Looks like you were just verified: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=315926.msg3383735

Perhaps CampBX puts a temp withdrawal hold on new accounts, even after verification?

Thursday is a magnet for crashes. I bet the bubble continues to inflate until then.

Bumping and will bump again after crash to prove that I am a true profit.

1448  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Can you withdraw US cash from MTGox now? on: October 23, 2013, 09:04:59 PM
As in Gox is bankrupt.
1449  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker - Hardcore on: October 23, 2013, 09:00:35 PM
The Chinese speculators collectively dump 100k. It turns to a full on market panic where 500k are dumped.

You mean the one or two manipulators who are taking advantage of no trade fees.

Great. Just in time for a mega crash.

PSA: A correction now, even a big temporary sell-off, would be totally normal.

That's not saying we'll get one, but don't panic if it happens. The "DON'T PANIC" posts during a mini-crash may fall on deaf ears because they look desperate. They aren't; it is a fact that markets don't move in straight lines. Don't be a weak hand. Besides being generally cowardly, it is very expensive to your financial wellbeing.

We now return to our regularly scheduled rally Smiley

less than 20000 btc left on gox... where is that sell of gonna come from...

wtf are you talking about? Go to blockchained.com and look at what happen to ask sum before the last major crashes.

We are in risky territory.

It's gonna crash hard;

wishful thinking

I don't really see it as wishful thinking as the only thing that has been as spectacular as the price rises has been the following crashes, right now that is bitcoin's world.  I also seem to remember back in April people were saying the Chinese were snapping up bitcoin relentlessly and we know how that turned out.

I still haven't heard of any real news like the technical limitations of the protocol being solved yet so where this no news rally comes from is still a mystery. I am sure what people are doing and not saying is preparing for the next swing down.  Its all roses til its all shit.  Wink

There is nothing mysterious about what is going on. Some stupid American lost a lot of money last bubble and found an easy way to pump the price in China w/ no fees.
1456  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker - Hardcore on: October 23, 2013, 03:03:27 PM
Google trends image. What exactly is fueling this rally? This tells me it's old money doing the same all over.

maybe there is a service called "baidu trends"?

Zero trade fees in china is fueling this pump/fake-rally.
1457  Economy / Service Discussion / Coinbase question: max 10 instant buys, what about sells? on: October 23, 2013, 12:40:48 AM
Coinbase recently reduced instant buys to 10 a week. What about sells? My account says I have a daily limit of 50. But no mention of whether any portion of that is instant. Must sell orders wait a few days while Coinbase decides whether to execute?
1458  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker - Hardcore on: October 22, 2013, 10:57:43 PM
No way can this pump last if no new incoming fiat. Soon as it's gone, IT'S GONE AND WE DIVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

Easy. $$$ is going into MtGox from countries not called the United States. Gasp! The thought!

Plenty of new money is entering exchanges. Lots of it. In Bitstamp and China in particular.

No, not really. Bid depth on those exchanges pales compared to Gox.

All the money is on gox and will not replenish. Current buys = capitulation.

If that is the case, then why did the spread between Bitstamp and MtGox decrease?

Irrationality in response to current manipulation.

Extremely bullish! According to this metric, the public in the west has no part in this rally, and can therefore only become a part of it (fueling the rally) or skipping it (rally continues however China sees fit).

The public does not have bitcoins to sell, they are in very tight hands already.

This bullish swing is pretty much 95% China as far as I can tell.

The volume in China is actually pretty pathetic compared to what we had last April on Gox. Again, supports my theory that a pumper is exploiting the lack of trading fees.
