لقد أسعدنى كثيراً ما قرأته عن ما قاله والى بنك المغرب السيد الجواهرى حول انه سيتم إصدار قانون جديد لتنظيم العملات الرقمية قريباً وانه سيأخذ بعين الإعتبار العديد من الجوانب, وهذا بلاشك سيلغى القانون القديم الذى صدر منذ 6 سنوات والذى حظر المواطنون فى المغرب من التعامل فى العملات الرقمية على الرغم من أن المغرب كما ذكرتم أولى الدول العربية فى تداول البتكوين والعملات المشفرة, ومن الجيد انه هناك مشاورات عديدة مع والى البنك مع صندوق النقد وأحد المستشارين القانونين للبنك الدولى عن أهمية تنظيم هذا القانون لمنع المخالفات التى سيتم إرتكابها فى غسيل الأموال وغيره, أرى ان هذا مؤشر جيد وخبر سار للأخوة فى المغرب مما سيساعد على إنضمام الكثير من المستثمرين لتداول وإستثمار العملات الرقمية دون أدنى خوف, نتمنى أن يتم تطبيق هذا القانون فى أسرع وقت حتى أقوم بتهنئة صديقى إبراهيم المغربى   ونتمنى أن تبادر الدول العربية الاخرى فى تشريع العملات الرقمية بضوابط لتنظيمها دون حظرها كلياً.
