61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥[BOUNTY][AEROTOKEN][First Self Inflationary Token]🔥🔥🔥🔥 on: October 24, 2019, 10:25:40 PM
The bounty fund is way too small. Translation reward is only $700+.
We plan to hold subsequent campaigns in the future.

Article Bounty:
$12,000 x 35% = $4,200
Twitter
$12,000 x 10% = $1,200
Translation
$12,000 x 5% = $600
Signature
$12,000 x 25% = $3,000
Telegram
$12,000 x 5% = $600
YouTube
$12,000 x10% = $1,200
Medium
$12,000 x 10% = $1,200

Not enticing for me especially on social media bounties since they're the biggest population here.
62  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-10-24] Lightning Network User Reportedly Loses 4 Bitcoin: What Happened on: October 24, 2019, 10:07:28 PM
That's a huge money to risk. He shouldn't have done that because Bitcoin network right now is not that congested. Besides few people are using Lightning Network because they know the risk or even the normal transactions. They're irreversible. I don't know that Bitcoin is using Lightning Network now. Thestakes on the user's end. Not the network itself. Maybe he send to a wrong address and didn't even check if it's the correct address.

65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Who will Take over the Vechain Bulls or Bears? on: October 23, 2019, 10:43:14 PM
It's a bleeding market. We can't expect it to pump because of low volume to trigger the pump. Bulls always happen when huge news coming from them as people buying the hype and fear of missing out. Also bull could be trigger once the whole marketcap in general has increased huge amount. That's when the bulls enter.

today VeChain (VET) price is about $0.002985,
and i think you already knew the answer, because bears controlling the market now
maybe this conditions will continues until the end of this year

Almost half the OP stated. But still a good buy tho. Just wait if it could drop more.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Google Quantum Computer on: October 23, 2019, 10:33:32 PM
If it's true. Then you are rich by now. You can solve the remaining blocks of Bitcoin or you can brute force many accounts like it's nothing. This is the end of the world for sure. I have heard this news before and if I'm not mistaken there are now prototypes of this powerful computer. I hope it's just a hoax.
67  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance vs Coinbase Pro | Which one is better? on: October 23, 2019, 10:23:23 PM
Binance for sure. Coinbase is based in America where so many cryptocurrency antagonists there. Binance is based in Malta. Where they do their operations freely. If you compare the trading pairs offered on both Exchange. Binance offers more trading pairs so can enjoy more options but many of them are just props and not worth investing. Coinbase is just meticulously choosing what they're going to list. But for sure that cryptocurrency will boom. Coinbase is secured tho. But how long. Binance was hacked before but covered the lost funds. Which is a good thing.
68  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could Ransomware Be Driving Up Bitcoin Prices? on: October 23, 2019, 10:10:30 PM
Absolute. It can still influence the price even in small amounts if there's so many victims. Bitcoin is the safehaven for hackers and they can just easily extort money from their victims without knowing any personal details of them. This is quite alarming tho. Most of the victims being reported are huge companies. What's next? The government or Banks. No wonder why so many Bitcoin haters.
70  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: About my first loss - This might help newcomers as a learning curve on: October 22, 2019, 10:30:36 PM
As mentioned in the subject line I am one of those whose life was changed after the bullish market at the end of 2017 but I did eventually lost a huge chunk because of greed. I lost huge amount of money just because I did not sell it off during the peak and wanted the value to cross $25,000 which eventually led to collapse in the market situation and I had to sell it off for a mere $5,000 after a long wait expecting market to recover. The mistake which I made was not selling it when the value declined after reaching the peak. Kindly share your experiences as well as it will help new folks.
You know greed can't make you successful. That's what's happened to me also. Everything is pumping like crazy way back 2017. I earned for about over $20k and lost it in an instant. That's the problem in me, I didn't sell when I already got profit. I wait for another huge pump again and never happen. That's a lesson for me and to all of those who wants to get huge profit. Don't let greed eats you. It will change your life forever.
71  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance is earning only $20,00 per day on transaction fees charge?? on: October 22, 2019, 10:09:51 PM
I have been a binance user from the day I learn about trading and trust me there is no other exchange which is more secure than binance
Apart from when they were hacked for thousands of bitcoin earlier this year. Oh and when they were hacked for thousands of users' KYC documents, also earlier this year. Roll Eyes

You know that some of these fees are paid as mining expenses, right?
You can read the breakdown of the calculation here: https://beincrypto.com/binance-earns-more-than-20000-per-day-overcharging-on-transaction-fees/

Binance made 7 transactions in an hour, each transaction containing 36 outputs, paying a total of 0.01 BTC in mining fees. With their withdrawal fee of 0.0005, 0.0005*36*7 = 0.126 BTC charged to customers, leaving Binance with a profit of 0.125 BTC in a single hour. Multiply that by 24 to get 3 BTC per day. Now add in a similar calculation for all the different coins they list, and that $20k a day suddenly becomes much higher.

It's disgusting really, and Binance are probably far from being the worst offenders here. If you don't want to continue to be ripped off, then you should consider trading peer-to-peer on a DEX instead.

