Önce Süper Kupa'yı aldılar ve şimdi de İtalya Kupası'nda yarı finale yükseldiler. İtalya Kupası'nı da alabilme potansiyellerini bir hayli yüksek görüyorum. Zaten Napoli bir önceki turda şok bir şekilde Cremonese'ye elendi. O yüzden Inter'in önündeki engeller ciddi şekilde zayıfladı diyebilirim. Hatta Cremonese şu an Roma'yı da eleme yolunda ilerliyor çünkü 75. dakika oynanırken 2-0 öndeler. Juventus - Lazio maçının galibi eğer Lazio olursa işte onlar Inter'i zorlayabilirler. Yoksa Inter'in çok aşırı zorlanmadan kupaya uzanabileceğini düşünüyorum.

Gavi is not a player who can fill Dembele's place in the same way. Because their skillsets are completely different. Dembele is more like a player who can take a big responsibility for the team to carry them to the victory. He is a very confident player due to having a great technique as well. Gavi is also a very skilled and promising player of course. But he is more like a team player. I mean he doesn't seem like he is the type he can do extra by himself but who knows maybe he can improve his game more in that way as well.

Dembele's absence is felt in this match. But I still believe in Lewandowski to do an extra job and bring the victory. I expect him to score the winning goal and Barcelona to win by 1-0.

1.65 is a very favourable odd to add Dortmund win into my parlay. In my opinion they are really superior to Freiburg in the upcoming match. Above all else Dortmund have a huge dominance in the Signal Iduna Park. They won so many times against Freiburg there that it pushes me to trust them at a very high rate for another victory. Freiburg are having a solid season though but it was the case last season as well. If you remember Dortmund demolished them by 5-1 here anyway.

As a result we can say that having a good season isn't enough for Freiburg to defeat Dortmund away. They need to do something extra but I don't know if they have figured it out. Hence I trust Dortmund in this match.

When it comes to Rafael Leao I believe Milan have a very tough task to do. Because according to speculations Manchester City are already interested in signing him in the summer. Even hearing about this would be a reason for Leao to hold Milan's offer for a contract extension. Leao is still very young of course but he is very skilled now. I would understand if he becomes impatient about playing for a top team that are a title contender in the Champions League especially.

Manchester City are trying everything they can to win that title so they would like to add a player like Leao also to the team.

Dortmund v Chelsea can be a quite lovely matchup in this stage. Bookmakers are favouring Chelsea to advance but they don't think the same about the first leg on one hand. Because when we check the odds we can see that Dortmund are slightly favourite to win the match in Signal Iduna Park. But I get the reason of it of course. First of all, Dortmund are really successful in matches home this season. We can see a great example of it in the Bundesliga. They will be a tough challenge for Chelsea there.

As for Chelsea they have had serious problems so far. But they have made new transfers and strengthened the squad more. They only need to maintain a decent form to improve their morale. If they can't do this then Dortmund can have a nice advantage for even the quarter finals.

Betis are actually one of the teams that fight hard against Barcelona. Of course I don't mean that they are getting close to them in ball possession. However this doesn't mean everything in football. For example they faced each other in the Super Cup three weeks ago and Betis showed a really decent performance in that. They carried the match to the penalty shootouts although Barcelona won at the end. Betis can resist them in the same way in their match up next as well.

This is a quite challenging match for Barcelona in my opinion and this week might be an opportunity to close the gap with Barcelona a little. But in my opinion this won't be like the Super Cup match. I mean I think Barcelona won't let 90 minutes end in a draw.

Kante is still out due to hamstring injury and his return date has been predicted like February 20. There is still a long time period until this date. We don't even know how good he will be able to perform after his returnal. He will have lost seven months of his career due to his lasting injury in the end. I still doubt Chelsea to extend his contract but let's see. There is no official statement from their side as far as I can see. He already has 6 months left on his contract now.

Liverpool are said to be interested in signing him currently. Liverpool have been in search of a midfielder of course but they were looking for an attacking midfielder mostly. Maybe they might think of Kante in the subs for some time until he convinces them.

Inter are making a really great effort as well. They are the second biggest scorer team in the league currently and they have reached the second position after a long time. Martinez and Dzeko have made a really good duo as the number of goals they have scored in total is like the half the amount the team have now. Previously we were accustomed to seeing a Martinez - Lukaku duo and they were just amazing. But now Lukaku isn't even near his performance back then which is a pity.

I believe Martinez will continue to be the most important attacker for the team for a long time. He is a really great striker with good level of productivity. They wouldn't sell him for a low amount while his market value is even 75 million euros.

Maybe Liverpool are in a really bad condition compared to the place they should be. However there is still a big strength gap between Wolves and Liverpool. This should be an easy peasy win for Liverpool no matter they are playing as the away team. Bookmakers are showing their odd to win like 1.83 now. Wolves have 4.20 for their win though but I still found Liverpool's quite high. But this is actually a big opportunity for betting on Liverpool win. I see it like a gift by bookmakers to tell the truth.  

Because Liverpool have a huge superiority to their oppponent considering the history of the matches between. This is a good opportunity for Liverpool to rise again maybe. They still need some of their injured players to continue rising though.

It was a really amazing performance by Fenerbahce. It is highly thanks to Valencia of course because he scored 4 goals and reached 19 goals in the Super League. He is really an unstoppable striker now and I really appreciate him and Icardi both in this season. Arda Guler had another impressive match indeed and he was so close to scoring a lovely chip goal as well. I assume most of Fenerbahce fans would like to see him in the starting eleven from now on. Jorge Jesus is a great tactician and I expect him to do this from now on.

