I am going to make that tomato soup. with the heavy cream. (thank god I have good cholesterol )

Lol you just reminded me I forgot my cholesterol meds today, they started me on them last week and I've forgotten to take it about half the time.

edit: rectified.

....if you have not, then check out eating Walnuts , 3-4 a day to control Cholesterol.

Also, weirdly enough, Quercetin..... beneficial for multiple other things too Wink

I've been borderline for years and have kept it under control with exercise and my diet has always been steak, potato and salad based which I guess is no longer what is considered a death sentence. But with the covid shit quarantine I have slacked on exercise and gone up from 30 to 34 waist in the last year (actually I am having to squeeze in 34 now so its either get this shit under control or goto 36. I'm pretty tired most of the time now and guess i'm just at the age that time has caught up with me.  I pulled the bicycle out the other day and only made it half the distance I was doing pre covid so i'm not pleased with that result but I'm going to keep up and do my best this summer to get the spare tire under control but if I can't by fall then its gonna be fuck it. They have me on tons of pills for other shit for the last 22 years and I've watched my mental capacities decline markedly as well as the physical. So I'm basically figuring this is my last push to stay healthy if I fail i'll just call it a day and eak out my last few decades eating whatever the fuck I want and let the chips fall where they may. Cheesy

the diabetes is not terrible I can stay under a1c of 7 via diet and I do it.

I don't know anything about diabetes except you can't eat any white foods.

Question, is non dairy creamer bad for diabetes?

Someone I know piles that shit in their coffee and then the implant they have goes off and they say its not connected.

its terrible.

if you have diabetes and cholesterol . you have to drink black coffee unsweetened.

I learned that in the Navy as we would run out of sugar and milk while at sea.

as i mentioned i have decent cholesterol so I can have heavy cream with coffee if I want to.

Oh my blood pressure and weight is decent so I can eat a ton of steak and eggs 🍳 with salt or mustard

Or steak eggs 🥚 bacon peppers onions and cheese 🧀 with some dried tomatoes.

It is a dozen eggs.
a skirt steak 16 oz i cut it into pieces about the size of my pinky.
One red bell pepper chop it into piece about the size of my pinky
one onion. dice it smal
a  oz of sun dried tomato 🍅 make strips
 some coconut oil

melt the coconut in the pan oil as it is like butter in the fridge
cook the onions and bell peppers
add the steak
mix the eggs in a bowl
add to the frying pan mix it a bit
add the dried tomatoes.

lay various slices of different cheeses.

the frying has to be pretty big. remember a dozen eggs.

this dish serves four to six.

my wife and I will eat some for breakfast. I have it for lunch. nuke it hot
and eat the left over for break fast nuke it hot.

I fuck with it vary the veggies. add some bacon to it or add brooklyn naked biltong (cleanest biltong made)
it is really good. likely it has saved my life

my a1c was at 12 which is dude you are going to die.
I found out i was diabetic checked my prostate (this is a big killer in my family)

doctor freaked. called my house my cell and emailed me.

I did a shit ton of research to see if I could get my numbers low without drugs.

Thanks for the info man, looks like the dude took care of you.

Hope your health improves.

Didn't get to the lunch i wanted, forgot about a dentist appointment. Smiley

I use Carbonaut bread (low carbs, no sugar) for my grilled cheese but I'm not sure it's available near you.  There must be many more options for low-carb bread in America though.   There's gotta be an Aldi near you:

Thanks just sent this link to someone I'd rather see live. Smiley

Fuck you CB no soup for you or sandwiches!

Hey anyone remember having a can of campbells tomato soup and a nicely done grilled cheese sandwich for lunch.  I miss that can't have it anymore.

I used to love dipping grilled cheese in cambells tomato soup. Smiley

I make the soup with half a can of milk rather than water and season it and it kicks serious ass, makes a great lunch.

yep my grandma upped that to ½ and ½ rather than water. and made  nine slices of italian bread with a  set of 3 different cheese on three of the nine slices.

So 3 american 3 jarlsberg and 3 provolone. for her Italian/Norwegian American grandson (me) Grin

Damn they were good. I used to do it on her birthday after she passed but too many carbs in it. Oh well

Well shit I am having this tomorrow now, only have chedder/swiss/provolone though but that should suffice.

Damn will have to run out for the Italian bread though so might as well grab 1/2&1/2 as well.

And CB will just have to suffer, no soup for it one year!

In my opinion, the next Monero Coin is still good with a price that is not much different from last year. Today, Monero is still priced at over $300. Today's price is down 4% due to some popular coins also dropping. I saw last night the market turned red from BTC and others. That's reasonable, and hopefully until the end of the year Monero prices will continue to be stable in the market.

What are you spamming garbage for a sig campaign?

Let's get back to our roots -- wall observing. The order books are signaling more bitcoin wanting to be safe USD than I've seen in a long time. Looks like we're gearing up for a spectacular drop.

But the barting is so much fun!

Whatever it is still over a Booring range and i am sure about the upcoming week its gona be red again then might be a rally again.
...

You just made my ignore list with your non resized images.

LOL, that's a bit harsh.

Done but chart looks oddd in the resized image to manage it do let me know

When you resize your image, don't define both width and height. One is enough, otherwise the scale is off. Also, it's more of a thread etiquette to resize an image when you quote someone compared to an original post. However, most observers would appreciate if you resized the image in your original post too, if the image is too large.

Right now, your image is too small in your original post, making it hard to read. Try to set width to 600 or something suitable. Like this:

And when you quote someone, set the width to e.g. 200, like this:

Just keep posting. I'm enjoying reading your posts.

Sir thanks actually a user said that resize is better to post then i looked for the Posts regarding resize and got a code then simple pasted that code now i know how to use thanks for your guidance i will take care of it next time.

Like he said when you requote an image then resize it again like I did here.

Removed, just resize it to the size where you can read the text and that is usually the optimal size, you'll get better at it over time.

All you have to do is use either the height or the width, not both and the aspect ratio will do the rest.

Go back and quote some good examples from previous pages and you will see how its done.
