Like others have already said just encrypt your wallet (password protect it). It is absolutely imperative you do this, without the password nobody can get access to your coins.
I think better If you did a fresh install and you have the latest version BEFORE you run MNC QT for the first time (after a fresh install) you will want to locate your Mincoin Folder in "%appdata%". Once you have located this folder open it up. You will see an existing "wallet.dat" file in there. Delete this empty wallet.dat file. Then drag and drop a copy of your backup wallet.dat into this folder. Close out of the %appdata% and then run your fresh installed |

Food, computers, bills, Christmas shopping. The other day I was paid 4000 usd in btc and now don't know how to spend it wisely. But I ordered a pizza today and it tasted good.
I advice you to hold your coins till the next halving at least, you could this way making good profit, because we expect that the Bitcoin's price will increase after this date. Use fiat to buy food and pay bills and so on, and hold your coins. Hm i dont know. I think it has potential, but it will not replace fiat in the next 10 years.
When our generation is the last (computer generation) we will accept it fully.
But even tho many people i know would use it if it would be more stable. And many people are still confused what bitcoin really are.

If I have money I would invest it, if one invests money wisely they are saving it at the same but it is good to invest in different baskets.
But Investment based on the market value and price raising bitcoin value. But savings we can do at anytime and I am doing the savings only. After bitcoin reached some remarkable price then I will sell or invest my bitcoin in anything still savings is my focus. |
