581  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Faucet Script With autofaucet & offerwalls &mining & tasks & pages on: October 02, 2019, 07:12:50 AM
I like this script and want to buy it but why did you say it was $10 when it is $20? or is $10 without support?
You should add a link to the sales page https://rocketr.net/buy/550cd05b5c5b
582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NEO][TRX] BLOCKLORDS - blockchain grand strategy! on: October 02, 2019, 06:28:18 AM
I wanted to play this game and it looks cool but why is it so expensive to play? That is not the point of blockchain games. This is why I hate when game actions are linked to transactions. $0.70 to attack bandits and $2.25 to attack a farm? Can you earn trx playing this game to help pay for some of the spent trx?
583  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 【BOT】 🌟 C.A.T. Cryptocurrency Automatic Trader 5.2 🌟 on: October 02, 2019, 06:01:12 AM
I have some questions.

Is a trading bot used to trade while you are not there or asleep and not miss trades? I have lost out on good trades that were obvious choices but I cannot be there 24/7 monitoring the market. Is that basically what the bot does? It is not a magical interest generating machine? Or can you actually say you can make in the region of x%-x% ?? I would love to see someones balance over the coarse of a few months.
How much resources does bot use?

Is it possible to lose? Is it almost 100% guarantee that you will gain?

I am struggling to understand why someone would sell such a bot? Why not keep it for themselves?

I also wonder how long it will take to break even and get the 0.03 btc that the bot costs? I wonder the gain on 1btc in a year?

Thank you.
584  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] 🔥 Project Pixel 🔥 - 🔥Blockchain Gaming Platform🔥 - PoW GPU Mineable ✅ on: October 02, 2019, 12:37:08 AM
I got stuck at wave 5...

It says -2 aliens left.

Can I also just suggest that you give coins out for everyone so at least everyone gets 1 coin. Only 1st-3rd get coins at the moment. How often will the high score restart? Weekly?

I love how their games are kind of old school looking. It brings me back to childhood feels and makes me want to try. The screenshot above looks like Galacticus, if I remember it correctly. Do I need to buy PIXL in order for me to play?

Why didn't you just click the link and try the game? It is more like space invaders though.
585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Worldopo - Economic Dapp game, Crypto using AR and Geo on: October 02, 2019, 12:09:56 AM
I invested $240 and bought 2000gems and bought the miners are started mining. I now have over 50k gems and the entire time the pushed the price per gem up each and every sales stage. The price was $0.25 I think.
So obviously the inflation is insane I more certainly do not have 50k x $0.25 bitcoin value of these tokens. I have that much worth if you buy through the ply store.

I stopped playing the game months ago because the game now lags so much since I have so many farms. I make more gems then I can spend. It lags so much it takes 30 minutes of pure frustration just to collect everything. It is unplayable and eventually, the miners stop loading since they stretch out so far the game doesn't seem to be able to handle itself once you build a certain number of mines. I have a few hundred mines,
Very cool idea and very cool idea. There was talk about an update but this has not happened for months it looks abandoned but telegram is still active but I have not been to the telegram group for months. I put this game in the back of my mind. Maybe will all just lost our money? I would like to know what is going on so anyone who can shed light on this please do so.
586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: OkEx Korea removes all privacy coins on: October 02, 2019, 12:02:28 AM
They want to pass laws but they are criminals themselves? The asked my KYC for so-called "suspicious activity" they just locked my account and demanded my KYC like a bunch of thugs.
KYC does not protect anyone I lost money because it was badly implemented. People who should not be asking for it are and it is ridiculous. The USA must keep their crappy laws to themselves. Not all of us live in the USA and have an insane government. I would be afraid to live in the USA, to be honest. I would be afraid the police break into my house and force themselves in and arrest me for using crypto or basically doing what they don't like.

When the criminals start using KYC then it has failed. It reminds me of drug laws.
587  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptomania: The Bitcoin Bop [Animation] on: October 01, 2019, 11:14:45 PM
Lol, that was crazy. I liked it so much and that must have taken so much effort you should be proud of it. I like how the little bitcoin man walks and the scene progresses through the ages. I love how the bank was blown up at the beginning. The animation is pretty cool and when satoshi appears it gets a bit weird what with the wizzard attacking and everything. Then very colourful and like you on a colour trip.

