on the marketcap of the coin. Bitcoin has the bigger marketcap and it is on the top.
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is crypto making the world go crazy? on: July 02, 2018, 10:35:24 PM
why people are crazy for crypto ,they leaving their job, they selling their house , selling their property?
Because it is the initial stage of the crypto and all of the filed is going successful and more development and adoption is coming so the price of these cpoins increasing faster and the coin holders are becoming millionaires.
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Does Bitcoin price affect ICOs on: July 02, 2018, 09:49:17 PM
I have been wondering how directly and indirectly fluctuations in the price of bitcoin affects ICOs performance at that time. Anyone who knows this can assist in the explanation.
Yes I think it will affect the performance of ICO investment just like the price of other altcoins. When the price is reducing then many users keep their money in dollar and because of that they even do not invest in any ICO as they think that the price of these coins will also reduce while if the price of bitcoin increases then people do not worry while keeping their money in crypto and they then also invest in ICO.
