I have seen people selling in escrow markets with high amounts of btc and I see them as people who are selling because they fear btc will drop down to the dip. Chances are a bit small because as you can see when Bitcoin is in dip so most of the altcoins are, so let's just hope that Bitcoin will going to rise and come back again as what's the previous of it before last year. Too much downfall is happening this past few weeks and even last month, Ethereum value will rise soon if Bitcoin will start to recover again.

I think, many reasons why bitcoin prices fall, bitcoin prices are fluctuating sometimes up very high but then down again even down, maybe some bad news and a lot of people who need money, so a lot of selling will result in bitcoin prices getting down

Never heard of this war, but all i know is wealthy country or the which we called the first-world country is riding the waves of the popularity of cryptocurrencies. I think thereb are factors why they are doing this like, they want to have their own so that their people will use it and utilize it for someday it will be universally use in their country. Today as i'm writing this post , bitcoin has crossed under 6500$ , it broken the 6500$ support and the prediction is that it can goes to 6000$ again and if it breaks it, next step is 4k!
