1521  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it true that 80% of the world's wealth in the hands of 20%? on: April 14, 2023, 03:54:51 PM

The society is arranged in such a way that even if you take some kind of conditional wealth and divide it equally among all citizens, then after a certain time everything will return to its usual order, a middle class will form, there will be poor and rich. Different people think differently, someone is inclined to accumulate wealth, someone is not interested, someone knows how to handle money, someone does not. It has always been so and it will be so, so the government will not be able to change it.

You made an interesting comment in perspective of Pareto theory of tendency of societies to maintain a certain pattern of distribution of wealth and power, regardless of attempts to change it, but some social scientists argued that it oversimplifies the concepts and ignores the historical context, institutional structure and political power that can have significant impact on patterns of wealth and inequality.

Indeed, Pareto theory has some validity but it doesn't capture full picture of how wealth is distributed in societies.
1522  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it true that 80% of the world's wealth in the hands of 20%? on: April 14, 2023, 01:11:42 PM
In my opinion, this is just a conjecture or finding, according to a study that has been conducted by an independent institution for almost a year, concluded that in my country assets are controlled by around 15% of the population. Another unique fact is that land owners who use it for business are controlled by 5%, we even often hear reports that in many countries that are still poor, state assets are controlled by less than 3% of the population or citizens.

It is a common thing in many countries of the world that few individuals control the major portion of  national wealth which is often viewed as unjust and unethical Hence, it is important for governments to introduce and implement such policies which ensure equal opportunities for all citizen without any bias.

Government can accomplish this goal through measures such as taxation and equal distribution of resources.
1523  Economy / Economics / Re: Effects: Over-reliance on the US dollar on: April 14, 2023, 10:08:41 AM
Overall, over-reliance on the US dollar can have negative implications for countries that heavily depend on it, and the expansion of the BRICS could provide an opportunity for countries to diversify their reserves and reduce their vulnerability to fluctuations in the value of the US dollar. However, there are also potential risks associated with this shift, particularly with regard to China's growing economic and geopolitical influence

Thanks OP for initiating discussion on a very important topic, which is a major concern of all those countries who heavily rely on US Dollar for their financial stability. As the economic situation in the USA continues to change, US economic power is on decline, it is not what it used to be in earlier days. Depending on a single currency either it is US dollar, Chinese Yuan or any other one, is very risky as its fluctuation can have significant impact on economy.

In my opinion, diversification is the best solution to reduce risk associted with fluctuation in value of currency.

1524  Economy / Economics / Re: Is taking a loan/debt addicted ? on: April 14, 2023, 02:35:29 AM
Well, I have to clarify that personally I have never had any loan or debt in my life so this thread has nothing to do with my experience but intends to find out how people in loan/debt deal with the problem. Let's say you take loans from a bank and sometimes for whatever reason, you can not pay the debt on time, then you borrow money from other channels. Sure this works for a certain period but later bad things may happen, you have to postpone the payment and struggle with finances again. Isn't this a vicious circle ? How would you deal with the problem ? I am all ears.

Indeed, taking new loan to pay back previous ones, is a vicious cycle, however this issue can be resolved by preparing and implementing a long term workable plan to overcome this challenging situation. The following measures can help to address this issue:

- Cut down un-necessary expenses and prioritize to pay back loans.
- Negotiate the terms of payment with your creditors.
- Seek professional help to work out a payback plan which cab be implemented keeping in view your financial resources.

1526  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: we don't have proper education on bitcoin. on: April 13, 2023, 05:06:47 PM
Due to bitcoin's low adoption rate and some users' unfamiliarity with the technology that goes along with it, there is a lack of proper education on the subject. Before enrolling in a program, some users were not properly educated on bitcoin, and instead of seeking out more information or conducting research, they began spreading misinformation to the general public.
Although I think bitcoin will advance more in the near future than it has so far, we all agree that it is still in the early stages of acceptance.

