I saw your thread that you need help to award merit, I suggest what if you create something like "Trivia Questions" the one who can answer the question correctly and satisfy you will be rewarded by merit. By doing that they will do research and read to answer your question.
That's really against my merit policy. I don't want people to suggest meritable posts to me, and I don't want to start using merits for competition rewards. I think merits should be given as part of the normal flow of the boards. I see. People have different point of views. The reason why I suggest that is because I saw TMAN doing that. Merit is very valuable nowadays that is why many users do the best they can to receive some.

The reason why many members (including myself) do same thing over and over again is because of : 1. Laziness - One of the greatest enemy of success. Simply because some members are so lazy to research, to read, to acquire knowledge. One of the reasons why they tend to do things over and over again.

If it is bounties you can go to Marketplace(altcoins) and go to bounties. If it is services you can go to Marketplace and go to service announcement.
or you can post on Russia local group since you are a russia based company.

meron din walang palya katulad ni sylon, maraming magagandang bounty ang mina manage nya. at si hotachy din walang reporting kaya hindi na masyadong mahihirapan.

And the only way to recover the Bitcoin is through a hardfork, would you accept the hardfork for the Father of Crypto?
That's a lot of treasure. And assuming that satoshi accidentally sent his private key to you on email. What a destiny.

You better go with the most trusted, for me binance is the best exchange site because it is one of the most trusted among all exchanges.

I have good news and bad news, good news you can post your referral and bad news you can get red tag/red trust or even worse you can be banned.
If there is one best thing that you can do, that is you must read the rules.

Anti-virus software has almost no effect on hackers and fraudulent tricks through aridrop or email. Therefore, it is best to check before participating in a certain program.
Yeah as what the name itself, it is for antivirus, it would be much better if it has anti phishing and anti hacker features.

Merit system in my opinion was build as a barrier for new comers and gives an advantage to early adopters in terms of signature campaign. It's purpose really effective to minimize shitposters? Distribution of sMerit really given to deserving posts?
Early birds catch worms, Not just in this forum but in all aspect of life. If you are asking the effectiveness of merit system, In my opinion, it is indeed effective to minimize shitposters in this forum, Imagine sMerit as a payment for you for being a constructive poster. The distribution of sMerit depends on the one who has it, think of it as a money anyone can give to whoever they wanted but in the majority, they are giving sMerit to those who deserve it.

Prevention is better than cure, here are some tips on how to avoid phishing sites:
1.VERIFY SITE'S SECURITY - One of the best ways to avoid phishing site is to verify the site's security, you make sure that the site URL begins with "https" and a closed lock icon near the address bar, when you are using chrome it will be highlighted with a color green and a word "Secure" will be displayed.
2.KEEP YOUR BROWSER UPDATED - Browser's security will also be updated if you update the browser, technically speaking it will modulate the phishers and hackers to break into your account if you update the browser from time to time.
3.THINK BEFORE YOU CLICK - This rule is a general rule, just same as "Think before you speak" the only difference is that if you said it you cannot edit or delete what you said but in clicking to post something you can edit or delete it. This rule also applies to cyberbullying, but in this situation, you must have the initiative to think before you click, do not click on random emails and messages, some of the phishing emails always start with "Dear customer", to be sure you must go directly to the source rather than clicking phishing emails.
4.USE ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE - Antivirus software scans every file which comes through the Internet to your computer. It helps to prevent damage to your system. For me, the majority of online users use antivirus software. If you have no antivirus software then you should install you won't regret it.
Keep these things in mind, Hope it helps!

The most precise answer on how to get merit is you just need to post constructive/informative post. Sharing your knowledge about cryptocurrency, Posting some kinds of tutorial and etc. You can refer to this post by TMAN, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3376729.0

Nice, mdayonliner.
My journey on Bitcointalk
Name: theyoungmillionaire Date Registered: October 01, 2017 Active Date: March 27, 2018
To: Newbies & feeling Newbies,
You might have read many positive feedbacks about how smooth other members started here, but mine is different, it is hard to start as a newbie; people will reject you and say something bad to you even if you know you’re not that person or that member. I joined many services to help me boost my idea about quality post and their thoughts about me, but I got rejected and even worst called me “a merit whore”. It affects me a lot because I know I am not that person, so, I just improved myself to show them I am different. The mindset of “some” high ranks is that newbies are here to rank up and join campaign(s) or bounties, which greatly distress those who are really into bitcoin & crypto. I cannot blame them why they judge newbies like that, they don’t know who we really are in-person, and what our motivations in joining bitcointalk are, shitposters are to blame. I respect their opinions; it made me more motivated to do my research, learn more about cryptocurrency, and improved your English (at least people can understand you).
I am saying these negative things because in reality, you get rejected or you rejected someone, and not all in your life is full of positive feedbacks. It is up to you on how you would convert your negative feedbacks to motivations. Always remember in life, that 10% is what happened to us, and 90% is how we react to it (Dennis P. Kimbro). There is no easy way or a continuous positive path; you just need to earn it.
Negative feedbacks carried me to who I am today in bitcointalk, so don’t be discourage, be positive, and continue to grow, to show your glow in this community. I thank those people who rejected me and those people who do not like me as well, because they help me in a different way to become a better bitcointalk member. Sometimes those people who are a bit of a cunt, mostly help people, so don’t judge them- learn from them.
To help our community, kindly do your research before starting a new topic.
Forum is a place to relax and earn more knowledge after a busy day at work or business. Enjoy.
Regards,
theyoungmillionaire
Be Positive
I really admire you brother, I feel you. I also received negative feedbacks from other users here. I like your mindset. And that's what makes you who you are now. No wonder why you have many merits than your activity, because you proved them wrong. If there is one thing that I learned from you that is, "Use negativities as a source of motivation"
