1541  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Giving refund to all who are scammed by me on: July 28, 2015, 11:19:46 PM
Hmm, I am not sure what you have done or what you have stolen, and it is commendable that you are trying to repent, but the only reason your repenting is that you were tracked down.

IMO, you should be given whatever sentence correlates to your offenses and no one should feel bad for you in the slightest.  If you really did scam people, you should have a punishment.  I hope whoever doxxed you takes it to the proper authorities/channels and you get what you deserve.  We should have no complacence for scammers and you should be held no different.

Good luck with your legal battles.

i agree, btcblogger has likely scammed more people than he will ever admit to, and i think this is just letting him off easy. he should take the initiative and contact the people and groups he has scammed on his own and repay them, not wait for them to contact him, at the very least. however, it is up to the person who has his personal info to decide how hard to push btcblogger to repay everyone.

1543  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammed by sénior user The Bad Guy on: July 28, 2015, 04:31:51 PM
Update on this:

User The Bad Guy contacted me through Skype and he agreed to give me back the money through Neteller, he already sent an email to them asking for the return. He seems like a good guy but just wanted to get fast money.

I told him that everything is good and I will not loose my time for $75 but he still agreed to give back the money to me through NETELLER.

Thank you.
Is Netteller reversible?

reversible in the case of an unauthorized transaction, if the purchase involved illegal goods, or the transaction in some way violated the ToS.
1544  Other / Meta / A "caution, use escrow" topic should be sticked in the currency exchange section on: July 28, 2015, 06:48:53 AM
This section entirely has to do with the trading/selling of bitcoins for other forms of payment, and its quite surprising that a thread encouraging the use of escrow isnt sticked in that section already. sure there's a thread to warn against reversible payments, but what about ensuring that bitcoins are successfully transferred to the buyer?

i feel that this needs to be stickied considering the recent scams; people still decide not to use escrow even when dealing with money, even if its not a newbie, escrow should be used in most cases.
1546  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Is there interes to crowdfund an open source potential activity counter? on: July 27, 2015, 04:40:45 PM
i would be up for contributing a bit to the project were it to come to fruition; i can see some potential revenue from this as well: if the bot is run on a website, there is potential for revenue from ad money, although for this to be feasible the ad money would have to surpass the posting costs. however, i dont know if such a site would generate that much traffic, as I don't know how active the account trading/selling market is for farmed accounts with potential activity.
1547  Economy / Services / Re: [BIT-X.com] Earn Bitcoins by Posting | Signature Campaign on: July 27, 2015, 11:44:09 AM
If politic & sociality got exclude, is this user also got rejected as well? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=75724
I wonder why he not make any revolt...

I cannot explain that one.  Might ask Bitcoin Boy what it shows on bot side as that is a large amount of politics.

he likely got an exemption for having extremely high quality posts.

1549  Economy / Services / Re: [BIT-X.com] Earn Bitcoins by Posting | Signature Campaign on: July 27, 2015, 08:41:16 AM
Just checked that I have 22 posts in total and I have 18 rejected, that's pretty ridiculous, will be removing this off my signature as either they have some unrealistic expectations or the automated software is bugged.

Haven't had problems before with other signature campaigns so I can see why some people are getting annoyed with the OP.

off topic and politics & society are excluded.

1556  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.2BTC for 6 weeks on bitbond on: July 26, 2015, 12:12:49 PM
Hi,

I am looking to raise a small amount to test a new automatic AlgoTrading system. I am raising the funds on bitbond.net I have previously raised over 6BTC on this platform and all my loans has been paid full.

https://www.bitbond.com/buyer/listings/2D549Q4EPH

Go away!

Is there a reason for your rude approach?

It is actually a nicest approach. Check other threads like yours to know what is "rude" approach.

