I think you mean to say Foxpup excluded you from his Trust list because you added actmyname to your Trust list. Nobody gave anyone negative feedback for any of this. If this is correct, I understood what you meant (but it wasn't easy).

So why is it still here?

I've seen Lauda tag ~600 users on one day, and I have no desire to thoroughly check that many ratings to leave my own rating. I think Lauda was the main reason theymos had to add pagination to feedback pages, to prevent them from timing out.
I think the entire Trust system would be much better if many different users leave valid tags when they find a scammer. Users shouldn't wait until they reach DT (and ideally it should work the other way around: people with valid ratings should be included).
I've expected Lauda's removal from DT to be inevitable for a long time now. You can't make that many enemies and tag that many people without collecting more and more exclusions, and the semi-decentralized DT1 system gives more and more users the power to vote.

This project is still offline, and my time restraints are only getting worse so don't expect it any time soon. Sorry

Unfortunately, I can't do magic with PHP to create the images on the fly, that's why a separate request is needed.

I wrote "later printer" but I meant "laser printer". I haven't tested inkjet printers for paper wallets, and although it will probably be okay for a very long time, I expect a laser print to last longer.

It can be as cheap as a letter punch and a piece of metal, although the steel wallet looks much nicer.

From what I've seen, especially at the peak of the ICO/bounty-spam, many people (in poor countries) really needed that income. I think (but never actually checked for it) most users in the CM-campaign live in countries where the money is nice, but far from enough to make a living. If you'd live in for instance Vietnam you can probably live comfortably with just a Bitcoin paying signature campaign. But if you start relying on it, you're risking your everything when the campaign ends.

It's not the first time you shill (archived) for this website that's not a wallet but owns all private keys and  can do whatever they want with your funds.

This is important to know @killthebanks. You offered a small payment for Testnet Bitcoin, but you're not supposed to pay for them, as they're not supposed to have any value:
Paying for Testnet Bitcoins will ultimately lead to another reset.

That means many people are spending quite some money on mining testnet. I didn't expect that.
