1501  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bull season started? on: October 28, 2023, 05:08:43 AM
The recent surge in BTC to the $35k region has led many to believe that the bull market is back. Some analysts believe this is just the effect of historical October patterns, and we may see a significant pullback for accumulation and liquidity purposes before the bull season kicks off. I'm confused, which is why I'm here. What's your opinion, fellow traders?"

Even that we are on a market rally, I do not think I am confident that this is already the start of the bull season. Probably the bulls are just warming up as I can see this is some sort of a bull trap.
Only Newbie that will listen about this time is Bullrun because we as witnessed
of the past bull market , we have seen and understand that there are certain increase in market before the bull market
happened and soon will be followed by Bear market and really hard dumping happens before hand.

Quote
But the good thing is that the price stays within the range of $33.8k to $34.2k as of this time of writing.
well we are near closing October so usually time lime this are the one who will start
the small drops and then by December will followed by good pump before the end of the month stars its bear before
halving.
Quote
We also have to be prepared for some black swans to come in like there is a recent news about $4.55 billion worth of BTC and ETH options that is set to expire today.

That sounds bearish to me and might be going for a short position, but time will tell and we will see how long we could hang on to this price range.
that is a huge expiration so bearish is coming any time very soon then?
its good that I am ready for this kind of market changing as I still have good chunk in my holding.
1502  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin In Bullish or Bearish Trend? on: October 27, 2023, 08:20:30 AM
At the moment it's neither in a Bullish or Bearish Trend as the current gains we seeing from Bitcoin are a false positive that was caused by a rumour of the Bitcoin spot ETF being approved, but seems we still going with the flow as markets haven't backed down from this temporary momentum...but sooner or later I expect price to consolidate and reflect the real price of BTC. So if  you plan to buy try buy at a discounted price not a premium as price will retract before going up again.

So, what is your perspective: Do you believe we are currently in a bear market, or is this merely a manipulation to discourage some individuals from Bitcoin?

I would say its a bit of everything, though the manipulation stands out as this is what has lead to the bullishness after the fake news  Roll Eyes but it's good to see what to expect on e the approval comes in.

I agree with you. Though I got my dual investment ready to leverage the opportunity. We just hope this manipulation in Bitcoin will come to a minimal
You have got a best decision having dual investment to be ready in leveraging , and also this manipulation seems to be ending(if truly happening) but do you really think there is something that looks manipulating in our price now?

and Also if this is manipulation then I am thankful because I already earned something from my investment that happened because of this growth , 20% isn't than small for me to be thankful.

BTC has a positive trend on many time frames, you can tell when we start to have multiple alignments across time frames because we get positive action and spikes like has been occuring recently.  The simpliest way to view general positivity or not is the moving averages.  Both 200 day and 200 week are positive, it doesnt mean we cannot sell off but the general trend is towards accumulation or positive price ascent on the chart, we are still challenged in 2023 imo;  Im not expecting take off just yet but repeatedly we had demonstration of positive BTC.
but from your perspective , if I am to Buy low sell High , is this the time to sell now? before I buy back again in January or February next year.
1503  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 7 ways to earn free cryptocurrency on: October 27, 2023, 06:42:35 AM
We usually think about free is totally free like just an airdrop. But actually, all of those things are not totally free. It is only a reward for completing a simple task. I don't think it is really encouraging but for those who did nothing, why not try?

I could say that this is a good way to start earning in crypto for newcomers but just to remind them also that be sure that they are visiting the right/legit site otherwise, they are just wasting their time. And aside from that, we must not expect huge rewards.
to expect big rewards we can collect prizes then we can invest in potential coins, I have been doing this for a long time. but I'm looking not from airdrops, but from signature campaigns. It would be a shame if we didn't try it, even though currently the prizes are not as big as in 2017, there's no harm in trying to get a little prize, which of course can be useful, as well as expanding knowledge about cryptocurrency. Even though sometimes I don't get a prize, I still faithfully participate to try my luck
yes , some are giving tokens that has low value but if we can wait till it goes high or listed in big
exchange then the faith will change and sure we will make big profit, or like what you said instead of waiting we can sell and
convert to other coins that has big potential , most specially that now we are nearing the Halving that for sure like what other
years had , bringing multiple increase in almost every legit coins.
No wonder those tips of OP will give people here a chance to learn and of course earn because that is the nature of this thread
to help others have their freebies by completing tasks of each airdrops.
I think there are many ways to earn crypto. Apart from staking and Earn facilities on exchanges which actually require capital to do so, perhaps Fauchet freebitco.in or similar is an easy way to earn crypto. Then Campaign on new crypto projects, new project marketing team, project developers. That could be an alternative if you want to earn crypto.
but freebitco.in gives only 2-6 satoshi depend on your account so how come that this will even
enough to make you have food in table?also the withdrawal amount is too high that you need to accumulate for many years
of that airdrop before you get your rewards out of their site?
1504  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: October 27, 2023, 05:42:21 AM
Guys guys if 1xbit scam why is there still a thread here there is a possibility to report this to the moderator right and delete it for good.

