Nothing special for triggering this warning, it's displayed almost in all the links. I have received a PM with 3 different links. Most of them were linked to bitcointalk. The other 2 were telegram and discord. Still having the same warning. Well, theymos can manually whitelist a few links for which the warning won't be visible. Bitcoin is an open-source project, you can read the project too. Satoshi can't change anything in the bitcoin blockchain, can't manipulate a transaction nor can he control the network in any way at present because we all know how decentralized the Bitcoin blockchain is. Maybe he can have an impact on the Bitcoin price as he is supposed to be holding more than 1 million Bitcoin. If he starts moving fund, the world is going to see the most chaos I think lol.

With Electrum, we have the same options. Electrum is so much user friendly that who have a little know on what Send/Receive means will be able to send/receive bitcoin. I don't get how it makes complicated for new users. Aren't both same?
