1423  Economy / Gambling / Re: Deposit problem @ Peerbet.org/PeerDice.org on: March 23, 2014, 07:30:20 PM

Hi Qwiner - Few things.

1 (and most important) -> We manually credited your account double the missing amount below. Looking through the transactions, there is no reason why your account should not have been automatically credited once you sent your LTC; however, one suspicion I have is the database was overloaded at that exact moment and caused a block when updating your account?  We are in the midst of moving both Bit777 and Peerbet into a much larger datacenter, hopefully it will be done by the end of this month so we are not bumping against capacity.

2 - When you run into any issues with Bit777 or PeerBet, please reach out to me directly, or shoot an e-mail over to support@casinobitco.in. We do not control the bitcointalk accounts bit777 or peerbet - so all messages sent to them will not get answered!

3 - Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you!

Attention - Admin of Peerbet.org/PeerDice org

This is the 2nd time that I have LTC deposit problem, I also deposit dogecoin @ your site, I did not check whether I have deposits not being credited to my account.

For my last deposit problem, I also need to do 3 things, 1 post on this thread, & 2 PM. But this time, I did 2 PM first, as I think this is bad publicity for your site but no reply, . So now I am going to post on this thread. I would like to warn ALL. Please check your game balance when making deposits @ peerbet, as they seems to be scamming people.

Now, back to the topic ADMIN,

peerbet ID = qwiner

On the 16th March 2014, I have made a LTC deposit of 0.005038 LTC into LLz7C7TQBxSvY7qc6QvwXEPRiSqbmDUuG6 @ peerbet.org.

However, this amount of LTC is not credited into my account.

Just reconciliate this link:

My 17 March deposit was appropriately credited to my account, but my 16 March deposit (0.005038 LTC) was not. I checked both days, but 0.005038 LTC simply did not credited to my account.

I demand to have that 0.005038 LTC credited to my account immediately. When will U credit that amount to me?

This is very inconvenience for me, every time I did a deposit, I have to go through so much trouble. Your site / your admin. / your system seriously need some improvement on this issue. As this is extremely unfair & inconvenience for users who deposit fund to your site. I also have trouble deposit @ Phambit once, but the admin. reply to me within an hour, & restore the balance to me.

Free squares 1st round bonus credited?!

Doing both rounds as a batch tonight - we'll post the winners in this thread once we're done!
1425  Economy / Gambling / Re: CasinoBitco.in - Bitcoin Sportsbook and Provably Fair Casino | March Madness! on: March 21, 2014, 07:34:49 PM
Hi fishface, you have every right to be frustrated here. We made a mistake with this one - and will be reaching out to you directly to course correct.

For clarity, if you pushing any game in a parlay, but win the remaining games - we treat it as an N-1 Parlay and pay it accordingly. In this case we should have paid you for the 3 games won.

Again, we'll reach out to you directly to compensate for the mistake.

I am moving from moderately frustrated to very frustrated... and my issue isn't even with a missing deposit.

I placed the following parlay bet yesterday-

North Carolina State +3 -115  Saint Louis
Manhattan +16 -109 vs Louisville
North Dakota State +3.5 -109 vs Oklahoma
New Mexico State +7.5 -109 vs San Diego State

The NC State game ended up pushing (SLU won by 3), but I won games 2 thru 4. With all reputable books the parlay would be recalculated to only include the bottom 3 games (simply dropping the push). Instead, casinobitcoin gave me a push for the entire parlay, crediting me back my bet with nothing for winning the other three games. I emailed casinobitcoin about this almost ten hours ago, and have received NO updates.

A rule for this situation is not found anywhere on the casinobitcoin site... therefore, it should be safe to assume that traditional parlay rules apply. It is clear that when a bet pushes in the parlay, the rest of the parlay plays on, dropping the event with no action. The entire parlay should NOT be pushed.

We will be posting credits to winners after each round!

so when do the squares winnings credit? daily/per game/after the tournament is over?
1427  Economy / Gambling / Re: CasinoBitco.in - Bitcoin Sportsbook and Provably Fair Casino | March Madness! on: March 20, 2014, 10:24:12 PM
We appreciate the feedback, I'm not entirely on the forums - so always suggest reaching out to support if you don't get an answer in a reasonable timeframe from Bitcointalk. It's also frustrating for us to not have blockchain.info work as expected per their SLA. That said, moving to a hosted wallet solution (which is our only other alternative) is rather large effort and carries a lot of risk if we were to put it out there in a rushed timeframe.

I'll manually add your transactions, you should see them shortly.

(Also - will respond to your e-mail on the bug report)

I'm also waiting for a deposit to go through - VERY frustrating. Simply passing this off onto blockchain.info is not acceptable IMO. We are talking about a basic level of service here and it's not working at all. I think a much more apologetic tone is in order.

I'd also like to mention that I made constructive comments previously in this thread which were IGNORED. Furthermore I went out of my way to contact you about resolving bugs in your software, then made the effort to email you explaining a bug, and once again IGNORED.

Reputation is everything in this business. I strongly suggest protecting yours.