Fenerbahce are currently the most scoring team in the league but there is still a four-point gap with Galatasaray. It will be really hard for them to catch up with this Galatasaray.

Joao Felix still seems to be suspended of a red card. The funny thing is that he got the red card against Fulham and Chelsea's next match is against them once more now.    But even if he was able to play in this match I wouldn't have expected him to make a similar mistake again of course. Felix isn't a bad player and we all saw how ambitious he was even in his first match with Chelsea. I was criticizing Potter about his preferring Felix in the starting eleven right away but we saw him playing effectively until the red card.

In his absence there will still be Mudryk who is another new transfer on the field. After giving positive signals in his first appearance he might be in the starting eleven this time. He should be as well because he would be very useful in improving their scoring ability.

Leverkusen actually had a decent performance in this match. Diaby and Kobel faced each other many times during the match. I can comfortably say that Kobel had a wonderful match. His saves were very impressive and crucial for the team to win this match. We all know the big weaknesses in Dortmund defense. This was another such match and they must be thankful for their goalkeeper. The second goal was a really unlucky one for Leverkusen as Tapsoba scored an own goal while trying to clear the ball.

There was a moment that Leverkusen were almost scoring their second own goal if it wasn't cleared right before the ball passed the goal line. At the end of the day it is a great work by Dortmund today of course. They beat a quite in-form team.

Aboubakar was also close to scoring his first goal but it was disallowed by VAR. It is interesting to see Aboubakar on the left wing instead of playing as the lone striker. Senol Gunes decided to put Cenk Tosun there and we will see if this will make a good impact on the team performance. Cenk already scored maybe but it was by a penalty. I would like to see his and Aboubakar's performance both in this situation throughout the match. Besiktas have a significant dominance as well.

I assume this will be another home match Besiktas win against Alanyaspor.

Milan son zamanlarda pek de formda bir takım denemez. Son maçlarında oldukça fazla puan kaybettiler ve Lazio'dan ağır bir yenilgi almak moralleri daha da bozmuştur. Son birkaç haftada aşırı fazla gol yediler. Pioli henüz defans hattındaki problemlere bir çözüm üretemedi. Eğer defansta bir gelişme kaydedemezlerse sezonu 2. bitirmeleri bile zor olacak.

Inter ve Lazio bence şu an ikincilik için daha olası takımlar. Tabi hala oynanacak çok maç var ve puanlar birbirine aşırı yakın. Bu süreci en iyi değerlendiren karlı çıkacak.

Chelsea have made good signings in January and I'm really wondering what they will do from now on. The match against Fulham should be a starting point for them to improve their results in the league. Chelsea have such a good potential under Potter's management as well actually. The thing they have lacked so far is finishing. But after these additions to the attacking line they should be more capable about that. Mudryk and Felix both seem promising with their efforts.

Mudryk has made me more excited to tell the truth. Because his effort in his first match was impressive and he is a permanent player unlike Felix as well.

After making a great comeback and win Real Madrid will be playing their match against Real Sociedad with even a boosted morale. Real Sociedad's form is of course really impressive. They have been on a lasting winning streak and this improves their self-confidence more and more in time. But we still shouldn't overlook an important point here. We all watched how weak Real Sociedad were against Barcelona in the Copa del Rey match. Barcelona completely dominated the match despite the score's being 1-0 at the end.

This is a clear proof that Real Sociedad still need to go a long way to be able to compete with teams like Barcelona and Real Madrid at the same level. I expect a similar superiority by Real Madrid and a decent win.

I think it is time for Milan to improve their form by this Sassuolo match. They have got worse at defending week by week. This horrible defense performance caused them to lose so many points on the last three match weeks. They conceded 8 goals in only 3 matches. It is absolutely unacceptable for a team like Milan. They are still among the most scoring teams in the league maybe but this isn't enough by itself for winning matches. For example Inter also had a very bad performance in defense but they got better after the break.

Therefore I hope to see Milan also improving themselves about this topic. The Sassuolo match is a good opportunity to start from a point. I know that interestingly Milan have had quite bad results in matches home against Sassuolo for some time. But I believe in Milan to put an end to this.

Tottenham v Manchester City might end up by a similar scenario to the one in their previous matchup. Tottenham are a quite challenging opponent for Manchester City even if Manchester City make it to the win at the end. For example in the last match between them, Tottenham got ahead by 2-0 in such a short time that it was a big shocker. Manchester City's job was really hard but they also surprised us by scoring 3 goals in around 15 minutes. If they didn't have such momentum maybe they weren't going to be able to win or even draw with them.

Here in this matchup I expect Tottenham to get ahead first once again. This is like a push for Manchester City to play a more effective attacking football. Haaland will be their main power as usual. He is on fire in the league and after making a hat-trick recently. Haaland should be able to become the winner of the duel between Kane and himself in that match.

Ajax and Union Berlin are going to face each other for the first time in their history - in an official match I mean. Maybe at first both teams would like to weigh each other before playing their usual games. Things aren't going very well for Ajax these days. They haven't been winning any match for so many weeks that it caused them to get far away from the leader. If they don't manage to start a decent form this can affect their performance in the Europa League negatively as well. Or maybe Ajax will surprise us and play better here. Because it isn't the first time we see such teams.

Union Berlin had the wind on their back at the beginning of the season but started to get bad results after. However their recent condition is quite decent as they have climbed to the 2nd spot again in the Bundesliga. They seem a little better than Ajax recently but I will still be favouring Ajax for eliminating them. They have a much bigger experience in European tournaments.