I am sorry, I am very confused by your reply. why should I go away? is there something wrong with publishing a legitimate loan on a lending forum? did I miss something on the forum rules?

this is a bitcoin forum, and people arent exactly too keen on handing out money without a guarantee that their loan capital can be covered in the form of collateral. and yes, you did miss the forum rules, namely the one of no collateral, no loan.
1557  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Starting from the bottom now we... need help on: July 26, 2015, 11:58:10 AM
im not a miner, but i would say that 500 probably isnt enough of a budget to start mining. as for profits, it should take you a few months to roi, and even after that profits will be marginal, and the asic technology might have advanced beyond whatever miner you ended up buying. also, whats the basis for this claim? sounds like complete bs to me.

(i found one man talk to me that if you put your ASIC miner 6 feet or more above the ground, make slightly more profitable).
1558  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.05 Loan - #1 loan on: July 26, 2015, 11:52:28 AM
Maybe should i try a loan of 10 BTC  Huh Heh,im newbie yes but the negative references arent true Smiley

all of those negative feedback never said that you are a scammer. so they are very true.

QS and subSTRATA only said that you are a newbie which asked for a no collateral loan.
EcuaMobi's feedback also very true because you offered to sell your personal documents which can be used to scam.

negative feedback doesn't always mean that you are a scammer.

exactly, negative feedback means you are not to be trusted, it doesnt mean 100% you are a scammer. a newbie account takes maybe 10 seconds to make, and there is no loss involved except for a few minutes of time should it be tagged with negative trust for scamming or attempting to scam. should someone actually send a newbie account money with no collateral, it might as well be considered a donation at that point. as for your stunt with selling personal documents, do you have any idea how much people could scam for using those? and do you have any idea how that can be tied to you? you are practically selling your life for a few thousand dollars. you could sell an organ for a few thousand dollars for all i care, but the fact remains that those documents could be used to scam people and ensure that nothing gets tied back to the scammer. example: the scammer could make a btcjam account and verify it with your information and use that account to scam numerous people by taking out a rather large loan and defaulting on it.
1559  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How earn 1BTC a year? on: July 26, 2015, 10:56:55 AM
i think you can earn 1 BTC in a year even with faucet but i can be wrong

You're not wrong. It's possible with faucets but a person is totally an insane if he/she will going to make BTC1 with faucets only lol.

i agree, i was just saying that the amount is too low that can be earned from doing faucets

it's really possible it mean 0.08 a month which is 266k satoshi per day, if you cna find 266 faucet that pay 1k satoshi you can do it in one hour for 8 hours you need only 33-34 faucets

then you would need to spend most of your time claiming those faucets, for 24 hours a day no less. there isnt that much of a defense for faucets imo, theyre just not worth it.

i'm not doing it only because signature earn me much much more but someone that has no other alternative and need money desperately should go for faucets, which i find at least better than gambling...

true, but i also find that a lot of the people on this forum that use faucets tend to also gamble them away more often than not. for some reason i doubt that most people who use faucets on a regular basis have no real desperate need for the money.
1560  Economy / Gambling / Re: What are the dice sites with the lowest house edge? on: July 26, 2015, 10:04:28 AM
Still, I didn't came to know , what is mean by house edges of these casinos, dice sites etc.

A truly fair game with 0% house edge would be a game which offers you 50% chance for winning 2x your wager amount.

But this is not feasible as this will mean 0 profit for the casino. Hence most casino adopt a 1% house edge.

What this mean is that for the same game above but with a house edge of 1.0%, the player has only 49.50% chance of winning. Look further up this thread for my explanation on how to count the house edge.

With that being said, at quantum dice we offer a variable house edge which varies from as low as 0.01% to a maximum of 1.0%. I do believe we offer one of the lowest edge at the moment.

Come play at http://qdice.net

Means if the house edge is 0% , the winning chances are 50 % ?

What does it mean. Please explain me more.

the edge is the % chance the player will lose automaticallym regardless of the outcome. example: on the old moneybot, what is not bustabit, the house edge was 1%. there was a 1% chance that the game would immediately end. in a dice site, a 1% edge translates into a 49.5% chance to win 2x. in between 49.5 and 50.5, a player cannot win; they lose automatically due to the edge.
