First time poster...

After this is coming out about Allen and Paul's comments...  I'm starting to think about the lawsuit, details around it and the data collection.  If that is a scam in itself and these days, we can't rule that out...  imagine the power of that data.  All the paycoined providing their real identities, losses and transaction data.  Not to mention the requirement that everyone contribute a % of their total loss as part of the legal retainer fees.

Can you imagine, the people who lost the most would be required to contribute the most towards the legal retainer?

I admit, I bought Hashlets in the beginning and it was fun.  Then the whole paycoin thing and hashing points was pretty sketchy...  I remember calling it out in HT and someone responded with "how can you complain about this wonderful gift HG is bringing to the crypto world, you should be grateful" something to that extent.  I originally participated in Allen's GAWsuit but I ended up (thanks to this thread and a gethashing thread) getting my money back via chargeback and have been following this thread in hopes that LE finally bring the gang down.

Everything on all of these websites is a scam itself. All the scammers split into new "teams" and convinced the idiots that it was all Garza's fault when that is impossible. Who should the sheep follow? The interim CEO of the company with no business model? The guy who ran that data center that didn't pay bills, customers, or have the hardware that was "rented?"  Other groups of people that were stupid enough to get conned by the others?

i woudnt be surprised if Joe has derivative use immunity for providing evidence for a criminal case against garza & co. since he was the top tech guy knowing everything, this would secure his freedom from any charges at all

Him not ending up in jail doesn't mean anyone else should be in business with him.

He ran the data center, the main hub of the scam and fraud. The only way anyone who lost money on any of this should touch him with a 10 foot pole is to beat him with it. He was either in on the fraud or too stupid to realize the fraud that was right in front of his face, don't really care which one it is, but neither result leaves in someone who should be trusted with anything.
1403  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY xpy.io BTCLend LNC. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: September 24, 2015, 02:02:25 PM
How the fuck can the guy who ran the data center that contained all of the customer's hashlets be a victim when:

There were no hashlets

customers didn't get the mined coins

the electric company is owed hundreds of thousands of dollars even though the customers paid huge maintenance fees.

How does that make sense?
1404  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY xpy.io BTCLend LNC. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: September 24, 2015, 01:36:22 PM
I'm amazed someone could start to see the light this late in the game.

We are a cesspool. A cesspool that told them hashlets didn't exist. A cesspool that told them that the $20 floor was a lie. A cesspool that told them the target/amazon stuff was a lie. A cesspool that told them coinstand wouldn't work. A cesspool that told them the honors program was horseshit. A cesspool that told them that the SEC was investigating.

How could he possibly believe us about bitlend and the lawsuit with that track record?
1405  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY xpy.io BTCLend LNC. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: September 24, 2015, 03:36:26 AM
The whole lawsuit is the textbook definition of throwing good money after bad, so again, it's hard for me to find sympathy to those being fucked by the people running it.

I couldn't possibly imagine that they would end up back in bed with the people that robbed them directly, but them losing, again was the only possible result, and I tried to warn them, so I have no issues laughing at this newest chapter.
1406  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY xpy.io BTCLend LNC. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: September 23, 2015, 10:35:32 PM
I will just hold a small amount of XPY to see how this goes. This is just in case the price goes up. You'll never know when it does happen, so you have to be prepared. If price goes lower, all I can say is goodbye XPY but I'll be safe because I really didn't lose good profits  Roll Eyes

Its not sensible to hold a coin when so many are in the hands of scumbags and people that got ripped off by scumbags. There is no way to have price go up significantly because people will look to dump on any movement, just like they dig on yesterday's douchebag induced pump.
1407  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: September 23, 2015, 01:03:11 PM
You cannot be profitable long term making -EV bets.

Not all gambling is -EV, most gambling you will find is -EV, unless you are better than everyone else at poker or find other +EV bets you will not be profitable long term, but it is possible. It isn't going to happen playing dice, or really anything online that isn't poker or sports betting.
1408  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is anyone pre-ordering 21 Inc's device? on: September 23, 2015, 12:54:21 PM
If it doesn't make sense to you, then it's not for you.  Also, didn't 21 say that they haven't even shown off their software yet?  Let's not be hasty.

That's definitely the key to major success, only catering towards super geniuses who "get" super vague techno babble that doesn't actually say anything.