All the HODL signs on the way while he rides the train. It is very cute. Riding that bitcoin train for sure. Pretty much everything in the video is symbolic of something and very relevalent. It tells a story and it is progresses literally since the screen constantly moves.
588  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: DID I MAKE A MISTAKE INVESTING IN BITCOIN? on: October 01, 2019, 11:06:43 PM
Just because you invest in something and lost a little bit of value does not mean you should not have invested. When the price goes down people moan and complain and even call scam but it could have gone the other way. You can't just be there when things are going well. No investment in the world is going to just continue to go well all the time. Some investments will grow year after year but will still have the down periods. You need to be patient and ask yourself whether bitcoin is really for you. You need to believe in it as a currency and actually make use of it too.
589  Other / Off-topic / Re: HOW TO protect yourself from DNS hijacking? on: October 01, 2019, 02:26:05 AM
I have been compiling a guide (for everyone and my team) on how to protect yourself from online scammers here:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3415026.msg35714276#msg35714276

And I am yet to find an definitive answer to how to protect yourself from DNS Hijacking.

From my understanding, this type of hijack can happen either on your own machine (simple, if your machine is compromised), or from the website level (more sophisticated attack).

Any ideas / tools / methods you use to detect / prevent such attacks?

I have already read your tagged post on this forum before and I agree with you pertaining the Trojans that attacked one's pc, infiltrate and hacked important datas stored in the PC. There was a very famous trojan mining software that enters your computer and mines cryptocurrency without you knowing, aside from that they are accessing your important information on your pc. The best way to protect yourself from that Trojan is to install Bit Defender on your computer. It is effective against Trojan.

I have nod32 and it often completely blocks or asks me if I want to ignore and continue when I visit websites. Sometimes I ignore and continue since it is a false positive, but I am always very careful. I also use malware search and destroy.

http://whoismydns.com/ will tell you what DNS you currently connected to.

Here is my way to protect my laptop from any hacking activities, ofcourse my way not give any warranty your system will not injected atleast this is your first mitigation

1. Make sure we installed anti virus
2. Make sure firewall is on
3. Use private tab to visit fishy website
4. do not ever install any app, plugin to your systems
5. do not trust public wifi better to connect to your mobile hotspot, hacker can sniff, interupt or steal your data. Trust me, i always doing this when i was young
6. due due diligence while visiting / register on a website

You must use a VPN when you are connecting to public wifi and never log in to important sites while you are there just in case. You must also take care of where you plug your devices in as well. I was reading another member here talking about having a malicious program built into a phone charger. That is pretty scary. What if a hacker somehow managed to install programs into the usb chargers before they are sold so they can highjack the DNS and direct the traffic where ever they want to. Most commonly a DNS high jack will redirect you to sites with a lot of advertising on it or offers for downloads which are really just even more horrible viruses such as a rat. If they control your DNS they can direct the owners pc to a site and trick the owner into installing a rat. Then the hacker has remote control too. Scary....
590  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banks are offering Negative interest rates! will this help BTC on: October 01, 2019, 02:05:32 AM
I am not fully understanding this. Slight inflation is good for economy in some way and negative interest would be disaster.
However, they must have thought it through a lot. Don't know how it will end.
Let days say their words.

They basically want to charge us to "protect" our money. Se we pay the bank back 1% a year. It's an absolute joke. It is cheeky as hell. The bank will ask you even at prime maybe 10% and that is a very good rating. That is not enough and they want to make more so they decide not just to not give interest but to charge it too. Mostly the bank gives 5%-8% interest for you and loans it for 10%-22% so they already make
10%-5%= 5% and 22%-8%=14% so they make between 5%-15% on peoples holdings when they loaning it. Now they talking about going down form 5%-8% to -1% that is a crazy amount.

If this happens people will have little reason to use banks and it would be better to just invest your money. It will lead to more people investing in things. Better to hold stocks that will slowly increase or even stay the same over time than risk a guaranteed -1% with the bank.
591  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a search term, ranked by countries. Nigeria, South Africa, Austria on: October 01, 2019, 01:36:01 AM
Well this is an interesting interpretation. underdeveloped Countries like Nigeria, South africa and Ghana are getting a lot of outsourcing work these days which implies they are searching for some interesting opportunities to earn BTC. Naturally in such third world countries earning even a few mBtc is enough for a week's meal so they are really into it. Also high population rates in countries like Nigeria is a reason for this interesting statistics. Surprising is to see India on number 53, it is a country with highest number of internet users and it has a hell lot of outsourced work. It must have been atleast in top 10. I think may be the restriction by the Govt. has made the searches go low.

You are clearly underestimating South Africa here, mate. Let me correct you. South Africa is not underdeveloped. Neither is it a third world country. I guess you are with the assumption that when a country is in Africa it is a poor underdeveloped country. That is wrong. It is a bit offensive to say that in that country a few mBTC is enough for a week's meal. Although there are poor people in that country as there are in India and everywhere, your generalization seems to be hasty.

