heh..
That's great! I was on the Bitmain S-3 thread trying to drum up some miners. The problem is the pool sounds to good to be true.... But word will get out. It should help once the winners start to receive the won S-3 miners and they report back hopefully with some pictures to show the disbelievers then this pool should skyrocket!
1482  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ANTMINER S3 Discussion and Support Thread. on: August 15, 2014, 11:46:16 PM
The point is, the "pool" is paying out more than it can ever take in on a PPS model so somethings up somewhere.

Trying to build a bitcoin affiliate network is what they are saying, also they claim the payout of bonus may last up until 5TH. This suggests they could end it sooner if they reach the goals for the pool.

If something is to good to be true it usually is. But on the other hand, if I had the resources, and could afford it, I would do the exact same thing to promote my own business, though perhaps not as aggresive as 12.5% Smiley

*Edit I am on the NY server, I only had a few minor disconnects, which may have to do with the fact the pool / company is in process of being built.
stratum+tcp://east2.bitcoindigger.com:3333

STILL dead ! I'll let test miner run for 10 minutes to see if it corrects but I doubt it.

Edit: Seems it was a worker issues _ instead of .

I am running 1 s-3 on it seems okay.  I did the VA server as I may be closer to it then the NY one.
I am in the Midwest and run all 12 miners (9-S1's and 3-S3's) on the VA server.

For a limited time this pool is currently open to the public mining community. There are no fees and a 12.5% bonus is paid out on all bitcoins mined.

Totally not a scam.

Yup not a scam at all, 12.5 % bonus AND there is also a tread that he says he`s giving away 1 free S3 every day for august. ya right.

Is it a scam or?
I mine there and the BTC payments have hit my wallet. Paying PPS now with auto payouts.
I don't see why they need my bitcoin address just to register. Suspicious
seem every pool needs that if you want to get paid?

To get paid, yes - to register, no. Insecure.
humm you ever mine on Eligius pool?

Fell asleep... head hit keyboard and accidentally stopped payout script... writing code now to go over every single share submitted in system and payouts will account for previous shares and continue here in just a min...
good morning and thanks

We will see but the pool has been paying and have bigger plan than just running a mining pool. But we will see.

Anyone else see the upgrade kits available?  Thoughts?
not so sure I  am interested. I under volted am still doing good with my 9 S1's but think your better off selling them outright

Looks like I just got a 1 hour payment that is in line with what I would be expecting.

unfortunately the lack of timely payouts or information has the pool hash rate down by a 1/3 or so.

I think I am about to pull mine off as well for now. Will return once we have clarity on what is going on.
well I pulled my yesterday overnight as I had a couple payments that did not go thru and I had no idea what I was getting so I pull out to wait till things seemed to smooth out. I pointed all my miners back this morning to check and see how things are again. This pool is much needed and the OP sure seems like he is trying hard so I really want to mine here and hope it works out!

Anyone else having payout issues? Is it time to move pools for a bit?

Haven't seen a payout, or earnings in about 8 hours. Is everything okay?

At a hunch sorb has extended the time frame on the payouts again....   As I have noticed he did afew at about 15-30mins    then a few at a hour    then pushed it back to every 2 hours.....     So it a guess he slowly pushing the payout times back to try stop all the dust payments BUT at the same time watching them to make sure there nothing funny going on eg it overpaying on the PPS   while moving them payout back in time eg longer between payouts.....

PS This pool admin is yet to let us down...   And very careful and watchful esp when he does changes to the pool...

I am also sure sorb will update us all as well in the next 24 hrs he normally sends out an update email every couple days

This is my first set of sha-256 rigs. I bet you everything is okay. I just got a lil nervous because this time you don't have a message letting us know hash is safe. I just got some S3 and trying to get as much ROI before this diff change as possible, just don't want to miss out on anymore time if its an issue, its been about 9.5 hrs now?

Yesterday a support question I had was responded to in minutes, this one been in que for like 5 hours. This is why I was a lil cautious. I am still mining on the pool as Im hopeful this is just part of the process to get pool tuned right. But if anyone hears different pls tell us!

At a guess he is ZZZZZZZZ in bed as I know the last few days he pulled some long hours on the pool doing work on it etc just of the forum posts and at times the changes in things on the pool itself Smiley

unfortunately the lack of timely payouts or information has the pool hash rate down by a 1/3 or so.

Without knowing the settings etc on the back end of the pool it appears the pplns is working in reverse to what it meant to where it rewards the longer ya on the pool vs a new user

That's what it looks like from perspective too. I am sure s0br will figspecialed101ure it out.
Hey specialed101 any idea why your hash rate changes by so much. Looks to change @ 500-800 GH? What kind of miners you running? Mine changes but not nearly at the rate yours does.
1495  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: mining.BitcoinAffiliatenetwork.com - we're giving away 1 Antminer S3 every day! on: August 15, 2014, 09:48:27 AM
And what there per the debates were about the prize miners?(Lottery) Someone already won?
List of winners is on the first page. It is updated every couple of days. Batch 5 miners were just shipped last week and the pool should have received them by now and getting them shipped to the winners.
Hopeful the winners will do what the OP asked for and they will post here when they get them.

i received an email from info@bitmaintech.com. their name usually comes up as "Bitmain Tech" but this time it was "bitmain tech". the subject of the email was Invoice payment with an attachment called Invoice_7845.jar and nothing else written in the email. in the jar there was an ID file, a Main.class and a MANIFEST.MF and a Server.class file.

just thought will let you guys know.

Are you sure it's legitimate? Having a file attached with the .jar extension is a red flag for an infected email. <red alert>

Hope you have a good email scanner for anti-viri, etc.

All my emails came from webmaster@bitmaintech.com

to make it Fair - can miner only win one asic Bigjgc2002 hit it lucky  2x

also confirm by address and other mean like IP and Miner mac address.

as much as i would be upset if my name was drawn more then once , I would understand as it building the community

I bet you that there are user here with more then one account so they can have better lucky

I know Bigjgc2002 and he was here from the start as he was the one that told me about this pool. It was not till after he told me he won the first one that I started to look for myself at the pool. The OP said that even if you win an S3 your name will go back into the draw for another, so it looks like to me the OP is just doing what he said from the start and Bigjgc2002 has been very lucky.

I haven't had any issues with the deposits to my Coinbase wallet.
i have one in my Coinbase wallet that looks stuck not being confirmed. When I check the block chain info it  says transaction can not be found. Also have another payment shown on my pool transaction page that never showed in wallet?

Edit: just checked other payment that never made it to wallet and transaction can not be found in blockchain

Yeah, I've noticed those nonexistent transactions as well at blockchain, but eventually they got through. As far as I remember s0br mentioned adding a backend routine which regularly checks for those transactions every hour or so and sends them again in case they're stuck in no-land.
So far it worked that way for me.
Maybe the amount of payments we've received make it difficult to track down, but at least in my case balance and payments are coherent with mining.

I would say kudos to s0br, indeed. It's a complex, demanding task the one he got into.
Nice rig Aurel, btw! Followed your sig link out of curiosity. Cheers!

LoL... Thanks I keep that link as that is where my ASIC miner start was. Had 23GH/s of USB miners going making about .10 BTC a day back then. Move to BFL singles then to my 9 S1's and 3 S3 now pushing @ 2.5TH/s making about half of what those USB miners did! Mining has been like catching a falling knife!

@OP Can your Pool do Merged Mining? Like mining other SHA256 Coins along with Bitcoin. If that can be done, I bet you will have more Miners included me.
The way I understand it he plans on doing merged mining. For now to make up for it he is paying a 12.5% bonus
