1441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: September 19, 2015, 07:49:46 PM
Amazed that supershill has spent the last few days spouting the same bullshit.

I'll put it in a few concise sentences in case anyone is confused by him.

First, the "total received" number on ANY address page on blockchain.info, is completely irrelevant to anything because there is no way to tell how high that number is inflated by someone cycling coins through the address to con some unsuspecting rube.

Second, the idea that this scam isn't that big because the value of all the mhs is so low due to the site being a complete scam is ludicrous. I'm on record as saying that the amount stolen isn't nearly as high as some people were claiming, but using the current value of assets on that site to prove anything is moronic because the value is so low because the site doesn't work.

I think everyone should stop having these long drawn out conversations with mr. shill. I have no idea what his end game or purpose are, but you can't convince him that he's wrong because he's either a moron or an asshole trying to squeeze more money out of the scam, so just keep posting the PSA and encouraging others to stay away.
1442  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: StakeMiners: Terms of Service unclear, owner not responding, use @ your own risk on: September 19, 2015, 01:28:53 PM
I am a little disappointed that cyberpinoy would not discuss Stakeminers more openly than he has been. I have pushed him a bit to try to make that happen but seems convinced that people are out to get him when these questions and advice from people (particularly in this thread and on Gethashing), are among the most experienced in the Crypto community. I personally think that negative questions and opinions are the very stuff that should be listened to the most, you should be trying to satisfy the critics because the ones that will go along with everything will do so anyways.

I think I put in about $20 worth of PayCon a while back to test out the site, I suppose I should check on it and see how it's doing.

My pm's with cyberpinoy was mainly about proper use of splitting Blocks in PayCon for better payouts as he was using very large Blocks when he could receive better rewards by using smaller Blocks. He also complained to me about people trolling him and I told him that he should be transparent, not attack people when posting and use correct spelling as it is a more professional way to handle situations but for the most part ended up saying the same thing multiple times. I would be ok with sharing all of my pm's sent and received between us, I'll leave this on the table for suchmoon to decide if he wants it or not but I think for the most part it won't really shed light on anything new.

I quite like the idea of a Stakepool but the challenge is having a central authority running it which will always cause problems as it is run as a security.

the entire point of this shit is that everything is supposed to be transparent and visible on the blockchain. You can't have any problems with "trolls" if you can do that.

I don't know why cyberpinoy isn't able to make everything transparent and open, but it tells me all I need to know.

There were "trolls" (including me) but that doesn't mean the questions weren't legitimate. The lack of transparency is the biggest issue. If/when one of the coins gets dumped, investors lose value. The lack of transparency means there is no way to show that the investors don't get fucked by that dump and then fucked by cyberpinoy saying they had more of those coins then they really did.

The smart way to do a staking coin is to collect a certain coin and pool it together. Needing the pool operator to exchange coins opens up so many more methods of failure that it makes zero sense.
1443  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitcasino.io are cheats on: September 19, 2015, 12:28:22 PM
Is rigged.

I got an offer from a casino to company telling me that I could change the odds of the game in my favor to win 80% of the bets, so if the flash game is not probably fair just don't play there.

You can do that with many games. If you bet on 30 numbers in roulette you have an 80% chance to win. The there are 80% options in dice too. That doesn't mean you will make money.
1444  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: please help me with another Cloud Miners on: September 19, 2015, 12:01:01 PM
OK. i want to believe in this.
So if i invest 1BTC on this service, how long time is need to get back my invest money, and beginning to make a profit
I dont think this type of straight prediction is possible, because you can not predict difficulty variation or price variation. But, if everything remains constant, with 1 BTC you can buy 1 Ths on CMW and the calculator shows, it takes ~118 days to recover that amount.

The difficulty will not remain constant so that is useless.
1445  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: please help me with another Cloud Miners on: September 18, 2015, 02:22:24 PM
If you aren't going to do the basic math that would show that screenshot is bullshit you deserve to lose money like you will if you give it to them.

How many days ago was 114 days after november 9th? Why would they use such an old screenshot?

Pictures like that don't prove if a mining site is legit, proof of mining is what does, and that website has refused to show that since day 1.
1446  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: September 18, 2015, 12:37:12 PM
I don't know why but it always smells like shit when TradeFortress passes by. He should definitely get included in that so called black-list.
And yes bitcoiners sometime do crazy things. Try to get or steal their bitcoins and they will hack you to the end of times. That's exactly what they have done and are doing to Jon Montroll aka Ukyo and other scammers.
No doubt TradeFortress should be able to join them soon and be part of the list.
So let this be a lesson for future thieves so they think twice before scamming innocent people.

