161  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Nigeria continuous banning of crypto on: April 12, 2023, 05:30:16 PM
Nigeria’s move is undoubtedly regrettable when cryptocurrencies are widely known around the world. They don’t want their citizens to get benefits in the market, or they want their citizens to put their wealth in the bank so that it can Oversee the assets of all owners.
I totally agree with what you said, it is really disappointing how Nigeria’s government refuses to get benefits from cryptocurrencies, they would like to completely control the citizens specifically the poor ones and impose a high value of taxes to feed the banks and wealthies. And unfortunately, there is a plenty of similar countries who force the same unjust laws toward only few categories of citizens. In this life, the poor sadly get poorer and the rich get richer. That’s how it works in the entire world.
In fact, Bitcoin was created to solve this issue by helping the poor through gaining money in an easy way with less taxes unlike banks. Hopefully, more countries will follow El Salvador and recognize and unban the using of cryptocurrencies as soon as possible.
162  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it wise to spend your Bitcoin on: April 12, 2023, 05:15:49 PM
Well, it depends on what situation you are in, some crypto users are actually struggling in life so they need to spend Bitcoin to purchase some basic needs. In addition to that, it is preferable and wise to divide your income into bitcoin for long term investment and stable coins( like usdt and Busd ) for necessary needs such as goods and items. However, it is always up to you to decide not people.

Plus, what’s the point of collecting money if you never spend it? Life is short and time flies, we must enjoy every moment we live, entertain ourselves and buy the things that make us happy. That’s my point of view. And it is pretty sure that Bitcoin is helping us to achieve goals.
163  Economy / Economics / Re: Essentials to starting A business on: April 11, 2023, 11:45:46 PM
You have stated some interesting points OP. Plus, it is important to make some researches on your business field before start working it.  And remember that you have a plenty of competitors, so what makes your project superior? It is basically the added value and uniqueness.  Furthermore, you have to give a value to digital marketing without it, you will not be seen even when your project is solid. Your main goal is to build attention in order to attract clients, sponsors, partners and investors depending on your needs. A lot of entrepreneurs don’t succeed due to they think being professional and good at their work are what they need a but the sad truth is they don’t know anything about digital marketing. The more you are seen, the more attention you get , the more success you achieve. That’s too simple.
164  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 5 Things I've learned day trading Bitcoin for 3 years (successfully) on: April 11, 2023, 11:16:01 PM
In general, you have mentioned the most essential tips. That’s very helpful especially for newbies, thanks OP. In addition to that, it is really necessary to treat every new market’s condition carefully and without rashness. To begin with,  analyze the market, then set a trading strategy that apply on that condition and finally work on it and  in case it is going on a wrong way, fix it or create a new one. Keep it easy and safe as much as possible, complication isn’t recommended is trading field.

In fact, being updated with media news is important but be aware of fakes ones. They are widespread on many social media apps, same goes to trading influencers, they getting money to advertise shitcoins and unfortunately a lot of traders are following their tips especially the beginner ones who’s looking for easy profit and most of them are extremely greedy.
165  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Crypto Marketet Is Dumping Drastically !! on: April 11, 2023, 10:59:02 PM
I'm just looking at the date of this thread, and it seems that it was open during the bear market in 2018. So yeah we all have our speculations as to why the price is going down or why people are dumping. And it's true, it's bear market again last year and the price really plummeted hard, but it seems that this year, at the beginning, the price is on a sustainable run. We've seen the worst last year for bitcoin at $15,500 and now we are almost doubling that price at $28k. So there could be many reasons for the dumping but for this year, for me this is already a recovery year and then next year will be the bull run.
Well, I was thinking about that too and to be honest, the crypto market always goes up and down but in temporary period. However sometimes it is not easy to find out a specific reason for any new condition. In fact, we should be careful in taking decisions especially in tough moments like bear run. Regrettably, Bitcoin is controlled by capitalists and whales, they literally own huge quantities of this digital coin.

Furthermore, Bitcoin had a nice rise at the beginning of this year and the current situation of market is under improvement. It is basically progressing slowly but absolutely surely. It is necessary to purchase Bitcoin as much as possible specifically during this period before the price increases significantly.

167  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: I think it's time to leave Binance, any alternatives? on: April 11, 2023, 03:08:51 PM
In my opinion, you should avoid centralized exchanges especially the unrecommended ones although they are easy to use and contain advanced tools. However, your funds are always under their control, that’s too risky to be honest in order to put all your crypto into them.  It is certain that Binance and Coinbase are the best centralized exchanges but not for long and safety is not guaranteed. What if their servers shut down permanently? What if they get hacked? Would you take your money back? Absolutely not.

