Normally the next step of a scammer is, that he offers to send the Miner for 1/2 the price to pay upfront and the rest after arrival. Of course there will be no arrival, but at least the scammer got 50%.
ah ic. good to know their modus operandi. thanks.

Sold 58 Block Erupters to Squall for 1.5 BTC. I choose to sell to someone trustable and have done good things for this forum. Highest bid via PM was 2.1 BTC. I will sell the 1.5 BTC and transfer the money to the Ronald MC Donald fund. This is an old video, but this is what I like to do. This is my motivation to earn more, so I an donate more. http://tinypic.com/player.php?v=13yoswk%3E&s=5#.UrLjvvsZIR00.02586 BTC per BE. not bad..

I'll offer 9BTC for the device shipped to UK with Jonh K escrow sent in the next 24 hours. Do it next day delivery and you should have your money before christmas.
If no escrow then sorry but this smells of scam.. 1/2 price increase just for escrow.. really!!
Fuzzybear
JohnK is pretty busy. just to tell you. He's on our Whatsapp group.

What?! With escrow you increase your price? Why?
Because i need money in 1-2 day to pay me christmas holiday trip. If i use escrow i have to wait until the miner arrive to destination. smells fishy. use escrow if the seller is too desperate.

Hi, I am wondering if anyone knows of bitcoin start-ups in Pakistan, or if anyone is interested in doing this, just curious
many peoples doing this in Pakistan you need any information or help write here What are they doing ? accepting this as form or payment or running mining operations ? what you want to do payment mining operations all going here I want to compare costs of mining there with other countries electricity costs are relatively lower than other countries. There are short powercuts as well though. But that is alright. And because of low cost electricity and internet, its profitable to mine. awais3344 from where you are and are you doing mining right now i am in pakistan, and yes, i have miners running at 1.3mhash/s. And I am mining alt coins. better mine TGC. Bitjohn from cryptsy.com just added Tigercoin (TGC) to it's digital exchange!

Attention: Vircurex seems to have BIG problems with their system! I do not trust them any more (nor do I trust BTC-E or cryptsy!) - fortunately I withdrew all my funds (except something worth less than a cent) a short time ago after reports (incl. a personal friend of mine) that LTC withdrawal sometimes takes days!
Now I see this in my own account: I am not only owning a very few remaining 0.000000xy LTC, but to my big surprise I am also owning BTC, DGC, DVC, FTC, IXC, NMC! Note that I never ever owned DGC, DVC, FTC, IXC or NMC on Vircurex!
It's worth less than a cent in total, so I am not too excited about this unexpected "fortune". It's even too few to trade it! But it shows that something strange is going on at Vircurex!
Although I never made a buy order for those coin, they appear in my balance now! And looking at my history, the last transaction listed is from end of November, so the history list does neither include these (alleged) purchases of these coins, nor does it include my actual recent withdrawals.
So evidently the Vircurex server is completely messed up. This is a warning to everyone, and I am telling the truth, this is not a troll posting or something.
I am advising everyone to withdraw funds from Vircurex as long as it is still possible, I am expecting official bad news from Vircurex soon! - because this is certainly not a sustainable situation at Vircurex.
Thanks for the feedback; did you ever get any referrals? cuz that would generate some of the coins you don't own to be added to your account. However, if you don't have any referrals when you click the referrals tab, then I agree with your thoughts; however, I'm ok with leaving some coins on there for now. yes, please check the referrals tab first.

Those are the files we already had. The fab has informed us that the files are missing manufacturer part numbers and information relating to the pin out of the control board. I can get a quote on the hashing board itself along with the assembly cost but we can't get the information for the control board. Also we are missing the compiled pic binary so without all the information we might be forced to either re write it ourself or more likely just switch over and use a raspberry pi.
Or if the released the chip protocol we could design a control board or make a usb adapter that would plug into a host pc.
We also have the option of potentially buying control boards from them but we don't know the price of them yet.
I'm a bit confused I guess. I loaded up the control board project, and I didn't see any parts that couldn't be derived from footprint and part number, except the generic popcorn parts which you would be replacing with your preferred equivalents in your design anyway... unless you were just planning to reprint their design? The PIC binary and hashing chip protocol are an issue though, yeah... I guess could you could sniff out the protocol pretty easily, but it sounds like you're trying to do something a little more turnkey from their original files. Keep us posted, and let us know when you plan to respond to pms. Thanks. Yes we are aiming to replicate the S1 design and would need the control information or the chip protocol to do so. The hope was that we would be able to replicate the design instead of have to redesign parts as that would bring down the lead time and simplify production. Sorry i missed the pm. Just responded then. thanks I've sold some S1 miners to buyers. (5 units) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=356341.0Buzz me if you still need this info - >> "would need the control information or the chip protocol to do so"
