If you are a die heart gambler and you obey by the rules then there shouldn't be a problem. I have played at this casino plenty of times and they are always friendly and helpful and explain if I do not understand things. Most casinos have a deposit wagering policy due to preventing fraudulent activity but it's hardly a reason to call this casino a scam when you haven't followed the T&C's. Terry seems like she was trying to assist by advising about the 3 times wagering policy and explain the duplicate accounts. There was no argument and I cannot see any rude or unprofessional behavior at all. Be glad that you were told about these things and your account wasn't just closed. There is nothing wrong with this casino.
What i've noticed about this complaints and accusations to online casino sites is that they encountered a problem while withdrawing from it, First thing first, there will be a valid reason for that why did the site disable or temporarily banned from withdrawing, there should be an issue to you or what you have done and stop accusing and spreading false news about them. What about your house edge? I see its around 5%.. don't you think its a bit too much if we see all the other crypto casinos out there with house edges as low as 0.5%?

@Theb thanks for feedback! We don't have sounds yet, but the good news is that we plan to add some futuristic sounds to the game in the near future I will definitely let you know when it's live. That is definitely good news, the sound will literally be a game changer for the website. The gambling site right now is ok but without the sound it just feels plain to me like there is really something missing from the good looking UI you have. Also this is just my opinion but please do not overdo it, if you mean by "futuristic sounds" like space beams/lazers and unnecessary background space-like noise it won't be a good idea as it will definitely annoy a lot of people including me. That's actually a really valuable feedback! This place looks impressive, something really different from my experience,,, anybody tried depositing and withdrawal successfully yet?