The data shows how Bitcoin is gaining traction in the African continent. That is a great sign that adoption in that region is growing.

I can help you guys out. I live in South Africa. Technically it is a third world country but think of it more as  mix. It is like a third world country with some first-world infrastructure. Almost everyone has a phone and thus internet access. We have fibre internet as well. Half the people here are jobless and the minimum wage is $1.35-$1.50/ hour. The largest sector is the labour sector and is also the worst paid. Salaries between $250-$400 are common. Working at a pharmacy will ean more then at a supermarket, for example, it pays 2x more. This I call semi-skilled work. Semi-skilled salaries are between $350-$600/month Skilled work pays anywhere from $600-$2500.

Most of my friends and people my age I know make between $500-$1200 there are one two that make over $2000/ month.

The living costs are.

Rent= +-$200-$800 or so on average.
Things cost bascially 2x less then people from the USA and UK pay.
You buy mcdonalds in the USA for $10 the same meal is here for $5
The cost of technology and things we import like cars and things are about 30% more then what you pay in the USA.
ADSL= $15-$30 for 10mb line and fibre is $30-$80 for 10mb-200mb line
Bread= $1.25
1 gallon milk= $3.25
1 gallon fuel is almost $4

But we love crypto here and there are many places that accept it. Online only though for now. There is ne massive market that is our version of amazon called bidorbuy.co.za and everything there you can buy with bitcoin and have it sent to your address. We also had payfast.co.za which is like bitpay but they no longer support bitcoin since the fees are not constant and the price changes too much they said they will still support crypto but only in the future so who knows what will happen there. That large market bidorbuy.co.za has most of what I need otherwise I buy elsewhere online with fiat. Delevery takes 2 days on average.
592  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many of you are Satoshi Millionaire? on: October 01, 2019, 01:04:18 AM
that's like $80, come on

that really sucks as a goal, that sounds more like giving up on life

$80 barely buys a nice dinner around here... i know it may go further in other parts of the world but still... how much would it be? a month's worth of food?

There are plenty of people in the world who don't have a spare dollar in a month, let alone 80 of them. Even places you'd think were pretty together like Ukraine the national monthly wage is only about $300.

If it builds some ambition and inclusiveness then why not?

Pretty much most people need money or could do well with a boost. $80 is not an amazing amount but it is a target and having a target that is reasonable to get is a good thing. You can always increase the target amount as you go. I think 10 bit cents is a good amount for most people to at least have set aside as an investment. That will most likely be worth a fair amount and maybe pay for a nice holiday?
593  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: BitShowdown.io - Free to play Battle Royale game - Earn Bitcoin rewards on: September 30, 2019, 10:03:59 PM
You should make an Announcement thread about your game and add pictures and maybe a youtube video or two. You need some backlinks from some other forums too. There quite a few crypto forums out there just try to have a look. You will also find wearing a signature works very well and have a good conversion and you only need to make a few posts in each forum and just maintain them oncea week at least.

If you want more players you need to get your product out there so they can see. Right now your website is down so I didn't even get a chance to try thing and I have no idea what to expect. I am a bit disappointed I was looking forward to playing battle royal for crypto. Why not make a battle royal coin? I think this is a good idea you just need to try harder marketing-wise.
594  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] iScratch.it - Scratch for bitcoin on: September 30, 2019, 09:52:31 PM
Much better than most websites. This is far better than faucet. I just do not like the popups that open new tabs when I am filling out the short link. I don't mind short links but I do mind when they have popups during the transition from page to ads. Still.... I have seen much worse. There is one network a few people use that is nothing more then a click farm spammed full of banners. I do not understand why the advertisers pay for that.

Please, can you explain the prize list to me and the odds to get a win?
595  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Selling gift cards with discount! on: September 30, 2019, 06:50:19 PM
Could you get Netflix cards? What is the cheapest netflix card you can buy? I want either a vouch copy or a cheap giftcard to test out without spending too much. If I can save on netflix that would be great and your prices seem very good I just want to see if it works. I don't get how giftcards cost different amounts depending and where you buy from.
596  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [PAID TO POST FORUM] CryptoForumTalk.org on: September 30, 2019, 06:46:55 PM
i guess topic creator should also earn little from replies to his topic, this will make topic creator post only real and important content.

good luck to your project!
i guess you should advertise it more, try to use ad2bitcoin.com for free or cheap good advertising.

Have you seen the forum? It's terrible and already has marketers posting their seo stuff with a massive text wall of keywords. The admin cannot even manage a brand new forum and the admin has not put the effort in to advertise the forum it makes no sense why make a forum and out time into it only to just give up or don't even try? So you make something and then walk away from it? Wierd.

