Basically merit sending completely depends on senders own mind and every single person have their own choice for meriting someone or not. OP if you think that every merit sender will appreciate all in a similar way then its not gonna be fair IMO. Giving merit is a great way of encouraging forum users to continue their best works for the community and in that purpose every merit sender have their personal tastes. Most interesting thing is that we can easily raise our finger against someone for giving merits on relatively lower quality post but we can't say anything for lots of unmerited good posts

I am not saying that its looking good to see merit on unnecessary post but in some cases senders give priority to encouragement rather than just giving.

Thanks mate for letting me know all this. Personally i believe its not gonna be fair to take anyone's side for this issue and both side need help from our community. At the very beginning when i ask them to start their reward distribution and their CEO shared to me what actually happened with them. I just give pressure to them for starting distribution process and it wasn't my work to dig the issue between them and zapo i think. After my proposal they gently get agree to release all participants reward and shared positive thinking about bitcointalk community. They told me that they respect our community members but maybe it was their bad luck that they couldn't find best manager for their project.

As a result they have made their distribution and send me confirmation text on my telegram. I have also suggested them to open another thread for bounty reward resolution and seen that they have already done this from their end.I think participants will be able to get further necessary help from there and team will provide instant solution on a regular basis.

As far as i know turkish government is well notified about bitcoin and its use. Most probably its not like that they don't wanna let their internet users to get in touch with bitcointalk. Turkish tech advisors are pretty much gentle about the use of blockchain technology like Iran and maybe they will start the process of accepting bitcoin on their native platforms soon.

I don't wanna waste my time for their personal payment related issue and maybe you think kinda same. Already given my suggestion to open scam accusation against zapo if they got enough evidences on their hand. Hopefully it's the best way by how they can prove their 20BTC payment related matter to community.

It was my responsibility to make contact with team and give pressure to release their bounty payment. They have done it from their end and everything has already been discussed here. After zapo's inactivity whole thing got stuck and after opening this thread team make their response on this issue. As far as i know that you were one of their bounty participant too.

Most interesting thing is that after opening this thread i have got only few claim here and feeling really curious about that 16k participants. Maybe they are spending long holiday's or sleeping. So what more we could do for this kinda sleeping bounty hunters where they don't care about their own payments too.

Bitcoin users community is getting bigger day by day but honestly its speed of getting accepted as a payment system is kinda slower. Basically only users can't make bigger differences where most of the countries government are stepping behind about crypto currency. Modern world's people are very much interested to use bitcoin as their daily payment method but without having own government clarification its kinda tough for them to continue with it. Same thing is decreasing investors in crypto currency. I think this scenario will gonna change soon and crypto users will be able to enjoy their life with bitcoin.

I have such plan to create something like this but usually bounty reward distribution process takes extra time then we expect. For this reason we easily can't take final decision about any project and its kinda time consuming too.   

It's depend on community users self awareness about checking this list before making any new deals again with these proven scammers.

Feeling sad after hearing about your loss. I don't understand why you guys continue dealings with someone who already have multiple red tags with valid references. Its a clear sign that you don't feel it necessary to check his trust area before completing your payment. I wanna give thanks to every single member of our community who feel it necessary to spend their time on this thread. My only intention behind opening this thread was to connect participant and team together for fair distribution. Bounty participants will be glad to know that team has confirmed me about their final distribution. Every selected participant will get 50% extra on their wallet. Its been a couple of weeks that i have started my regular communication with team and there is no way to deny that they deeply respect our community. As a result they tried their best for start their bounty reward distribution as early as possible.

As a forum member i believe it was my responsibility to bring a proper solution for this issue and honestly it was not so easy to hold regular communication with team and bounty participants. I have already edited my thread title and always care about genuine crypto projects reputation.

Yep,,,that's the perfect mind setup and for successful betting. Every gambler should follow this way to make handsome profits. When its a matter of losing funds then its not gonna be wise decision to take risks for emotions. In this case following the way of making profits is always should get higher priority rather than being emotional for favorite team. Purpose of making this thread is to keep our newbies and forum users far from those proven scammers. I think after visiting this thread they will be able to get real information before making any kinda deal or using those scammers service. I agree that some users don't feel it necessary to visit other sections of our forum and that's why i will move this thread regularly on multiple section to make it much visible to visitors.

 

I have got the same feeling like you Lucius and i am not happy with their explanation. I hope they will provide their final spreadsheet as soon as possible and hopefully after getting it everyone will be able to dig out the real thing. 

I am agree with your opinion and its true that some of these scammers are engaged with different kinds of scam together. Most interesting thing is that after revealing their evil face every single time they create new bitcointalk account with new telegram and other contact sources. Honestly we can't do nothing far but revealing proven scammers where they are too much careful about their previous footprints.

Personally I wanna bump this thread every day to keep it on the top. Its because i think our forum user will be able to get information about those proven scammers before getting scammed by them again.

Thanks all for keeping enough patience about BQT and IOU bounty payment related issue. Yesterday team confirms me about the bounty rewards distribution. Congrats to them who have successfully got their token. From the beginning i tried my best to bring a faster solution for this issue and honestly it wasn't so easy. I wanna give special thanks to team for their positive approach and the real participants who did their best during campaign time.

Most interesting part is that because of their bounty manager zapo's inactivity and unprofessional behavior distribution process got stuck. There is no way to deny that after opening this thread team feels it necessary to start the bounty rewards distribution. Although i believe zapo is responsible for all this things and team wasn't enough caring about their project bounty promoters. Team told me that they have paid 20 btc to zapo for running their signature campaign on bitcointalk but got nothing but bot and spamming. I think all this happened due to their lack of experience about this forum and proper bounty management. I don't wanna waste my time for digging their personal relationship with zapo or any other alt. Maybe It was their mistake to choose reliable campaign manager for their campaign.

Still there is some issues about final selection where total participants on facebook was 13411 and in twitter it was 15867 but in current spreadsheet audit team selected only 951 for facebook and 1189 for twitter. I will request team to provide their final spreadsheet here and hope they will solve any kinda distribution related issue from their telegram channel. Exactly thinking something like that. How funny! Fake libra project is continuing their promotion through facebook. Couple of month earlier i have made the very first post about fake facebook token and after then got multiple scam projects who are using the same trap for investors.
