To be honest I haven't watched either fighter in the octagon for this main event on the card.
I had only heard of Jailton Almeida through a sponsorship on a site that I frequent on and through some articles on MMA from websites specializing on the sport.
Will need to watch those free fights offered from the official UFC youtube channel they usually show the week of the main card bouts so to keep up with this fighter's skill set.
ABC instead of ESPN kind of through me off at first with so many media outlets signing broadcasting contracts with the UFC.

What a goalfest in the EPL yesterday starting with Fulham scoring 5 goals with 3 of those just in the first half. Same with the last match of the day with Everton beating heavy favorites Brighton @1.36x prematch while Everton were 8.40x odds. Southampton fell hard last night and are definitely getting out of the Premier league for next season which is very sad to see, a decade of history in the EPL ended last night with a loss to Nottingham Forest 4-3. Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff had surveyed what happened during the race and was somewhat alright with Russell taking the helm on a track that Hamilton was known to perform well on in past races.
"Toto Wolff was full of praise for Lewis Hamilton after the Brit selflessly allowed teammate George Russell to pass without a fight during the Miami Grand Prix. Russell was always better placed to score good points for Mercedes, starting sixth. But Hamilton had a wretched qualifying session and was left with plenty of work to do from the 13th grid slot.
The seven-time world champion's contribution did not end there as he also played a role to aid Russell's charge. The younger Brit pitted first and came out behind his team-mate, prompting some instructions over the radio.

Day 1 Major CSGO results. Monte outperforming but is it fair guage for future performance or noise, I didnt even know Monte was anything but now I think they are worth watching thats a good close match they had vs Faze together with their more obvious win vs the Brazilians. BO1 matches in the morning tomorrow and BO3 afternoon, think I will opt for just BO3. Apeks is confusing, not a single round lost in their game vs Grayhound who already won vs Forze, a good result & it was Mirage on both Grayhound's absolute loss and their upset win. Apeks beat Liquid, maybe Liquid slipped on countering tactics due to unfamiliarity or maybe Apeks is the best underdog of this major. Mouz used to be a good upset bet, a giant killer at times but have not thought that recently.. Mouz, G2, Liquid to win as a multi is my first thoughts and maybe 3 maps for Faze game. Day one of the tournament started rocky with Team Liquid going down to Forze and then Apeks blanking Grayhound 16-0 are the two that stuck out in my mind for the Paris Major so far. And as you have said, these early challenger stages are best of 1 so they should be easier when they go best of 3. But it is still early so anything is most certainly possible. Got my first yellow cap with only the fifth race of the season.
So I am surprised because the user with the name of Lemmings could of had the share of it. They had to only put their predictions in before qualifying, for those two extra early bird points which would of brought them up to the amount I had by the end of the race.
So got over that bump of getting that first cap.

I don't see Ferrari actually making another pole today becase RedBull is standing way too good during corners and this track has a lot of them. However, I believe that Ferrari is still able to achieve a podium this weekend or even more , fight for a double podium because Perez is not so familiar with this track and it's not on his favorite ones. Same goes for Aston Martin as that car is designed for high speed corners and speed in general and Miami is a technical circuit that won't favorite them.
Maybe practice 3 will show different results and it will begin in about 3.5 hours.
@boltz You were correct in your prediction with Perez being so familiar with this track that he managed to get pole position for today's race at the Autodrome.

@YuginKadoya Charles Oliveira vs Beneil Dariush was cancelled suddenly as they were toting this venue around them but now Burns vs Belal seem to be getting the attention ahead for the Main Card and getting more hype than the AlJo vs Cejudo one since they have been just jawing each other and it is getting to feel too much like WWE banter back and forth by now. Also Joseph Holmes missed weight so I think he just might lose this fight as he didn't look to good in his last fight which I had him to win. For me, I am just getting these 3 picks that I am going to make a prediction about later, for now, I think the Main Event is an unpredictable one, you can see the power of Gilbert Burns with his Physique, and can close the match early with his heavy punches because he is a heavy hitter, but you can not ignore the Finesse of Belal Muhammad with his intricate technical striking that could be the key to out strike Burns, but when it comes to power Burns surely has more power than Belal, but I really see potential for Belal to win aswell,