My address which has not been credited after 25 confirms is:

No need to worry, just credited the transaction. We'll be in touch with blockchain.info again!

I made my first deposit of 5btc over an hour ago. My balance is still 0. There are currently 8 confirmations.
Deposit Address: 1GbzZRrE3y1DK9iJGqFs4VuqxwEh8zBKNU

Should I worry?

Manaully credited!

(Note - if we don't get a sellout for the 0.05 Squares, we will refund the entry fee.)

Hi, I sent some funds to my account last night  for the march madness .05 pool and they haven't shown. https://blockchain.info/tx/574f0e260eee7226d0fda37a1771acdaa3d461547887af79e5474bf7a27271f8

Instant deposits and withdrawals should work now, we received confirmation from BlockChain.info that there APIs are up and running again.

If you run into issues, shoot support@casinobitco.in a note with the txid!

Hey Fishface! Looks like the APIs we use from Blockchain.info are still down, we've created a ticket, hit them up on twitter and posted in reddit, so hopefully we get some attention.

Please PM me, or e-mail support the txid's and we'll manually credit the account ASAP

Folks - our instant withdrawals and deposits leverage the Blockchain.info APIs. Obviously with those folks currently in the midst of an outage, those functions are not currently working.

Until Blockchain.info comes back online - If you want to make a withdrawal, or a deposit - contact support@casinobitco.in and they will take care of it!

Hi casinobitcoin... I did not see this message yesterday when I sent 2 small deposits to my normal deposit address... now blockchain.info is back up but I have not yet received credit for my .045 and .02 deposits to casinobitcoin. Help please?

Until Blockchain.info comes back online - If you want to make a withdrawal, or a deposit - contact support@casinobitco.in and they will take care of it!

Casinobitco.in - There's been no update. Do deposits still have to be arranged via email?

We are open for all the above, yes. The house doesn't mind playing here - it's fun!

Numbers for NCAA March Madness Squares have been posted!

FREE (1 BTC Pool): https://www.casinobitco.in/squares/?val=1

0.01 BTC (1 BTC Pool) https://www.casinobitco.in/squares/?val=2

We are still accepting users in our 0.05 BTC. IF we don't get enough players - we'll refund the registration fees.

https://www.casinobitco.in/squares/?val=3

Lastly - winners will be posted (and credited) after each round in this thread, and on the CasinoBitco.in.

The .05 is at 14/100 right now, are you planning on buying up a certain % of remaining boxes so that it'll go as long as it gets a certain amount?  Would you consider breaking it down to a .025/square or .01/square box to make sure it goes?

1. At the moment, no - but we will be incorporating a bonus within Q2 which will be eligible for all users, not just 1st time depositors.

2. No, zero fee.

3. It's a bit proprietary and not public; however, it's solely based on casino play. We reward users a certain amount of the house edge based on how long they've been an active player, and how much they have deposited (win or lose). An active play on our site is someone that has played a real money game once a month.

Hope that helps

CasinoBitco.in - A few questions:

1) Is there any bonus currently for 1st time depositors?
Couldn't see anything listed on the website.

2) Is any fee charged for depositing or withdrawing?
Any rollover required after depositing before withdrawing?

3) I see you mention a comp system a few posts above this.

Is there anything printed about how the comp system works?
Any info available?

Hi snarlpill - Yes, there is a weekly comp system which does reward players based on a number of factors including how long they been a user, how often they play, and how much they have deposited since the last comp.

We'll be sure to take a look into your account to see if you qualify.

Hey CasinoBitco - Do you guys still do that percentage of won/lost back the next week? Any sign-up bonuses? I'm on there as carlbill35 and my address is 1FeKQXb2xU9RUYEZnhuDdny3HzDAAzM1SM. Hook it up! Thanks

Lines have been published for the first slate of games, come check them out here: https://www.casinobitco.in/bet-college-basketball

Also - we are taking bets on who will win the tournament - some monster odds located here: https://www.casinobitco.in/march-madness
I see the max payouts are .50 BTC or $300 roughly for the tournament winner odds. Will these get higher like to max 3-5 BTC as we get closer to the tournament beginning?

Yes - our odds will adjust after each round ends, and we will increase as we get progress to the Final 4.

Also - forgot to mention, we are also offering a Squares Pool which lasts all tournament - lots of fun, 63 chances to win regardless if your bracket gets busted early. Very low entries of 0.01 BTC and 0.05: https://www.casinobitco.in/squares/

We aren't running a bracket; however, we are running a Square's Pool which lasts all tournament. Very low entry at either 0.01 BTC or 0.05 BTC.

Cool - we'll contact you via PM - give us a little bit tonight to sort it out, and course-correct. Going to be busy with some NCAAB stuff-  but we'll be in touch!

Thanks - Do you recall what sport is was in?

We'll throw a small comp your way once we validate and correct.

Noticed an error on your odds, just a technical one. For even money odds lines instead of saying 2.00 for the decimal odds payout, it reads 1.00 which is misleading obviously.
NHL. Noticed it twice I believe. Also, just tried entering in an amount and it won't accept any bet on that side. Interesting.

My username is nothingbutstatistics on your site for the comp. Appreciate it.