Although, I guess plenty of companies have made money ripping off people that just want to seem smart by claiming to understand shit like this and buying an overpriced piece of junk.
1409  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY xpy.io BTCLend LNC. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: September 23, 2015, 01:55:40 AM
Hey guys,

Has there been any recent Josh sightings or news? I did not want to dig through all the pages of derp to see some recent news.

Nothing from the ganzas since a judge said carlos had to talk to the SEC.

A bunch of the misfits from GAW, somehow including mordica who ran the scam and the guy running the lawsuit against gaw have teamed up to run some btcjam clone.

Some other geniuses executed a wildly successful pump and dump today that resulted in the price being lower right now than it was at midnight, sending the price ever closer to the promised 1 cent floor.
1410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: September 23, 2015, 12:48:24 AM
Uncle, I am already tired of answering you, I think that everyone who is reading understands perfectly what I said... you are a pedantic you not realize? why do not answer my question? If you want to, and if not then nothing.

Now yes, short and close. Can you tell me that I flee as coward and whatever else you want. That you do well.

I understand what you said about wanting your money back. What I don't understand is " if - as you claim - you don't want other people to experience what you've experienced - why would you then dismiss people warning other people as "spammers" and "idiots"? How do you think other people thinking of investing are going to find out about the risk unless people warn them?" You'll recall that I asked much earlier:

Based on your experience, don't you think other people should be warned that they might experience what you've experienced? Or would you prefer more people to lose money too?

...and I'm still waiting for an answer. Look, I appreciate it's tiring, being made to justify drive-by comments. I appreciate it's tempting to try and derail the conversation by asking a completely unrelated question - you're not the first person to try it, and I doubt you'll be the last. Anyway, if you're so uncertain of your comments regarding "spammers" and "idiots" that you have to flee, I guess that's a result.

What advice or like you think I can get my money back?

There is no good advice to get your money back. You gave it to a thief, now you need to hope he gives it back to you. the advice that may help you is that you shouldn't give your money to thieves in the future.
1411  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Cloud Services legit? on: September 22, 2015, 11:23:19 PM
kriminal ceo,,,,,,,,,,,i hate ceo bcs

Here is an interesting angle to that. Where is Tony Gallippi is the co-founder and current Chairman of the financial services company BitPay on these types of scam issues.
He stated on RT that all of the transactions on the blockchain can be traced to the depositors account.
Why then have we not inquired there. Several of my purchases for mining contracts were funneled thru Bitpays system. Surely there has to be a easy recall of withdrawals and receipts of transactions.
As far as I can see it they have been an accessory.

probably looking at some pictures from his old website.
1412  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY xpy.io BTCLend LNC. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: September 22, 2015, 11:12:44 PM
I don't know much about trading, but I know it's stupid to risk any money trading a coin that was created to scam people and the only "feature" of the coin that actually works is that certain people (all of whom are the assholes who scammed others) can stake at insanely high rates.

I know you are obviously a better trader than me galdur because of your success in scrypt.cc and numerous other scams, and you are probably following the advice of vlad, who has been burned numerous times, including on this exact coin by thesse exact assholes, so have fun trading, don't come crying hear when you get burned like all the other geniuses, and don't whine about us calling you an idiot for doing something moronic like getting inovled in this.
1413  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY xpy.io BTCLend LNC. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: September 22, 2015, 09:25:57 PM
Actually, I think most folks here are not getting fucked over, even with imbeciles like Galdur posting nonsense saying they are. He is just a paid shill, and a piss poor one at that. Think about it. His job is to rev up some interest in Paycoin for the P&D they just pulled, and where does this imbecile decide would be the best place for him to shill? Why, here, of course. The one place on the Intertoobz where he is least likely to find a few more suckers who are not aware that Paycoin is a scam is where he puts forth his shill skillz. Brilliant. Let him jabber away, what the fuck ever.

Hahahahahahaha. What a bunch of baloney. I guess that 4x4 is interfering with brain activity down there.

Nah, I just thought that I´d find someone with a clue about trading here. I think it´s an interesting trading coin as I´ve said a few times before.

It's an interesting trading coin because it has a cool name, so says the idiot who has no idea about the one thing in the coin that wasn't a lie from the start, which doesn't benefit anyone but the scumbags who started the coin, prime controllers. Hope you enjoyed the pump today, shame it ended so quickly.
1414  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY xpy.io BTCLend LNC. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: September 22, 2015, 04:25:41 PM
Some people here are always going on about an endless supply  and someone creating thousands of coins out of thin air et cetera. Is that total bull or is the info at coinmarketcap incorrect?