But don't forget that Binance covered the losses when the exchange was hacked. We rarely see that. Most hacked Exchange are mostly not operating anymore.
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.cryptolinenews.com/exchange-news/the-binance-hack-leads-to-a-42-million-loss-in-btc-dont-worry-everything-is-covered/%3famp
That's why still many people are using their service. Because they know they are covered.
72  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's acceptance in the World on: October 22, 2019, 10:02:03 PM
If they don't want any risk, then they should not use Bitcoin. Use dollar instead. Volatility, we know it's the major problem regarding to cryptocurrency. There is no way this will go away because most of Bitcoin supplies are kept by whales. But if I were the company, why would I sold my Bitcoin at a lower price? That's absolutely a loss. But when it comes to rewards, 2x,3x and even 10x the profit you could get from holding Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. The higher the risks the better reward.
73  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't run for merits! on: October 21, 2019, 10:10:14 PM
For newbies of course they're after merits because you can't ranked up if don't have enough merits. Who doesn't want that? Lucky for those already at higher rank because they don't have to do so much in able to ranked up. Merit system is good tho. It mitigates the unnecessary account farming which makes the forum bad because of shitposters and account sellers. That's why merit system was implemented. They have to earn merit first before you reach higher rank. You have to post useful posts and it's up to the merit holder whether we give it or not.
74  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Curious for places for trading Crypto on: October 21, 2019, 10:01:41 PM
Binance is the best way to start trading cryptocurrency. This trading platform is the best Exchange out there which a good reputation. It doesn't guarantee your profitability tho. It's up to you how you will manage to make it profitable. Some Exchange out there are offering shitcoins which makes an exchange too crowded. Binance guarantees that all of the cryptocurrencies that are being trade there are good projects.
75  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in football on: October 21, 2019, 09:54:58 PM
Still a good a news tho. It's not new to me since a lot of celebrity now are involved in cryptocurrency.
Like Pacquiao released his first ever cryptocurrency, the Pac coin.
https://www.google.com/amp/s/cointelegraph.com/news/philippine-boxing-champion-manny-pacquiao-releases-own-cryptocurrency/amp
I saw other MMA tv programs are being aired with a Bitcoin logo at the middle of the ring which blown my mind because this is unexpected.
76  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: From financial debt to financial stability- thanks to bitcoin on: October 21, 2019, 09:48:53 PM
That's good. But some other people involved in Bitcoin especially those scammed got really f*cked up.
So you're very lucky. A lot people here want their lives to be easier. But it seems getting harder and harder.
I have good amount of capital back then, but because of the market. I lost all of it. So to those who wants to be rich or get poorer. Buy Bitcoin and start trading.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: After Attack, John McAfee to Launch New McAfeeDEX Beta Versions on: October 19, 2019, 10:45:53 PM
Lol. After what he did. I don't know if people are going to believe this clown anymore. He lost his reputation years ago for out of this world predictions that never came true. Also he is promoting decentralized exchange which in the eyes of US government are threat. So I think this clown will never be successful in the long run. Also there's only few beers are using DEX. Why don't he just create an exchange which is complied in the government policies like regular Exchanges?
78  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Curious about this OKEx Place on: October 19, 2019, 10:37:30 PM
As a fellow trader, I found this new place to trade cryptocurrency called Okex. I’m just wondering if the place is good for trading currency as I have seen other sites with the same functionality, but this one seems new and different.

So far when I was looking around in the site it had all things the other sites had when it comes to trading cryptocurrencies such as real-time graphs, the ability to trade cryptocurrency in an instant and all the hottest traded cryptocurrencies in their front page. It looks really legit.

I honestly don’t have the slightest clue on what places are good or not when it comes to trading, but this one looks alright, but what do you guys think. I’m curious to know whether if the site is good for me to trade cryptocurrencies.

So far, this Exchange performing good. Many say that Okex is good when it comes to margin trading. I don't do margin trading though. Better than Binance margin trading. But for regular trading. I rate it neutral. It's a good Exchange so far. Never heard anything bad about the Exchange. So no worries about getting scammed there. It's safe.
79  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is smartmixer.io legit ? on: October 19, 2019, 10:23:49 PM
A lot of mixing service are scams. So always be vigilant. But I found mixing service here. The Chipmixer. I just don't know if this is working as other tumbling services out there were raided and closed by the authority as mixers are used for many illegal activities. Is cryptocurrency ban in your country? Why you're using mixing service?

Old ANN thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2815450.20
New one: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5172400.0

Both had some pending issues. So its clear that it isn't really safe to deal with this mixer.
Smartmix.io is obviously different from SmartmixER.io, the link of the ann thread was already posted above by some user.

Or not. It could be the former owner since there's so many negative feedback from the older one. He made a new one.
80  Other / Meta / Re: Ban evasion: falseflagger (alt of humanrightsfoundation) on: October 19, 2019, 10:13:59 PM
I still wonder why the  scam bug keeps coming back here even after saying that this forum is useless. Why doesn't he just stick to the forums he thinks are useful?

He is just here to troll. Because his account was banned. He can't scam anymore. No more money for him. So he chose to be a troll here. Also he is just making his case worst. Ban evasion I think could lead you to permaban which you can't retrieve your account anymore. I agree to those who want to ban scammers. Those are worser than any violation in this forum. It's a crime.