It is my belief that Bitcoin's popularity will surge, as inherent weaknesses of fiat based currency system are becoming apparent to the general public, in particular during the recent tomes when many banks collapsed in USA, as a result more people are exploring  is compelling alternatives to safeguard value of their hard earned money. In this perspective, Bitcoin adoption will accelerate significantly in coming months and years.
1527  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy the DIP, and HODL! on: April 13, 2023, 11:28:14 AM

Of course there are people out there who get too greedy for their own good.. .. and sometimes they can still profit from their efforts, yet historically, we have seen a lot of those kinds of guys waiting around too much for lower prices, not acting and even selling too much too soon.. or like you said the other extreme is buying when the price goes up rather than buying when the price goes down or just buying regularly no matter what is the price.

So there are a lot of weird perspectives, and the main thing seems to be that we try to create systems for ourselves that we have decent confidence are solid, and we cannot necessarily expect that others are going to follow our methods or that they will be able to figure out some kind of a meaningful long term BTC accumulation strategy for themselves.. even if it might vary from our own..

Yes, there are many different perspectives and approaches when it comes to investing and accumulating Bitcoin. Every body has his own goals, risk tolerance and strategies, so what works for one person many not work for another one. it is very important to develop your own plan that fits your circumstances, and stick to it, rather than constantly chasing market trends and copying others.

In my opinion, the most effective strategy in view of long term potential of Bitcoin would be to consistently acquire Bitcoin during significant downtrends, and wait for the bull cycle to realize your profits if you choose to do so.
1528  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin can do 30k$ this month? on: April 13, 2023, 09:28:57 AM

DYOR is the best way out and I've always implored people to be their own speculators, which will help them so much to know when they buy, and sell and not to do anything at all. Bitcoin has moved past my expectation in the first quarter of 2023 and might even move beyond my pegged level for the year at $35k. This is because inflation that plagued the coin since 2021 has been subsiding since the last quarter of 2022, therefore Expect a more bullish run over time.

Still, my concern is that many people are still hesitant to buy it as some believe in some sort of cycle that it will still sell more before buying in 2024 as they are desperately waiting for halving.

It is always a good idea to conduct your own research before taking any investment decision, as you know your financial situation and risk tolerance level better than anyone else. As far as Bitcoin current situation is concerned, it has displayed impressive performance since beginning of current week. The lower CPI data announced yesterday was also also positive for the market. FOMC meeting's minutes will be released today which is likely to be in line with market expectoration, which can potentially drive the price even higher.
1529  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you consider yourself as a risk taker if you buy bitcoin? on: April 13, 2023, 07:16:45 AM
It's still a pretty high risk. However, keeping your money in fiat or in stocks is a risk too, it's all just a different kind of risk. And it's different for everyone not only based on salary, but on country, job, etc.

You are correct that Bitcoin carries its own set of risk, including volatility of price and lack of regulation in crypto market but at the same time keeping money in fiat currencies is also subject to risk of inflation which reduces its purchase power. Similarly the value of stock can also fluctuate based on market conditions and performance of the company.

Ultimately, all kind of investments are associated with specific risks, however you should take an informed decision based on your financial situation and risk tolerance.

1531  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you survived during covid19 ? on: April 12, 2023, 04:22:51 PM
I cant really say that I have to survive during covid19, because all I had were minor inconveniences in my daily routine. The major inconvenience that I have faces were queues. Queues and wasting time. I did not mind wearing mask in public places. I did not mind washing hands all the time and using sanitizers. In fact I even likes that. That has limited the number of days with cough and running nose.

Right now I wonder where all that virus has gone? Where are antivaxers? Do I have to make another vaccine shots to be protected, or that several years vaccines turns out to be endless?