The lesson should be to stop giving your coins to scumbags. What other lesson is there to learn? Don't rob people because someone will make up a ridiculous false story and post it on the forum?
1447  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: please help me with another Cloud Miners on: September 18, 2015, 12:32:38 PM
Sidenote, I went to that great monitor site to see how well that investment was doing today. Figured it would be bad since supershill is using an 187 day old screenshot.

I was shocked to find that cmmonitor.com doesn't match up with that image at all.

Apparently they invested .25620000btc, not .01, and somehow the roi went down to 79.5%, 187 days later. Weird, huh?
This screeenshot was taken when the lowest rate of CMW was 0.001 BTC/Ghs. At that point CM monitor bought 10 Ghs and made ROI.

Now, the lowest rate of CMW is 0.0008 BTC/Ghs, which can be found on http://cmmonitor.com/24-cloudmining-website.html. CM monitor has bought 200 Ghs now and they have not yet made ROI on that purchase. They do not show, when they made that purchase of 200 Ghs.

Last but not the least, your assumption about me being Alt of someone else is untrue. I criticze things if something is to be criticized and adore things if it is to be adored.

You are definitely an alt of the people that continue to post that ancient screenshot because there is no reason to post that ancient screenshot unless you were part of that scam.

What kind of advantage player would play online blackjack to clear a bonus?

I can't even get the casino games to load, so I can't look at the details, but I can almost guarantee there are better options than blackjack to clear a bonus.

How can someone have 400k to give to Ganza but not the intelligence to realize what was happening or the resources to do something about it besides posting here?

i use
hashocean
and
hashnest

i need one other and i will stop investment

i need the best please

So how much you earned from the 2?
Even if you join all the cloud miners you will barely earn few coins.
Better to find another investment option sir, earning from cloud mining getting harder, when I calculated how much I could win with the budget i have last time I found that I can make the same from faucets! (which is low source also)

Absolutely wrong. Have you tried www.CloudMining.website ? They are paying consistently for last ten months and they openly publishes their payment history...

www.cloudmining.website/payments.php

They are verified by third party cloud mining monitor to give ROI within ~114 days.

You should note that difficulty will probably increase with time. So, with every 2016 block, your bought hash power will mine lesser and lesser amount. You may use the following calculator for calculation of your profit...

www.cloudmining.website/calculator.php

Props for a new alt that doesn't have an alliterative name, really shows some creativity.

Doesn't change the fact that the picture is useless. It's very old, and involves a guy spending under $3 and getting an "roi" in over 100 days that was actually a loss in USD value over the time of the picture. Or the fact that there are new complaints from that site of payments shrinking. Or that the site has never proved or attempted to prove that they were mining.

The Paycoiners are now talking about suing Scrypt CC/ Marcelo. Gosh, it seems like just yesterday they were all cocky and sure that Scrypt CC would save them from their failed Paycoin investments. They even went further, absolutely certain that this new obvious scam would also resurrect the previous scam they were burned on, and actually make it legitimate and not a scam. Shocking that such well placed confidence failed to work out. Also, exactly what type of fucking moron discusses organizing a lawsuit against an obvious scam they got suckered into while THEY ARE STILL PROMOTING THIS SCAM IN THEIR POSTS !?!?

So, if XPY were actually used by people a ridiculous number of addresses would start to build up exponentially and get added to the blockchain- bloating it? Yet another brilliant "feature" of Paycoin.  Roll Eyes

Did they finally "fulfill the white paper" by creating the hyperflex blockchian?
1454  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW / Josh Garza discussion Paycoin XPY xpy.io BTCLend LNC. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: September 15, 2015, 12:03:05 PM
did anyone happen to read this sentence?

"the SEC is investigating whether GAW Miners, LLC, and various individuals and entities acting in association with it, have violated the anti-fraud or other provisions of the federal securities laws in connection with GAW Miners' sale of shares in the profits to be derived from its purported bitcoin mining operations and its sales of rights relating to a new type of virtual currency that it created."

https://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/2015/lr23322.htm

I wonder who the entities are and "various individuals" sounds like it may go deep?

Let us pray that it involves Stuart Fraser, Vice Chairman of Cantor Fitzgerald.

Stuart Fraser, Vice Chairman of Cantor Fitzgerald - supporter for 911 Charity Fraud by GAW Miners.

but I think they go for the Garza clan.

That would have been a good point to drive home a month ago. Their only chance for gawtards to get any money back but they did nothing.
1455  Economy / Gambling / Re: Fixed Match - Info Inside on: September 14, 2015, 03:26:46 PM
Here are the real 2 scenarios.

