1561  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Moneyless Society on: September 03, 2017, 04:15:05 PM
Money is just something we have value to so we don't have to trade for everything. I trade you money for your chair you sell me then you take that money and buy a steak. The money can be anything it does not matter. It is used because it is easier to carry around. Without money you will need different things to trade and you hope the person who is buying from you wants it is you won't get the trade and that is where money comes in because everyone can use it to buy anything. So Bitcoin is just the upgrade of what we call money today. It's virtuall money.
1562  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Pumping on Yobit 1700 GMT for rewards! on: September 03, 2017, 04:05:34 PM
Only one who will get profit from this pump is you.
Quote
A reward between 0.001 -0.05 btc will be given out to one participant after the pump!
You have to be kidding me, how many people will lose money in this pump after you dump your coins?

It is similar to a ponzi isn't it ? The ones who get in first are most likely to make the most while those who came in later are left with bags of shitcoin ? How can you say only we will profit when someone has to lose ? You will make most and will be the one to be sumoonf whole people pump and you won't tell them into your have sinoes everything you have on to them then the rest the dump right after you profit and everyone else loses.

1564  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Changelly > Shapeshift Exchange review on: September 03, 2017, 02:34:07 PM
Changelly is a fewar awevixe I have used it a few times myself. I like that it's strait forward and no need to register for anything just the wallet you want to send funds to and what you will be giving them on returning. Short and sweet and powerful and like you say the fees are very fair. I actually chose to use them when selling or buying certain coins as with you Eth is one of them. So yes I would also recommend it to anyone sick of rubbish fees and waiting times.
1565  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why compare BTC to USD? on: September 03, 2017, 10:53:05 AM
It's basically because USD is like the "world currency" everything is compared to. Businesses and companies working international almost always use USD. You know what Americans are like. They have to have everything and always be in control. The rest of the world just let's them think they in control. I mean they use the imperial system to measure things. That says alot already. I think after USD maybe eu and pound is next.
1566  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Network Fees on: September 02, 2017, 08:06:22 PM
I have no idea what you guys are talking about. Today I bought something online and it was $160 and $1 for the transfer fee and the transfer took 12-15 minutes for the first confirmation to go through. The day before I spent. $240 and spend a little over $2 and it was almost instant I was shocked. It might have been congested and take long before but not anymore. Smiley
1567  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I do not have the guts to buy bitcoins now. on: September 02, 2017, 08:02:54 PM
Just do it ! Don't think about it. You may come short at first and "lose" money. 💰 but later on it will certainly pick up. Just look around you, on this forum are so many people that believe. Anything worth doing in life has high risk. Just have some faith and belief. Don't give up. We all get anxious vutonf and selling Bitcoin. You always could have made more then you did because you sold or bought at the wrong time. It's impossible to get full profits there will always be space but as long as you making more then you losing it's all good.
1568  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: From bitcoin is a scam to bitcoin is the future on: September 02, 2017, 07:54:16 PM
Some people just have nothing better to do then moan and grown and speak utter rubbish about things they have no idea about. These people usually are not doing much with their kids and want to inflate their own importance and act like they know everything. Naysayer's. Never listen to them for of you so you will fail at everything in life . It's really obviously Bitcoin is great and whoever can't see so.... Well.... They get get left behind.
1569  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have an interesting question. on: September 02, 2017, 02:43:26 PM
Diversify. Keep backups in all kinds of different forms. Never not make any. You can never have enough backups. CD, DVD,USB,HDD, External HDD and on paper in the safe. Also... And this isn't really something we want to talk about but give your family member a copy to keep at their house should you happen die the btc won't be wasted. Also if your house burns down you have an extra copy.
1570  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to Become A Bitcoin Expert on: September 02, 2017, 01:44:00 PM
You will become a Bitcoin expert the more you stay here on the forum. The forum is a vast library of knowledge. Just look through the different topics and find some interesting threads and make a few posts. Ask questions and things. You will always find someone willing to help you.

You don't have to reproduce blockchain and bitcoin technology because it is already here and there are many sha256 coins out. To make an altcoin is Lora of work you have to know ow what you doing it won't happen over night.
1571  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New Here! Hello from Los Angeles on: September 01, 2017, 10:21:59 PM
Hello and welcome. Always so lots of research and don't listen to just anyone. Spread your investments. You could also if you want invest some of what you have earned here at Yolodice. The return is pretty good. It's +-3-4% per month more or less on average.

Be very careful where you leave your coins as well. Make sure you have the private keys for your wallets. Stay away from HYIP and Ponzi. Usually they the ones that sound too good to be true.
1572  Other / Meta / Re: Sad. Images in posts disabled for newbies on: September 01, 2017, 10:17:35 PM
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1172918.0

Just want post a image. How to upgrade my account?