Just checked Wikipedia about 1xbet and the truth is visible to everyone.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/1xBet#:~:text=These%20are%20%22Sergey%20Karshkov%22%2C,case%2C%20with%20penalty%20of%20imprisonment.

The site was declared a scam a long time ago. It was also declared to be bankrupt earlier this year itself. It's still up and running somehow just like 1xbit. Also, the co-founder died way back in June itself. Trash Russian sites!

So 1xbet and 1xbit is related with same owner?
if this will only possible then why not , surely there are other members that tried to report
but suddenly Moderators/Administrator has no moderation to delete or lock a thread that had issue of scamming
because if does ? then maybe there are already plenty of locked thread in altcoin section in which tons of scam
projects are being posted(at least questionable if not scam proven).
and 1xbet and 1xbit have lot of pointed post about their same ownership or team behind the operation though
I believe that there are no concrete proof about that, but the way they treat players and their victims proof?
seems like the style are the same and the way of advertising is almost similar not just here but in outside the forum.
1505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins that are good for long hodling in this season. on: October 27, 2023, 05:22:48 AM
you are asking good for long term Holding but need a season to purchase? hows that?
if you are looking for long term altcoin to hold you need no season but you will check the quality of the project
and if this will last long , there are lots of new coins that have build their name short time and then die also short
time because of Intentional BS of developers and teams. if you are seeking for good currency to keep on better
to look at least in top 20 currency in market as those has a big potential of staying and safer while you wait for
the right time to sell.
also better to add Bitcoin for long term holding because this is the safest and the best
for such time of Hold, proven from 13 years of existence , and will be there for another 13 years,\
if you don't mind me asking . How long is that long holding that you wanted to keep?
at least this is years or more right? not just few months time?
1506  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the most weird thing you bought with crypto? on: October 27, 2023, 04:48:16 AM
It is rare to see people that have bought weird things using bitcoin when you as OP also have no
Weird purchase from your coins, and actually we even harder to find purchasing power from Bitcoin because of its limit(should
I say fewer accepting BTC as payment so what more the weird one? a simple question of what we have bought from our crypto
is enough to attract legit users of this precious coin.

Only some purchase i made from my BTC like Netflix sharer account Since I only use 1 gadget
to watch movies, and some Online games and services from my trusted seller, that does not even count as weird thing
but I must proudly say that I used my coins from purchase and will keep using as long as there is availability .

Honestly, I view bitcoin as an investment, a potential future asset, so I have never and do not want to use bitcoin to buy anything. I like to accumulate and will only sell when necessary. I still prefer to use fiat for my payments rather than cryptocurrency, let alone bitcoin. My country doesn't have any bitcoin ban yet, but I still want to keep my investments and assets private. I don't want people around me to know that I'm investing in bitcoin. I think even if bitcoin were legal and used as a means of payment in my country, I wouldn't do it, I prefer privacy.
If all of us will do the same , I think bitcoin will have no value in the future because no one uses
it instead keep storing their coins in their wallets better to change this views mate and lets circulate some of those and
keep holding some so the purpose will be served.
1507  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin $5k rise within an hour plus. on: October 27, 2023, 03:16:01 AM
Whenever there is a strong surge of Bitcoin price, the expectation or the pattern is that the altcoins would all be in red. It's only when the surge mellows down a bit that altcoins may begin to recover and possibly make gains. I think this has been the general pattern over the years. If Bitcoin grows slowly, it's possible that the top altcoins can catch up and rises along with it. But whenever Bitcoin is aggressively bullish, the altcoins will be left behind.
Lets forget the altcoin from here mate because this is about Bitcoin and yes its growth recently
While you have quoted altcoins movement when there is bitcoin growth yet lets take them out from this thread and section.
About bitcoin being aggressive ? altcoin on the other hand is also having aggressive movement though not that high compared
to Bitcoin.