The admin also can't count nor can they answer questions. It is a waste of time. Why go there when there are forums like cryptotalk.org
597  Economy / Digital goods / Re: New Faucet Script for 10$|| Autofaucet , offerwalls and shortlinks services on: September 30, 2019, 06:32:05 PM
This is a nice faucet it looks like the hansal one but it has the added offerwall and surveys. Do people often use the offerwall and surveys? In my country most surveys do not work so are a waste of time.
Does having these extra things on the faucet increase the revenue by a lot? Also on the website it says "Share The Script And Get 20$ Commission" what does that mean? The script is $10 how can you pay $20??
What exactly do you mean by share?
598  Economy / Services / Re: CryptoTalk.Org Signature Campaign [Yobit Panel] on: September 29, 2019, 09:03:20 PM
I am very pleased the campaign is back and I was pretty upset last time it was taken down due to people who spam endless senseless nonesense. For me being paid just encourages me to be more active. It gives me a good reward for my time since I can take part in a discussion such as this one and then still be paid on top of it. If I was not paid I would not spend 3-5 hours or so on the forum making the extra posts because there will be less to show for it and you need to have some time to work and make money. If you being paid you can afford to and justify yourself to spending more time on the forum. So I am not against an increase of posts.

What I am against is people who are selfish and actually don't deserve to be paid. What will they do with the money? They are not very clever either. If you post well and often you will be paid well and often for a long term.
If the pressure builds up so much in your mouth that you start spraying utter shit all over the place that is where the problem is. You are just posting solely on being paid and probably have little to no interest on anything.
I bet these spammers do not even hold much tokens or bitcoin or even believe in bitcoin. Paying them is pissing away good crypto. I myself invest my pay and thus I support the forum and put money back into the forum instead of just taking out only to dump for some useless fiat. Pisses me the hell off. Not only do spammers piss us off they ruin everything for the rest of us. They will eat till they pop today and starve for then next few weeks. Why rape something away with shit posts when you can make good posts and secure a long term payment. They so stupid they ruin it for themselves and that is really the true meaning of ultimate stupidity.

I was so annoyed and upset last time the campaign was taken down. I posted for nothing and I see my balance is cleared. Thank you, spammers, you took my bitcoin and my time. Total assholes. They feel nothing and care for noone and I am tired of it. A large part of the money I make comes from bounty hunting and basically spammers are cutting in on my profits over here. I see it as a personal attack.

I will just report to yahoo weekly when I see idiots spamming. I am not a nasty person or take any pleasure at all to see someone lose their earning potential but if you try take my earning potential from me by spamming like a clown then I will report you and you. I am going to be quite active due to this campaign and will take note of other participants. I will never report you if you do not spam. Even if you make 20 posts in a day thats fine. Maybe you spend the entire day online posting. That is your life and your choice and if that is what you want to do with your time then thats fine. Write your 20 posts a day and spend the day online just don't start posting just for the sake of meeting the quota. Be talkative and enjoy your time here with the other members. It actually isn't very hard.
599  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sad News: Kidnappers now requesting bitcoin as ransom in Nigeria {Gov might ban} on: September 25, 2019, 12:55:07 AM
Wow if those kidnappers got 120k in 2016 they must have crap load worth now. This is not the first time this happened. When social media first came out did we ban it because someone was kidnapped? Bad things are on the internet in some places so does it mean we must end the internet? It is not the subject matter that is the problem it is what you do with it that is the problem.
600  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen after cryptocurrency on: September 25, 2019, 12:50:34 AM
It will pretty much be what bitcoin and the blockchain is but the more advanced version of it and called something else. We will have better technology. It will still be cryptocurrency it will just work differently.

Money changed its shape through the history. As from non-monetary exchange to the need of having money. Fast forward to our current banknotes which are in my opinion slowly dying with bitcoin taking over. Many discussions are being held if bitcoin can be the primary currency in the world. Let's assume it can be. Everything has an end so what do you think will come after bitcoin? What will money look like hundreds of years from now? I predict its gonna be digital of course but I'm interested if its going to be a cryptocurrency or something else.
Nope nothing will change from cryptocurrency because computer generation is the last this world can have so the crypto coin is the most appropriate to use than fiat

And besides why asked for hundred years after when we aren’t sure that this world will last that another long?this is why crypto community hard to progress because people tend to talk nonsense than the important things

It will have to be digital yes. You don't get anything besides that. Pretty silly question the OP asks. I agree with you. Too many people go on about nonesense instead of what is important and even ask questions that are just.... lol..... Things you would never thing of asking there will be some idiot asking it.  Grin
