I would recommend electrum, it has a lot to work with and pretty easy to export your seed and setup in a new pc if is needed also cold storage.

Great to see bitcoin back in the rally for 300, if by the case of the mondays dump we dont pass 275 back again we could be at 300 all next week, i can say that 300 would be the new floor in till monday comes.

Just make all wallets detect and suggest fee for fast/medium/long confirmations. Problem solved.

Mostly if you have patient confirmations will get through, even with auto fees your most likely to get one confirmation after 6 to 8 hours boost them and it would be just like a normal day in the bitcoin office.

Deposit has not shown up in my account and it was sent 26+ hours ago. Support says it can take up to 12 hours, but its a bit passed that point. I've spoken to other people and they got their deposits within the hour, and I'm stuck without my deposit for a uncomfortable amount of time.  Did I get scammed? I'm continually sending support emails and haven't gotten a response back since 17 hours ago about this issue. |

@turvarya stress test or not, we are over 200k transactions per day  and most of these will cost some money, great - support the network  ! Seems you'll get lot of traffic on litecoin.com. People are shifting to litecoin. BTC goes up, Litecoin goes up. the normal way. @scarsbergholden we are already above 200k... 10 million $. Don't you agree with the fact that it is a huge amount. Why would the rich guys trust with so much money on bitcoin? It does involve a huge risk. Since people generally put their faith in the assured bank market.
yea many of the rich people now in the world are rich conservative rich famalies that only invest with family bankers and so on, lets say bitcoiners are part of a new economic society that most rich people don't like to be apart of . |

Really nice analysis, either way bitcoin needs new money coming in either a billionaire looking to back hes fortune with bitcoin or just a high demand from countries in economic distress, then again is very little the exposure this normal population are getting from bitcoin.

So, this is, what all this stress testing was about?  we were at 170k+ as a peak before the stress test, the test has definitely had an impact on this, but it isn't only for that, i believe is because of the price that is rising, some more people are joining bitcoin most likely the next step will be to try and pass that 180k+ at peak or even 200k to have bitcoin at a new level of transactions per day, specially with a lot more exposure of bitcoin to the drama in some nations with economic problems. |

What do you think? I think I might be close. I'm guessing $10,000 per bitcoin by then.
In 2020 we will for sure have passed the winklevoss prediction of 40.000 USD per coin..... Question is, will you still have all your bitcoins? what makes you think we'll see the price of bitcoin go over $40k per coin? if you think it will happen, make sure you go all in now, to have insane profits in 2020. keep dreaming. I personally believe that Bitcoin may well explode in value as more and more people begin to use it. With in that time frame anything could happen take for a fact that our capital is only close to 4 billion if we get at lease one country to fully accept bitcoin and put part of the national budget into bitcoin this could explode to 100k a bitcoin or who knows is a wild thought but it could happen. |

Lets just keep it a bit realistic and say 350 for each bitcoin within a month would be a nice growth even breaking the 300 per bitcoin mark to signal some new investors bitcoin is back

I`m sure the OP forgot to put a point between four zeros. He wanted to say: 500.00 USD Most likely hes forgot to change the k for a zero, we just can't be so bullish with this type of statements, i would say that by Xmas we could se 500 usd has bitcoin growth is now maturing into more companies and people accepting the bitcoin way of life. |

There needs to be a miner foundation so they could at lease set some mining rules between those that join the miner foundation