                                             _______________________________________________________________________________ _________

Now it is starting to slowly drop mate, from 35k now this is at 33k and smoving down little
by little, though I wanted to see this climbing over 40k before this October ends. 5k increase in the last hour yesterday.

It's probably of the oncoming decision on the status of bitcoin ETF that a lot of people are buying bitcoin right now because they know that if that decision is a positive is positive then there's a possibility that the price of bitcoin will go up and not to mention that historically, bitcoin price is positive during this months towards December so add that to the current happening and you're never going to be surprised that bitcoin is going up this fast.
I hope bitcoin can cross 40$k this time. Everyone is waiting to see if the bitcoin market will be good. I have invested in bitcoin. If the bitcoin market is good within this year I can sell the bitcoins and make a profit. Bitcoin  I am very happy after seeing that its market is starting to improve.Bitcoin current price is 34$k now.
Lets give bitcoin time till before this year ends , 40k seems to be pretty
decent to achieve by 2023 , also hoping to see 2024 another Bull and bringing ATH (cannot wait till 2025 though)
1508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Where to invest 7k usdt on: October 27, 2023, 02:42:28 AM
Where to invest 7k usdt

To get profit daily 30$
It is not wise to expect specific amount when investing in so much volatile market ,
though it is possible yet ? only frustration and sadness will come your way.
why not less your expectation and only invest the money that you can keep for long term?
but if you mean by making food for the table on daily basis thats why you wanted tto invest here then that is a red flag, assurance cannot be generate in crypto investing , not unless you are part of manipulating team that has a large percentage of making money.
1509  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Just like visiting a cinema on: October 26, 2023, 04:42:07 AM
This have been discussed few times before and someone have to do it again maybe often, for those of you looking to become a gambler what is your motives behind it? To make money? Or to have some fun? Here is my advice to everyone of you.

Why not treat casinos the same ways like you are going to the movies or bowling? You are simply paying for the experience and the entertainment, it's either you enjoy it or you may not, can you feel me? You don't know how bad a movie can be until you watched it, so....
it has been tackled many times before to how we need to treat gambling , but how can anyone deny the fact of desiring to win than to enjoy?
and also when you watch movie Indeed that you will enjoy but never have a chance to win money .
Quote
Casinos, either online or offline, isn't a place to win money for the 99% of people, but this same group of people want to confused or already confused themselves that they can make money gambling, this isn't the proper way. It's meant to be for fun and not so serious like your life depends on it.
that is so high losing rate , 99%? meaning there is only 1% that winning? lol that is depending on that gambler desire, because mostly we are winning easily but that is only for small wins ,.
and the problem is people wanted to win more that is why they end loser/
Quote
If you want your life to goes on with ease, learn to be a fun gambler and not too dependent on gambling, this is what gets people f**ked, the reality of gambling is you win when it's not even expected, be a responsible gambler.
are you a fun gambler mate? meaning you can just play letting your money lose just to enjoy?
because it seems to be Odd to see people letting money just like that.
i do it for both , to win and of course to enjoy.
1510  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should we rely on prediction? on: October 26, 2023, 04:08:52 AM

The maximum BTC price yearly, according to the link:
Quote
2023    $31,000[size]
2024    $31,000
2025    $53,000
2030    $100,000
the prediction itself seems to be a falls one , because not only 31k for
2023 because we already passed that price and now sitting at 34k and still climbing that shows
bitcoin is going still strong and maybe will able to hit 35-40k anytime soon or at least this whole
4th quarter.
also 2024 and 2025 seems to be so low , we broke 68k in the last bullrun happened in 2021 so
meaning we are going to climb more than that though you might be correct that those are all
prediction and might change against our expectations.

1511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why meme coins are trending? on: October 26, 2023, 02:56:55 AM
Today, my narrative takes an exhilarating turn with the introduction of the $Opium meme token. This latest addition to my crypto portfolio radiates innovation and promises to inject fresh life into the meme coin universe. Just as with $PEPE, $CAL, and $SAFERUM, $Opium is not merely a senseless creation; it realize the spirit of a movement, a community-driven endeavor with untapped potential.

Now, I'm on a new adventure with the $Opium meme token. It's the latest coin I added to my crypto collection, and it's looking like it could be the next big thing in the world of meme coins. Just like with $PEPE, $CAL, and $SAFERUM, I see potential in $Opium that goes beyond just being a joke.