COVID-19 pandemic had significant impact on the lives of many individuals due to limited economic activities and concerns about contracting the virus. However, development of vaccine saved lives of millions of people. Thanks to all those who contributed their efforts to develop such effective vaccines. One of the interesting observation I made was, surge online shopping and increasing & trading in crypto markets during this period, which created new opportunities to earn living for many people including myself. The measures taken by governments world wide were very effective and COVID-19 is under control now. we all hope that it never resurfaces and we are grateful to all those who contributed to develops strategies to mitigate the impact of virus.
1532  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: we don't have proper education on bitcoin. on: April 12, 2023, 12:53:15 PM
I think that it depends on every country's economic status, since average to poor countries are having a hard time to access great technologies, while rich countries can easily access great technology and mostly when it comes to development, they are always the first to have them. It is not that everyone is not knowledgeable or learning in purpose, but it depends on how they manage their resources around. If they have a choice of course they will choose to learn more to earn more. That aside, they can also have access to great facilities not only in technology but also in health care services and opportunities.

Your point is valid that developing nations find it hard to adapt technology as most of them  are in economic crisis since 2022 when crude oil prices skyrocketed and made it difficult for government to maintain basic services the people. But still, it remains crucial for them to prioritize allocating their financial resources towards education and acquiring new technologies because that is the only way to adapt to fast developments of technologies and innovations and to create job opportunities for the people, leading to financial stability in the long run.

1533  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: are you a long time hodler? on: April 12, 2023, 09:45:44 AM
My only strategie is to DCA and hodl! And only Bitcoin. No more no less!
There is no point, in my point of view to be stressing with trading neither with Bitcoin nor any other shitcoin.
Around 5 years ago when I started, yes, I tried trading shitcoins, but I have no time to pay too much attention to charts, so I quickly acknowledge that that was not for me at all!
I usually put a side a couple of shiat coins per month and buy Bitcoin and let it rest!

I am also long term HODLER of Bitcoin and like you accumulate Bitcoin on every major dip. Dollar cost average (DCA) is widely recognized as most effective strategy to accumulate Bitcoin at a reasonable price, and to maximize your profit by selling them in bull market when your target prices are reached. However, this strategy requires long term approach and emotional control to resist the temptation of selling for small profit.
1534  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: we don't have proper education on bitcoin. on: April 12, 2023, 03:06:03 AM
Please correct me if I am wrong
Even in today's modern world, except for a few people in Europe-America, the general public of the entire world does not have a proper understanding of Bitcoin. Sad Sad Except European-American, anyone who have a little idea about Bitcoin also have misconceptions. Due to this problem, many people are unable to invest in a great platform like Bitcoin even if they want to. This problem may not seem like a big deal to many, but think about third world countries. A sad reality is, in my country 80-90% of the population are not familiar with Bitcoin.
Is there any way to solve this problem?

It is correct that Bitcoin is a very complex method of payment which is not easy to understand, if you don't have background of IT technology and Finance, there are many people around the world, in particular in developing countries where people hardly know anything about it and those who have little idea about it, they also have misconception about it. In simple words, it can be seen as marriage of IT technology and finance. It has created new way of approaching financial transactions as well as, it has potential to completely transform the current system of payment.

I think social media is the best platform to create awareness about Bitcoin.

Banxa ke CEO aur chief legal officer Richard Mico ne kaha ke bond market mein Federal Reserve ki policy ka asar nazar aa raha hai aur BTC is policy kay mutabiq grow kar rahi hai. Baki Bitcoin Agian up he jaye ga Yhi sry analysis hu rha han

Brother, It is premature to say that Bitcoin price will continue increasing from now to onwards. Although there are many good news those are pushing its price upwards. Laikin abi bht sary resistance level hain jin ka aany waly dino mein Bitcoin ko samna kerna pry ga. 31,500 next resistance ha usky baad major resistance 33k pass ha. Current week ki candle agr green close hoti ha toh yeh bht acha signal ho ga or  Es week mein bht important events scheduled han jis mein CPI ka data  announcement or Ethereum ka shanghai update ha jo market ko bht volatile ker sakty han. Trade with caution.

