145  Local / Pilipinas / Re: STUDY FINDS BITCOIN’S MOST VOLATILE FROM MIDNIGHT TO 1 A.M. on: July 21, 2019, 10:08:13 AM
Oo parang tama nga kasi nagti-trade ako ng madaling araw kasi ambilis gumalaw ng presyo ng ganung oras. And I think nangyayari yon dahil mas active ang west gaya ng US, Eh and other western countries.
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The next 50x !! on: July 21, 2019, 09:58:14 AM
I think OP just shilled to hype those altcoins or he hold it because lose huge amount and have no choice but hope wait for it to rise and somehow regain his losses. Everyday there's so many altcoins are being born and die. You didn't show us some proof or whatever reasons to support you claims. 50x in return is crazy man. That's impossible for an altcoin to go that far. Maybe if it was born way back 2017. That could be possible. Anyway, this is cryptocurrency. I could be wrong but or maybe not. And to all those newbie traders, don't just flow with the hype guys. Make a study first and then decide whether to buy or not.
147  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Gold? Which one you would choose to invest for long term? Why ? on: July 21, 2019, 09:43:51 AM
Let's be honest here. Me, I prefer gold as a form of investment. It's a no brainer. Gold is known as a valuable asset which overtime is gets higher and higher due to scarcity. It's advisable to invest on it since it's a long term investment and you know the profitability of it. Bitcoin is a short term investment. I said that because we don't know if how long can it be operating. There's so many factors and risks on investing on this kind of industry. What I mean the government regulations which threatening it's existence. They can just hang it whenever they want.

Bitcoin is a really good investment because of its ability to bring you huge gains, no doubt about that. But it is only for short term and not for long term. Good I think still a great contender among other investments.
148  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You don't loose if you don't encash on: July 21, 2019, 09:29:23 AM
Of course it is. Don't think about selling them because it could pump in no time. Some traders are just impatient and just sold their Bitcoin. Anyway, if it's your first time trading cryptocurrency, it's not the same with stock exchange trading. In trading cryptocurrency you better have study first before buying. In your case, I think you were just hyped and bought at its high. That's a newbie mistake. But it is what it is. You have to keep it or lose some of your money. And I know you're only choice is to keep it.
149  Local / Pamilihan / Re: DEX's KYC on: July 20, 2019, 08:37:55 PM
Lol.

Kasi the more you're against the government. The more problems you get. The more you comply, the lesser problems you get.
150  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don;t be tempted to Sell OUT; HODL on: July 20, 2019, 08:26:43 PM
Bulls not over yet. Marketcap is still good for declare a bear market. Also altcoins market recovers I think it's 60%-70% of it's marketcap since bear market stays for almost two years. So I can't blame people why they sold their altcoins because of long drought which I think the longest in the history. For now, people are relying on Bitcoin as the volume goes to it. Altcoins will rise again soon when Bitcoin drops as the volume goes to altcoins. It's a vice versa.
151  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-07-18] IDEX set to begin transition period for KYC and AML compliance on: July 20, 2019, 08:14:35 PM
IDEX should change its name then😀
It is what it is. They should start complying or stop the operations. Decentralized exchange I think is no future as government starts to crack them down. Anyway, it's still a good move for them. They comply and apply AML/KYC to maintain its operation and also to acquire more valuable cryptocurrencies which are not available on decentralized exchanges.
152  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Between Libra and Bitcoin, I Want Bitcoin Interview with Tim Draper on: July 20, 2019, 08:04:54 PM
Of course Tim Draper will support Bitcoin. It changed his life and this is his life. He is one lucky man who bought handful of Bitcoins back in the day. He's a millionaire now because of that. Facebook's Libra is a good cryptocurrency. But what people want is not only decentralization but the profitability of it. I don't know if Libra the one people are looking for. In terms of decentralization, I don't think Libra is aiming for it. For profitability, Libra is a stablecoin means that even the market is booming, Libra still at the same price.
153  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is the best Decentralized exchange in crypto wrold? on: July 19, 2019, 08:36:24 PM
Binance is one the best exchange I've ever use. They are now running DEX(decentralized exchange) known as Binance DEX. I think it's worth a try although I didn't tried it before but if I were to choose what kind of exchange I wanna use, I prefer centralized exchange. It's because most of the altcoins listed to centralized exchange are good and you are confident that it's safe. IDEX and Ethereally sucks tho. There's so many unknown tokens listed.
154  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [GABAY] UPANG MAIWASAN ANG RED TAG MULA SA PAG-PROMOTE NG KILALANG SCAM on: July 19, 2019, 08:25:12 PM
Good job kabayan! Now, sana maging aware tayo sa lahat ng bounty projects dito. Eto sya https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5164813.0
Fame teams ang tinutukoy ko. Asian ang mga pangalan pero American itsura. At meron na silang accusations sa scam section.
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A SHIFT FROM ICO TO IEO on: July 18, 2019, 09:48:29 PM
IEO is the ICO 2.0. Since it's the ICO is held on exchange, this is way safer than traditional ICO which is prone to scam. Also it is easy to market because investors are confident so that IEO will meet their hardcap in no time.

Very interesting buddy. I've noticed this and people are making good amount from this IEO. I think it's a nice idea especially when they do the IEO on a major exchange like IDAX. Now IDAX and Exmarkets are some of the exchanges engaging most in the IEOs.

No. IDAX is no longer a reputable exchange to conduct an IEO. They scammed for over 5 million dollars. One of the bounty(CMA) have joined claims that they have been scammed by IDAX. And I found out that they're not alone coz there are more projects break their silence and took a stand against this exchange.

156  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Pinagkaiba ng Token sa Coin on: July 18, 2019, 09:23:32 PM
Parang confusing yung question hehe. baka you mean Token vs Security Coin/Token?
Tama yan. Basta laging tandaan:

Token - walang sariling blockchain
Coin - may sariling blockchain

Ok yan brod.
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: New forecast for the market, what should we expect? on: July 18, 2019, 09:00:18 PM
For now, volume is on Bitcoin. But once it falls down. Maybe some altcoins will surge because volume will go to them. Or maybe another loss of cryptocurrency marketcap. That's the scenarios. All eyes of graders are now on Bitcoin because it is the strong one that can give you decentralization profit. For some graders who doesn't want Bitcoin. Then maybe they should invest altcoins that are legitimate that conducting IEOs. It could give good profit.
159  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Japan reportedly pushes "International network for cryptocurrency payments" on: July 18, 2019, 08:17:28 PM
No wonder why Japan is the biggest cryptocurrency Haven. You can buy almost everything using cryptocurrency there.

If they keep it closed how they like it, the people can simply ignore them. Especially Japan, one of the leaders accepting Bitcoin. Why bother with bank wire transfer when you already have your money in bitcoins?
It's because not all are accepting cryptocurrency there. You still need cash to enjoy your stay there. Also the volatility of Bitcoin drives them to do that and banks could help us eliminate those risks of devaluation. But in return, the regulated system or centralization that we need to comply.
160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptography experts are already laughing at 'Facebook Coin' compare to bitcoin on: July 18, 2019, 08:01:36 PM
Even the US congress is mocking at Facebook's Libra. And also Trump is against it. I don't know what Zuckerberg were thinking when he is creating this cryptocurrency. But he is missing the main essence of a cryptocurrency. The decentralization. I'm sure somehow this is centralized because we all know facebook already has the identity of their users. Also it is a stablecoin. Meaning, you can't get profit from it since it's price is backed by Fiat currency. I don't know why they are hyped about using this cryptocurrency.