1) he was full of shit and trying to con money from people, he is an asshole.

2) he really thought he was part of a group and was trying to make extra money, he is an idiot.

Neither is someone I would do business with, so why waste time figuring out which one he is?

People need to stop falling for these things, because even if you take everything he says at face value, it doesn't make sense. If he is betting 4k euros on a game, why would he sell the info for 30 euros? If you fall for that you deserve to make your money. Why risk a the wrong person paying that 30 and shutting down the free money machine?
1456  Economy / Gambling / Re: Fixed Match - Info Inside on: September 14, 2015, 03:03:30 PM
The fact that he didn't come back with some bs excuse leads me to think that it's possible that he was scammed too, but that doesn't excuse him.

Do not buy sports "tips" or "picks." If anyone was good enough at picking they would be making bets instead of selling the picks.

IF you buy someone's excuse that they come up with to sell picks, the ONLY way to verify that someone is good at picking sports is to have them post their pick after they make the bet and before the game starts.
1457  Economy / Gambling / Re: Fixed Match - Info Inside on: September 14, 2015, 02:47:32 PM
So matches are never fixed??   Huh

Matches are fixed, but if someone knew a match was fixed, wouldn't they be betting on it instead of offering to sell the info for 20 bucks and risk exposing the scheme?
1458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: September 14, 2015, 01:38:34 PM
Where in hell is the money for withdrawals coming from?
scamtos took my money, again.

I strongly suspect the majority of these payments is fake. The go to addresses of the administrator.
Then perhaps through a mixer service and as a "deposit" back into Hotwallet.

Someone on IRC said that at the beginning of this project, the KHS were sold for a value of 1€.
So theoretically the Admin has somewhere lying around several tens to hundreds of million dollars.

I think it is not so much, but he definitely has enough reserves to pretend activity.

When the KHS were sold for that much there were far fewer KHS.   By the time there were millions that price was very low.

A better measure of the possible wealth is the new and old hot wallets that had something like 44657 BTC pass through them.

https://blockchain.info/address/19mcjofGwKxGwhaZwDwPjdWd1KrFCZgoJJ    (6000 BTC & growing)
https://blockchain.info/address/1HWqsgnSd12Gv8SpoUMi1Cj8hp79BTSpW7   (38657 BTC)

The second one goes back to the beginning of scrypt.cc.    So if you are going to estimate possible gains assuming a pure Ponzi, that is the data to use.

That is not good data to use because you don't know how much of that 6k or 38k are the same coins being moved around in circles to trick people into thinking that something is happening.

It seems unlikely scrypt.cc would move deposit money around to just inflate the appearance of deposits.   While I'm sure they could do it, why would they?

Deposits used to move into 1HWqsgnSd12Gv8SpoUMi1Cj8hp79BTSpW7 now they move into 19mcjofGwKxGwhaZwDwPjdWd1KrFCZgoJJ.  Those are the so called hotwallets.   This has been confirmed many times by different people.   If you make a deposit right now it will be moved from your deposit address to 19mcjofGwKxGwhaZwDwPjdWd1KrFCZgoJJ.    It is very likely that these two addresses show all the money that has been deposited into scrypt.cc.

The hard part is sizing the withdraws.  Prior to the hack many different addresses funded withdraws.   Now there only appears to be  1Bidh2XFr9JzfXppeZd2cPKpbnJGvqCY4h.   However no idea how long that will last.   So we really don't know how much of the 44657+ BTC has been withdrawn.

This data is much better than holding up a thumb and saying I heard KHS used to cost 1 euro so that means "he" has pulled in millions.

They would do it to convince people to give him more money. GAW did it to convince some idiot bloggers at wsj that they were legitimate, this site does it to convince you. How many of those coins in the "withdrawal" wallet come straight from market where they are selling these "mined" altcoins? how many are just straight from the deposit wallet? How many of the withdrawals just go back to an address controlled by him?

The entire point of crypto is for EVERYTHING to be publicly transparent on a network of computers in a way that is almost impossible to fuck with. EVERYTHING that anyone does CAN be proved on the blockchain. ANYTHING being hidden/questionable is a red flag so much that I treat it as proof of a scam.

The level of absolute fucking stupidity involved in the "thought" process in choosing this name boggles the mind.

You mean there is more to creating a new business that just "borrowing" the idea, the name, and even the font from an existing oneGrin

"buyers will pay no fees."

I feel like once a week I find a new example of bullshit "no fees" in the crypto world.

Although I'm sure people "smart" enough to be accepting xpy for whatever might not be smart enough to mark up their prices by 5% to cover that fee, so this one might actually be true.