1536  Economy / Economics / Re: If the dollar/fiat was worthless! on: April 11, 2023, 07:22:27 PM
I think if the dollar becomes 0 then bitcoin will also be affected because the dollar currency is a global currency exchange, not only bitcoin is experiencing disruption but all will be affected by the decline.

It is premature to think that value of dollar will become zero. The role of US dollar for the world economy is very crucial and it can not be underestimated, as more than 80% of goods and services are still traded in US dollar, which highlights its dominance, as it continues to serve as leading currency for majority of the global trade.

Although Bitcoin is gaining acceptance and popularity as alternative currency, but its volatility is the main obstacle to adopt it world-wide as means of payment.
1537  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin can do 30k$ this month? on: April 11, 2023, 01:41:07 PM
Bitcoin was in a downtrend for long, which means that the current price levels are not representing a fair price anymore. We will see if downtrend is reversed and we can return to normal levels 30-40k

It is correct that Bitcoin experienced persistent downtrend during the year 2022 but market began getting better in the 1st quarter of 2023 when FED revisited its monetary policy, and consequently  interest rates were increased at a lower rate due to decrease in CPI, and this development generated  positive sentiment in stocks and Bitcoin markets.

As of now, Bitcoin has started showing its real color and yesterday its price soared more than $1000 and currently it is trading around $30,170 which exhibits positive sentiment of market.
1538  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and dollar on: April 11, 2023, 08:16:03 AM
Most crypto currencies are valued using dollar including Bitcoin .Does this mean that fluctuations in the price of dollar will affect the price of Bitcoin directly or indirectly.since most other currencies(not  crypto)  still are priced using dollar expecially during exchange.
Or does the pricing of dollar value have no effect on Bitcoin

Yes! It often does affect, in particular dollar & stock market index S&P500 can have significant influence on Bitcoin price.. However, I am pretty sure once Bitcoin is adopted world-wide as method of payment, then hopefully it will move on its own strength.

There are other factors those can also have significant impact on Bitcoin price including rate of inflation, hash and difficulty rate of Bitcoin mining.
1539  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we now on Crypto bull run? on: April 11, 2023, 05:47:33 AM
Indeed, bitcoin is not yet fully in a bullrun. But at least with the recent more positive crypto market performance at least the bitcoin price will pass above $30k. If the crypto market continues to work positively until the middle of this year, it is very likely that a bitcoin bullrun will occur at the end of the year.

It is correct to say that market is not in full run yet. However, Yesterday evening, Bitcoin made very impressive upward movement that many of us had been anticipating since many weeks when Bitcoin was trading in  a narrow range for sometime, indicating an imminent breakout. This morning Asian markets opened with a green candle and currently Bitcoin is trading above $30,000. This suggests positive market sentiment and hopefully Bitcoin will also surpass it next major resistance which is around $33,000. DYOR

Aasslam o alikum, kasy han ap sb dost umeed han rozy kasy ja rahy han ajj Bitcoin (BTC) ne 70% izafa karkay $29,000 ke 9 mah ke highest level par pohancha gya hai. Leveraged futures markets ki overall use kam hai jis se wild price swings ka kam khatra hai. Liquidations forced closure hoti hai jab trading entity margin ki shortage ko pura na karpaye. High degree of leverage market ko vulnerable banata hai short squeeze aur liquidation cascade ke liye. Yeh issue bull run aur early bear market days mein common tha. Analysts ke mutabiq, low open interest relative to market cap ki wajah se risk kam hai. FTX ke collapse ke baad perpetual futures open interest to market ratio kam ho raha hai. Market abhi bhi risk-off mode mein hai. Sideways price action ke dauran non-expiring perpetual futures typically demand mein hotay hain.

Walaikum salam brother, Bitcoin ne kal bht impressive move ki ha and has shown its real color. I was expecting major move in its price since weeks and finally it occurred.
Alts Market bi acha perform kere gi or mera favorite coin MATIC outperform ker sakta ha. Insha Allah. MATIC ka short term target is around $1.25 . DYOR.
