Looks like some strong teams in the last four teams left standing. France and Belgium is a tough choice. Both team have champions league players on either side. But France has the upper hand being in the last dance before and winning it in 1998. England and Croatia is not as hard to judge. Premier league players tip the scales in England's favor. And Russia was not a very strong team to begin with being the host team and all which was their only advantage. But Croatia had a tough time disposing of them and was forced to go at it in a shoot out in being the decider. It will be England vs France for the right to raise the trophy in this 2018 World Cup.  The semifinal match between France and Belgium will taste like the final one. The winner from this game will be the winner of this World Cup event as I guess. |