You can figure out what prime controllers are  and how many coins were in the genesis block on your own, douche. have fun when they get turned back on and they dump on your head.
1415  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: September 22, 2015, 02:59:40 PM
Yes, of course
if you are good at gambling you must be,,you can make 50-100$/day even more

Can you elaborate how can you make this possible? What's your strategy?

I think the only way to earn 100$ daily is you have 100.000$ cash for your betting system. Play to win 1 time only and quit it for that day.

the strategy is to make +ev bets. You won't find those on a dice site or on the tables at most casinos. Find a sports bet with a bad line, find a slot machine with a very high progressive payout, find a video poker machine with great odds and play it perfectly, find someone worse than you at poker...
1416  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: September 22, 2015, 02:57:38 PM
Gambling always suck in long term if we think we can make some serious money like our daily job than that is very wrong type of thinking but if you are lucky than can get profit at any day buy not always.

Even if you are very good at sports gambling, it will become very stressful if you depend on it to earn a living. A wrong move can make you lose all your capital as well as your gains.

no it can't because you would never have close to all of your capital and gains on the line if you were doing it to earn a living.
1417  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: September 22, 2015, 02:23:07 PM
Yes, but you need to be really good at poker and/or sports betting otherwise no.

In poker you are playing against other people, so it's possible to make +ev bets.

There are lots of variables in sports betting, bookmakers can make mistakes, lines move around so you can arbitrage/middle, so you can make +ev bets.

Otherwise the only way to win at gambling is to be lucky, and that is not a viable long term strategy.
1418  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BTC Robot Problems on: September 22, 2015, 02:15:55 PM
hi felix,
it's nice to see new blood in the btc community, but like every one else here before me, yup scammed.

maybe this list can help you for avoiding some future scams, even if they taken out by now, it could train you to recognize the potential scammers you'll meet in the future.

http://www.badbitcoin.org/thebadlist/

first of all, when it's too good to be true, it usually is too good to be true.

next time you see a : wow download this and earn free bitcoin, double your bitcoin rainbow and laserbeam thingies, never never never clic on that.

make sure after what you've been trough now you let your antivirus trojan program loose on your computer, chances are you' re infected with something nasty and after that, change all your passwords aswell

Do your own research, and don't trust that site, because it is run by either an idiot or a crook. He defended GAW, scrypt.cc, and numerous other scams (don't be surprised when miningsweden falls apart and quietly disappears from the front page without a mention. Gaw still isn't on the badlist even after the owner of that site attacking everyone who called it a scam and pushing it heavily on the front page of his site as a good investment.

If you want to keep your money remember a very important rule, "there's no such thing as a free lunch." Nobody is going to give you free money.
1419  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Blackjack Question on: September 22, 2015, 03:39:45 AM
but with online casino when you play with live dealer, you can sign the card exit ? or the dealer change deck shoe every xx minutes?

Nah the one he sent me doesn't have a live dealer. It's just automated.

I started playing a bit and got a bit. I'm going to withdraw now before I lose it Tongue

By the way what do I fill in for :

Decks:  1

Soft 17:

Double After Split:

Surrender:

Dealer Peek:

When you are playing on the website find the rules. It may be hard to find but it should be there. Maybe on the actual game page under "help" or something.

Decks: how many decks are they using.

Soft 17: possibly written on the table, does the dealer hit when they have a 17 counting an Ace as 11 (it's better if they stay)

Double after split: can you do a double down after you split, probably written on the rules/help page, you can find by yourself by checking to see if there is a double down option after you do a split.

surrender: could be written on the table, definitely in the help rules, look at what options they give you when a hand starts. Surrender means you give up half your bet after looking at your cards and the dealer's up card.

Dealer peek: will the dealer check to make sure they have blackjack every time they have an ace or a 10 up to end the game immediately instead of letting you double/split, do anything.

Edit: just want to put on the record that following the chart will not guarantee success. it will bring down the house edge, but no chart can make you a favorite when you have 16 and the dealer has an ace. The chart gives the best option for all scenarios, but the best option doesn't mean that it is a good option, so don't think that you have cracked the code to blackjack, it is still a -ev game and that means more often than not the house will win.

I missed that casino idea while reading earlier, holy shit how stupid can people be.

WHY?

Why would someone start a casino with this worthless coin when god knows how many are controlled by Garza and/or other assorted assholes who can dump them at will? Why use a coin that people can create thousands of at a time with the click of a mouse?