Meme tokens started as funny internet stuff, but they are turning into serious business with real communities behind them. $Opium, with its cool idea and excited supporters, seems like it's going to be a standout meme token. It's more than just a joke; it's a movement.
They are not trending mate , its just you and your pals that making Meme coins
trending your own way,  if you have not been tagged I may say your post are truly valuable but since
that tag given , we can easily check that you are just shilling on each coin closer to you.

it is not just because I am a no fan of meme coins but i have seen this happening
in the past that there are many Meme coins that ended investors losers. though Dogecoin is still one of
the most popular meme coin yet this has been one of the most manipulated coin specially by Elon.

Memecoins has alwasy been a no-no for me. Irrespective of the profits they rake in, they have a way of swaying you from the nitty-gritty of the entire events in the space.

Once you start an adventure on memecoins, you are drifted towards looking for Xs, which is not actually bad but I don't see my future hanging there as the space is dynamic and before you comprehend an arm of the space, another dimension has turned up and forcing you to do more researching and knowledge acquisition. i don't like hanging my future in the hands of chance.
correct on this mate, why need to risk more when there are other coins we can invest
that for sure proven safe and worth trusting. It is also a No-No for me ..Meme coin.
1512  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will $BTC soar beyond 35K or dip below? 🚀📉 on: October 26, 2023, 02:05:38 AM
The next move? Probably down to be honest as profit taking takes hold. However, we are most definitely going to soar above $35,000 in the future and likely the very near future. I think the odds are better than not that we’ll see Bitcoin end the year in the $40,000 range and this recent price action only makes me feel better about that thought.
Does this factor in the result of the approval of bitcoin ETF? Some of the post are saying that if it's approved then it's going to improve the market prices but if not then there's a possibility that the price will either calm down or go down. @mk4 said that we've gone up too high too fast and I can agree with that too because this all happened before, price going up fast and people getting in the hype only to have their hopes up pulled under them giving them losses.
Your concerns regarding the approval of the Bitcoin ETF are valid, and it's true that regulatory decisions can have an impact on the cryptocurrency market. However, one of the strengths of cryptocurrencies is their decentralization and versatility. Even without specific ETF approval, cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin have shown resilience and the ability to adapt.

Crypto payment gateways, like https://coinremitter.com/?utm_source=rep&utm_medium=bitcointalks , provide a solution for businesses and individuals to accept cryptocurrencies as a means of payment. This diversification can help mitigate risks associated with market fluctuations. Plus, the lower transaction fees and borderless nature of crypto payments can be advantageous in both bullish and bearish scenarios. It's important to remember that the crypto space is about long-term potential, innovation, and financial freedom.

While prices may fluctuate, the underlying technology and the use cases for cryptocurrencies remain strong. Diversifying your assets and embracing the potential of blockchain technology could be a wise strategy in these dynamic times. 🚀

1513  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: chainlink price prediction on: October 26, 2023, 01:57:13 AM
I still remember Chainlink(LINK) is one of the currency that did stay
in my folio back in the days, till I proven wrong time of holding , so I sold all before 2021 and convert to other coins
and yes I succeed , so for those who still keep this coin , good luck in the next halving.

Chainlink is now up 10% in the last week. I think the reason is there is a new partnership with Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ).

The banking group is worth $670 Billion. https://dailyhodl.com/2023/10/01/chainlink-secures-partnership-with-670000000000-bank-as-sergey-nazarov-says-swift-project-going-very-well/
10% early October but what about till now? it even grows higher
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/chainlink/ up to 50% and still counting , maybe there are so much to
expect in the coming months or better after April next year?
1514  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My little research. on: October 26, 2023, 01:45:19 AM
I haven't been here for long but I have taken my time to read through some of the important conceptions about Bitcoin, and with my little knowledge, I really know that Bitcoin is a good means of investment if I can hold it from now till dear life.
I have done a little research about Bitcoin and why some governments refuse to accept Bitcoin in their own country even when they know that they are in power to make the most important citizens in their country access it and take advantage of it, and it wonders me a little.

However, Bitcoin is a risky means of investment and it is not something that investors should be in a rush to sell. I am just saying this out of my own ideas based on my slight research.
I have a little business that I am doing so far, and I would like to accept Bitcoin in my business, but I don't have enough ideas about Bitcoin. That's why I want to learn more, but truth be told, it's good to practice while learning.
While learning about Bitcoin, I will have to practice it little by little with the little money that I can afford.
But what is the main goal of this topic mate? you did not clarify what is
the whole point , yes you have a little research yet not completely knowledgeable , yet you did not put any question
so for what is this thread created? better you changed the tittle "My Little Story" because it sounds like you have just
story telling.

