They have a lockup period for private sale investors (up to 6 month after ICO). Tokens which was sold at public sale unlocked and trading at exchanges already. They sold on ICO 39% of tokens as I know. |

Centra has a working product but it violated the law that is why it become a scam, but MONACO AFAIK is not a scam. Maybe the card has not come out but it has a good now compared to centra, it's FuzeX time to boom and deliver what others failed to. Working product? Mate, they are in prison. And CTR token even not trading anywhere more. They made fake videos with their cards, but in fact they didn't have agreement from Mastercard as they announced. And Monaco don't have working cards in over than 1 year after ICO. And they don't have license as well. And this one (Fuze) - have agreement (lisence) from Visa or Mastercard or no? |

Have patience look over the activity of the team they are working with professional approach I don't think there is something wrong behind the scene. These devices successfully tested in various place and they got awesome result. They want to make sure these are secure option to use this before deliver these batches. But where they tested? They just posted some images and videos. But any of solid organization still don't have their devices. I'm waiting for the confirmation from some big companies about their devices. |

Tomo has mainnet ready on Q4, 2018. They already have a few ICOs interested and partnered with them like BitLearn, BigBom... and other projects and companies like Midas Protocol, Kambria, 0chain, VNext, Binkabi, TechInAsia... Midas is one of their partner (as one of Tomochain founder now in Midas team). And Midas going to launch own blockchain (now this is erc20 tokens). I also hope that soon there will be a listing on Binance. But it is very difficult and I am not sure that the team will decide on such a step before the launch of the platform. You are right. But platform lunch in Q2 2019 only. Untill this time price can fall a lot and it will be hard to recovery to new ATH. |

This partnership means there will be new tasks for Effect Force users, so it has a real impact on the platform. If you read the medium post, you will see that Singapore's goverment made a deal with Quadrant Protocol and asked them to map and categorize a geographic entities. I'm not sure what value could bring partnerships with IOTA opr ICON, but I know Effect is in close relations with NEO team.
Close relationships with the NEO team do not guarantee the success of the project, especially if you take into account that the EFFECT team does not have the necessary experience. True, but TBH there is no partnership that can guarantee success for a project. It is always hard work of development team, and a bit of luck, and I'm pretty sure Effect team is trying their best to launch their M-Turk platform for public. It does not matter what kind of partnership the team has. It does not matter how active the team is. The main problem is the unstable market. While this situation persists, we will not see a price increase. The main problem is that I can't find how this tokens will be used here. Without good liquidity of tokens they will cost nothing in bad or good market. |