The reason that rule is in place is basically to stop scammers/thieves from uploading imagines with brand new accounts if their old one was banned. Then a scammer can slap imagines all over the place over and over again . Also to prevent very new users uploading crap I guess. Then there is the spam.

You can do what many altcoin devs do and ask someone else to post said imagine on your behalf. Is this your ICO ?
1573  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin casinos on: September 01, 2017, 10:10:05 PM
What has the price of bitcoin for to do with cheating ? I don't understand this thinking behind this statement at all. If tu had won that amount would you be saying the same things ? If you are serious about an accusation you will make it a fact rather than accusation by backing it up with support and facts. Not assumptions. Never assume things in life because eventually it will make you look like a fool.

If you were serious about this you produce proof. Otherwise anyone can say what they like and say it's true.
1574  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: September 01, 2017, 10:06:01 PM
I play gambling for pleasure, but I always hope to get some more profit. Still, they give hope for enrichment in an easy way, but everything depends only on luck.

Gambling for pleasure sometimes isn't enough. Aiming just to have fun in gambling isn't making me feel well, I'm not greedy though. But that's why I'm gambling and why I'm staying at casino's just to make sure that I'm having fun and at the same time taking out some profit for myself, so I'd go for both things, gambling for fun and for the profit.
I agree with you. Earning profit with gambling is actually the definition of fun in this world. However, I am not a gambler and I am proud of it but some of my friends gamble on daily basis. When I ask them such questions, most of them support profit not fun. But I have noticed, they enjoy it also that's why they try it every day.
actually we are all have different taste on treat gambling. few people whoo could really enjoy the game without care about win or lost the money . but mostly want to make money easily through gambling which could be the most mistake happened everytime. i personally yeah feel so joyful get the money from gambling and having fun because of it.

I think making money and profits should be the last thing on your mind. Just play and have fun. Forget about winning. Just enjoy the randomness and one day you will win big. It must happen at some point. The rewards won are sweet and you feel good and get a rush playing. That's what you should play for, the rush. The change to win is a random accurace so don't count on it.
1575  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the most Promisng Gambling ICO that you know? on: September 01, 2017, 07:49:26 PM
So many have come and gone and not many stick around. Bitdice or idice or whatever it's name is seems good. Though who knows if it will stick around. I like the idea of a casino having it's own currency, that way by holding tokens/coins you are essentially investing in that casino. Like holding stocks but you can gamble with or withdraw those stocks. You also won't have to keep them on the site but in your own wallet which is safer then trusting a casino with an investment you send to their address which would be linked to your account.
1576  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many Bitcoins needed for martingale on: September 01, 2017, 07:44:30 PM
How long is a piece of string ? It depends how long you want to play for really. The more you have the longer it takes to eventually bust. So you must hope for good luck you make good profits before then and then decide if it's enough or not and if you want to carry on.

So there really is no real answer. I think the best answer to the question would be that it depends on what you willing to lose.
1577  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and mystic on: September 01, 2017, 07:36:52 PM
What is mystic ? Like mystical and magical in the literal sense ? Superstitious beliefs ? I don't think k anyone besides uneducated people really believe in those. I think it's just boxes to believe in something and give us hope. Something to hold onto in hopes of success. We know it has no effect but we still believe. Perhaps it's a bit desperation ? A lucky coin or lucky socks don't really make you more likely to succeed but we believe it because it comforts us.
1578  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: On Which device do you Gamble? on: September 01, 2017, 07:32:02 PM
I prefer using mobile when gambling for the reason that i can control my emotion with mobile. If i lose several bets i can control not to go all in but when i play with desktop and i experience long lose streak the next bet would i do is max bet because my emotion turns bad. In mobile i will bet slowly and think if i go over or under before i click bet.

One problem I find is sometimes you accidentally tap the wrong thing and that can be really bad or really good if the bet turns out well ^^  On pc this is much harder to do.

On mobile you can put your mobile down and walk away. Or put it back in your pocket and forget about it. Being able to use your mobile on the fly is great advantage of using a mobile device.

1579  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 'Game of Skill': US Markets Tech Provider Launches Bitcoin Betting Game on: September 01, 2017, 07:23:37 PM
This is a grouped version of that secondtrade site really isn't it ? There you pick up or down and the amount of time to get there on the timeline. Everything is fair because of this and they make profit off fees. What you talking about sounds more or less the same but a group buy instead of singlar but still competing against one another as to "who is most correct" It also sounds a little expensive and short lived. You can bet many times playing at sites like secondtrade so how will this idea compete with them ? Remember they already established.
1580  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: crypto games abuse in chat..need help finding another good site on: August 30, 2017, 07:57:40 PM
Why don't you come play at Yolodice ? We have very friendly players and mods. There is a nice community and you can build up xP to help you level just by chatting and following others or being followed. I'd people like what you have to say they might follow you. You also are rewarded for investing as well. It has a very nice community feel and rewards active players and chatters.
