Thanks for sharing this info. We've been following your other thread too and continuing to investigate and close multi-accounts found to be hand-folding. We're also still working on the release of some new measures which should help to combat this.

The team looking after poker is continually investigating for multi-accounting and collusion. Identifying these players just off of play style can require more time to confirm.