In fact, it is preferable to use decentralized exchanges like uniswap which is the most popular one , covo , 1inch and pacakeswap. They provide a high security and the most important advantage is your funds are completely controlled by you not them . In addition to that, their servers are always online ( 24/7 ). For me, I would use a hardware wallet  like Trezor and Ledger  when it comes to BTC and ETH, it would be the best option for long time investement.
168  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in times of danger. on: April 11, 2023, 02:56:25 PM
It is unfortunate that you sold your BTC, however you shouldn’t have been regret, you made the right decision, family always comes first no matter what the situation is, we should always help them make their life meaningful. Moreover, it is never too late to recommence again. Set a new goal, prepare a plan, work hard and stick on it until you achieve your aim. Hopefully, you will earn even more BTC than what you sold recently as soon as possible. Otherwise, It is really important to save extra money for sudden events. Life is unpredictable, we don’t know what tomorrow is going to bring for us, that’s why we should be completely prepared for all situations.

170  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is your take on the price? on: April 11, 2023, 02:34:49 PM
Well, Bitcoin just broke $30K and it will possibly reach $35k in next few days however nothing is guaranteed. The crypto market is unpredictable, we should expect and get prepared for all scenarios. In my opinion, the next bull run is coming soon, it means if you have extra cash or an acceptable amount of stable coin, you have to convert most of the balance into Bitcoin before it’s too late.

In addition to that, sometimes we should avoid over checking media news and predictions, they might negatively affect us and our decisions. In fact, without having a multiple strategies or plans , it would be difficult to make large profit due to market’s condition changes in every period. The more you have strategies and self- control , the safer you are.
171  Economy / Economics / Re: Quit borrowing on: April 11, 2023, 02:24:44 PM
Good point, and in general people are overspending  on unnecessary consumer goods such as  unhealthy foods, clothes, electronic items…etc. In addition to that, they be following each other frequently and living the same lifestyle, that’s ridiculous. What’s the point of borrowing money when you spend them on useless stuff? That would make you drown with financial troubles.

In fact, it is intelligent to save or collect extra money and invest them on profitable stuff like lands , cryptocurrencies, gold, businesses..etc. That would make you financially stable depending on your strategy. For me, I would rather take risks by launching projects and investing in crypto instead of  following the sheep who satisfied with their miserable life.
172  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Never Trade on Emotions on: April 10, 2023, 10:26:40 PM
Well, humans by nature are emotional,  and emotion are basically a conscious mental reaction that common between everyone, it means we cannot get rid or live without it. In fact, we should learn how to control our emotions especially in tough situations. As you see the crypto market is always unstable, and to be honest, trading crypto is not an easy field to gain large money specifically in short term. Having a good self control is essential in trading especially when it comes with taking decisions.

Moreover, there is a plenty of characteristics that affect negatively  on traders such as greediness and hastiness. Also, it is really important to invest in yourself at the beginning, , it could be by learning the essential  elements  of trading, I advise beginners to read books and start practicing with low budget to avoid the risk of loss .
173  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I am now a Bitcoin investor on: April 10, 2023, 09:02:45 PM
Congratulations to you OP, you have invested in an appropriate time due to the current price is kinda low ( under $30K ) comparing to previous periods. Also I advise you to purchase more and as much as you can before the halving. In fact, it is highly possible to see a significant  pump in next year in case no sudden events going to happen. In conclusion, Bitcoin is basically affected with government's decisions or actions toward it.

Well , I remember when China banned  cyptocurrency mining  in 2021, at the time the market  dramatically decreased especially Bitcoin and Ethereum. Otherwise, It is preferable to invest in long term and chase the best opportunities,  that's why you should have an acceptable amount of stable coin and once Bitcoin's price goes down significantly, convert them.
174  Economy / Economics / Re: Without government job we can survive on: April 10, 2023, 03:49:34 PM
To begin with, the majority of governments are actually treating employees as slaves.  Regrettably, they be working whole day ( from 08h to 17h) without getting what their hard work  and time deserve. Furthermore, we cannot completely isolate ourselves from governments , they provide us a plenty of services and goods such as, free education, healthcare and the most important one is protection. It means the connection between citizens and government is necessary.

