سوف اقوم بالرد على أسألتك بما اننى قد قمت منذ 3 أعوام بإدارة باونتى ناجحة واشرفت على العديد من الحملات بها، بالنسبة للمهارات فإنه لا يوجد مهارات لازمة لكى تقوم بالإشراف على حملات الباونتى فقط عليك ان تقوم بتسجيل حصص المشاركين أسبوعياً حتى لا يكثر عليك الأمر اذا لم تقم بذلك كل أسبوع، ويجب ان يكون لديك معرفة بكيفية إنشاء نماذج (forms) وجداول بيانات (spreadsheets) على جوجل درايف ، لا يوجد برامج تساعد المشرف على الحملة للتثبت من المهام الموكلة للمشاركين فقط إذا أردت حصر مهام المشاركين فعليك إنشاء نموذج إسبوعى منفصل مربوط بجدول بيانات لكى يستطيع المشاركين ان يسجلوا به روابط المهام التى أنجزوها ومن خلال ذلك تستطيع ان تقوم بوضع الحصص الاسبوعية للمشاركين فى جدول بيانات هذا النموذج وبذلك تستطيع ان تتخلص من البوتات التى كانت تزعجنى كثيراً أثناء إدارتى لهذه الباونتى والتى قد تصل للالاف من التسجيلات الوهمية أيضاً للتخلص من البوتات ومرسلى البريد العشوائى يمكنك من خلال نموذج التسجيل ان تضيف سؤال حسابى بسيط من يقوم بالإجابة عليه أثناء التسجيل فهذا من سوف تتأكد من انه إنسان حقيقى وليس بوت، بالنسبة للضمانات فإنه من الصعب الحصول على ضمانات من فريق المشروع ما اذا كانوا سوف يقومون بإرسال التوكنات للمشاركين ام لا بعد انتهاء الباونتى, لكن يمكنك ان تتفاوض معهم على ان يرسلوا 50% قبل البدء إليك أو إلى أحد الاعضاء الموثوقين فى هذا المنتدى كـ ESCROW ...موفق أخى