If you wanted to adopt bitcoin as a payment option , then best to understand
the Volatility of Bitcoin that may change your capitalization from time to time so if ever, then must be ready for keeping
the coins than circulating this for your business.just a heads up because that is what the problem you will face soon.
1515  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin kwoledge is not complete without bitcoin investment on: October 26, 2023, 12:47:04 AM
I totally understand where you're coming from! Knowledge is never a waste, even if you don't have the funds to invest in Bitcoin right now. It actually prepares you to make smarter financial decisions when you do have the money. By the way, I'm really happy for you for taking that leap and making your first Bitcoin purchase! What's even better is that you're using your spare cash and practicing dollar-cost averaging during price dips. That shows you know what you're doing! Remember, Bitcoin is a long-term investment, so stay committed and you'll be just fine. Keep it up
Actually it will going to waste if you will keep just thinking but not acting on it ,
If you are truly smart then you will do everything to have money for investing as the knowledge already on yours
and you knew that there is a promised profit here, so why waste more time when you can generate income from
doing such? Why not lessen your expenses , try to tighten your belt so you will have small funds to start buying
bitcoin and that will be the right starting point.and not just having plans and plans that never come to reality.
and also since it is for long term as you mentioned , then better to start it out now mate, you can begin with
5-10 dollars at least weekly  and then try to increase as days passed by , because for sure once you see it growing
you will regret why not act instantly than talking and telling stories.
But like what you said, if he truly has not capital then sorry to hear but the bull is so near , we will regret
everything when the day comes.

Specific time frame for this? because if you are asking for the whole thing then this is
just a peanut price because bitcoin expected to be reaching 6 digits or even 7 in the future . but if this is about only for the recent
pump? Bitcoin shows 34k increase so we are just 1k short before breaking it.
i am already having my plans and have sold some low moving coin for the next halving. I voted for 35k and up but even if it fails me? I care nothing because I trust bitcoin more than any crypto currencies.
1518  Economy / Economics / Re: What does being rich mean in your perspective? on: October 25, 2023, 04:33:59 AM
It's one of question which differs from person to person. How do you define richness?
Having family around me that shows how they love me , Having officemates that  also
shows How they are supportive in our field , having Social media group friends that always there to assist me in every queries
I have? and also having Investments in crypto and some in banks that enough to sustain my family for years are more than
enough for me to be called as richness.

While Others sees this that about asset and money they have, but remember that we
cannot bring our Money, gold and assets when we are dead, so better to be rich in everything that will make your happiness
worth a living than those you can only Hold while alive but will be gone when dead.

Simply that you don't stop doing anything you would like to do because of lack of money. Keep in mind that this is relative, because if you have aspirations like buying an island or a yacht and filling it with models to accompany you, it will cost you much more to feel rich than if you have more mundane aspirations. Things like there are a few days left until everyone gets paid and if you feel like buying clothes, filling up the tank and inviting your girlfriend to dinner can be part of that feeling of wealth.

Means one thing mate, that richness cannot be define depending on how one look on it
But this is a universal outlook , some can be simply rich while others needs to be luxurious and that is the fact.

As the gambling industry is evolving, I think innovations would have kicked in that can make someone create a career from gambling. I do not know how this can be achieved but I feel it is possible.

Making gambling a full time job might be seen as risky but I still feel one can make gambling full time job and a career.

What do you all think?
if you are good in math and analyzation , and also your instinct is more good than others
then I believe that we can make a good career in gambling because this is one of the most profitable place to get daily
living, but that problem is only few people succeed even how dedicated they are in their gambling career like others that
I used to Know. like trading ? I believe that gambling is not for everyone , because if does then there will be no success in
gambling business because gamblers are going to defeat the bank and the site will bankrupt .
and also why depend on Luck? this is not how life must be instead work for your family and use gambling as secondary
place to earn and at least to surely enjoy.

Welcome back to the forum, once again.

I see that you have an old thread already;  BETS.IO Casino Up to 20% Cashback Every Day | 10-Minute Cashout | No KYC

And according to your post there ;

Just for everyone's knowledge, this thread is no longer being maintained — we've moved to our new thread that can be found here Cheesy

This means that this will be your new official thread, so I suggest that you lock the old thread to avoid duplication of thread as that is against the forum rules.
I guess they have lost access to the account of the OLD thread as they need to create new
account and new thread as well to maintain and same reason that is why they cannot lock that old thread , mentioning this would be their
3rd thread so Hopefully the last also though the OP seems to be less attractive and less informative .

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome!
And since we can now post pictures, we don't we start off this thread with a bang