In addition to that, it is optional to be related a government job. In fact, everyone is able to start their own business in case you have skills, knowledge and enough experience. However, lots are looking for an easy and safe ways to gain money. They would rather get a low monthly salary and work day and night than take a planned risk and launch their own project. In my opinion, you will never be wealthy if you work as an employee related government. It is like helping them to increase their capital and getting in return a tiny payment comparing to their large income.
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you look for information about new project/coin? on: April 10, 2023, 03:10:06 PM
In general, your method is effective OP. To be honest, you have mentioned the most essential factors and it is really important to look for detailed information carefully about any new project/coin before taking a risk and investing. Unfortunately, the rate of scam projects is extremely large nowadays  almost 90% of them are actually suspicious. Well, I rarely give attention to them, in my opinion it is just a waste of time and more like looking for a needle in a haystack.
176  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Predictions? on: April 10, 2023, 01:40:47 PM
In my opinion, it’s not guaranteed and expected to see a new bull run once Bitcoin breaks $30K and it might take weeks to reach this price. Unfortunately, the current market’s condition is disappointing, we don’t even  know what’s going to happen in the near future. Otherwise, I have seen a lot of people or crypto users who gave unreasonable predictions such as Bitcoin will hit $40k in next few weeks, I admit with the importance of optimism but not in all situations or ways, we have to be logical sometimes.

Moreover, I am pretty that Bitcoin will reach ATH again, probably after the halving event in 2024, it is going to reach 69k for the second time . It means we should HODL as much as possible, and  to be honest this is one of the best times to buy or invest in Bitcoin due to the current price is still under $30k.
177  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Before You Go All In on: April 09, 2023, 10:45:55 PM
I absolutely agree with you, it is perilous to consider trading as a full time job especially when you're not capable to do this. In fact, having a large capital does not guarantee a profit and without doing some  researches at the beginning, understanding the basics of the field  and being able to manage the risk and control your emotions,  then it would be idiotic to start trading and like this way you will definitely  make wrong decisions and  lose what you have in a short period.

In addition to that, it is better to have stable main job + more sources of funds such as, owning a small business related to E-commerce or doing some freelance jobs  and  try to save extra money for crypto trading, I know it's tough to manage of all these tasks but as long as you have the ability to schedule your time and be responsible, the result will be fruitful.
178  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Which is the best platform to get clients as a web designer? on: April 09, 2023, 09:43:04 PM
Well, before looking for useful freelance platforms, you have to build a professional and creative portfolio, It could be the most effective tool to attract clients. Plus, try to improve your communication skills, it is really essential to make negotiations go smooth. Moreover, there is a plenty a platforms and marketplace. The most famous ones are:
- Fiverr
- Upwork
- Freelancer
For me, I would avoid them due to quanitiy of freelancers in these platfrom is extremely large, It takes months to start gaining acceptable amounts of money depending on your skills and plans. In addition to that, I have checked some crypto platforms before unfortunately the majority of them are dead. In fact, I advise you to offer your services in this forum. Good luck and hope all goes well with you.
179  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you consider yourself as a risk taker if you buy bitcoin? on: April 09, 2023, 06:46:44 PM
Everything in life has risks, especially Bitcoin. Although it is a worthwhile long-term investment to hold through dollar-cost averaging (DCA), it is still subject to market volatility and its movement is unpredictable.

We may not know what will happen next to Bitcoin in the next hour, day, week, month, or year. We just have to be prepared for it as risk-takers. You cannot call yourself a risk-taker if you have not bought Bitcoin, even just a fraction of it.
Exactly, and for me taking planned risks is essential to fulfill ambitions and goals. Otherwise, buying Bitcoin is always safe unless your investment target is short term due to the current situation of market is dramatically volatile. And to be honest, it's not easy to predcit correctly the next prices of Bitcoin in the near future, anything is possible to happen in crypto era, we might see a sudden bull or bear run a soon as possible.

In fact, it would be safer and better if you set a plenty of plans ,make goals and work on them until you achieve your aim and always be prepared for upcoming events and expect the unexpected. We hope everything is going to change in a positive way. Let's keep HODLING until BTC reaches ATH again.
180  Other / Off-topic / Re: Prepare for the life when you get old on: April 08, 2023, 10:23:40 PM
I think when we are young we have to be diligent and invest for us in our old age, don't let it be when we are old we are still working, so when we are young, we have to work and invest so that in old age we can enjoy life because all the money we invest will work for us (make money work for us) so that when we are old we don't get dizzy about financial problems.
Good point, we have to work hard in our youth until we reach financial stability. And in my view,  it would be better if you invest in yourself at the beginning. Try to read some usefull books in your field and get effective courses, they really help to build your skills and improve your mindest  and believe me the more  your willingness to learn is high, the more  possiblity or chance to achieve success.

Furthermore, don't lose your time on unnecessary and useless stuff. the social media is full stupidity and regrettably lots are attracted to these trivial things.  it should be great if you Isolate yourself if needed, and work hard until you build your own empire. Plus, having a futuristic vision is very helpful nowadays , it is like expecting the future and getting fully prepared for sudden events. Otherwise, if you get old without reaching financial stability and achieving your goals, that's not the end of the world and it is never too late to change your life.  KFC's founder became wealthy at old age ( 60 yeas old  ).
