From what I gathered it seems that the audit took a bit longer than expected. I think that either the team does want some things to be resolved (timelock maybe?) before listing or it is simply that the listing got pushed right to the same day as the release of sports betting. They keep saying there is no ETA, but they are definitely not saying 'this year' anymore and talking about (very) soon every time. My guess would be at the end of this week is quite likely. Would be nice if the BTC pool can recover a bit more first, before listing. (stop winning in sports people!  ) I am guessing that it will list without any warning at some day. But there's obviously something going on and it could take way more time then anticipated, maybe moving to that BFG contract is more complex then they thought it would be because delaying so much after pre-listing party doesn't really make sense. I really don't think that they would be delaying because they want to time the markets. I mean i would think that people will buy and farm becuse of farming and dividends. Not because of good market conditions that can change any time. I personally want to farm half of my bfg i keep rest of them in case of dividend spike due sudden big amount of unstaked tokens. |

And they have no KYC for daily limit of 3 BTC, not bad. So far, I haven not seen a complaint in terms of withdrawal issues.
Seems this is a good alternative exchange to check out with.
And after binance brokerage program starts, with that withdraw limit this will be really appealing exchange imho. |

Sports betting design looks neat. I just wish the matches aren't placed on different pages. In UFC 263 for example, there are 14 matches to bet on but you need to open 3 pages just to see them all (6 matches per page). 14 isn't that long and all can be placed in the first page. How about a little write up on how the quick bet works? I was just trying to figure it out but I ended up placing $1 bet  Now I'm thinking of cancelling it and cash out $0.92 losing $0.08 in the process. I've never used any betting in anywhere before so i don't know how is betfury compared to others, but from the looks of it it's clean and even first timer like me knows how to make bets so i guess it's well designed. Now if i only knew anything about sports i might bet. But yeah, i don't follow any. |

Bullish future could be destroyed with a horrible start, things are that easy to get ruined in the crypto world. I believe this project has a huge future but the reality is that if we do not end up with something good in the quick first few weeks then we may never get it, we need to show people that it is a great one right at the launch so that they could continue to respect it.
If the price starts to dump a whole lot from the first moment and then people end up with nearly nothing afterwards, then I would have to say that there is a reasonable understanding that others would start to sell as well and it will be a huge crash and recovering from a huge crash is not an easy task, it will be very difficult. Long story short I would have to say that there is a good amount of chance we could end up with a bad launch and that could hurt us, we need to take care of that.
This happens with coins or tokens without intrinsic value and those are purely based on speculation. BFG however pays dividends and it has value already. And after sports betting, it will have more value. Most of the tokens or coins get their value for their utility on the chain, and often their economic game theory isn't even well designed. Only speculation on BFG is based on the sustainability of dividends and the trust that token ecosystem will be evolved after the mining is over. Unless they want to rely purely on gaming. Even if they would do that, tokens would have value as long people play. But as i said, it has value already. You can literally get your money back when you buy low enough. |

Now you mention it, I do see the similarities. Even the Twitter profile format is more or less the same lol   I too have been thinking that this actually could be their secret sister company. It would explain so much. The fact that they wanted to list in unknown new exchange that's not even audited yet wouldn't make any sense otherwise. If you think it as a sister company, airdrops and listing starts to make full sense, they would have knowhow and resources to pull that off without any problems and they would have full trust that owners wouldn't pull a rug at some point. |

Come on Betfury, why limit early BFG holders with only 10 airdropped BSW? I got greedy and was expecting more to be honest;D May we know if there is some connection with BFG and BiSwap? Why choose it when there are other DEX that are more popular and has higher volume? Listing there, according to the announcement, is still for phase 2. I like that it was capped 10 max. It's better for BSW and makes their distribution more decentralized. Don't forget that there is a monthly burning and every time, they burn 5 M BFG tokens from the team. There have already been 18 burnings.
So there were only 18 burns? hmm I think the burning will be done continuously but I was wrong. so when the burn is over the auction token will belong to the dev, right? If this happens of course that is not a good way because the dev can hoard tokens and control the price. He means that they are monthly burning bfg from developer's own stash. Burning from auctions happens when users sell their tokens for btc, dev has nothing to do with it. and it happens continuously. So does burnings from gambling BFG. |

I would prefer it burned than a buy back program if burned the token will be lost forever but if it buy back the token can back to the market at any time
The holder can control the price at will and this is not a good way for the market.
We have to remember that currently they are burning their own team tokens, meaning there are less dividents for the devs. It doesn't make sense for them to give up all the dividends, and this version would benefit them and us both. |

Did you notice the price set by Betfury in their twitter giveaway? It was at ~$350 for 5000 BFG so that gives us approximately $0.07 per token. Will that be the listing price on the exchange? That's too cheap don't you think? The mining price per token is at $1.13 for slots and $3.14 for in-house games as of now so the 5000 BFG should at least be worth $5650.
It's not when you count in the possibility of winnings and play dice with highest odds, real mining cost comes closer to $0.07. because there are 2 different sides they can say it's cheap if they win and they can say it's high if they lose For me personally, the current listing price is cheap, but it's not final yet. We can see what investors are interested in when listing Can you elaborate on that? I wasn't talking about cheap / expensive narrative, but the actual cost of mining. Not the cost of the token. --cut-- That's the million dollar question. Nobody knows where they will list it, so we can only speculate . I hope they will list it on binance or a big DEX like pancakeswap. If BFG is not a token in Tron network, Pancake would be best option imho. Obviously Binance would be even better but listing in there could cost Betfury team millions of dollars and that's just if binance even wants to list it. So i am not holding my breath on that. Does anyone know any tron dexes, similar to pancakeswap/uniswap, or do they even have those? |

I used to use reddit but it seems biased for some coins and some things are just upvoted unproportionally because there are army of supporters of certain projects and those supporters happen to be active reddit users with probably several accounts. And it's not that my sources not biased are but at least in twitter i can choose my sources and cryptopanic gives some variety to them too. |

Top influencers? ADA has lot of money and they have paid for lots of articles and hype. They also try to hire talented people with ludicrous amount of money often without success because ADA is crap (Ask around and top cryptographers and coders will confirm). And you are saying that it would go over ETH marketcap with basically vaporware and hype? Projects without solid fundamentals do need hype, no doubt about that but maybe substance is is better then influencer hype. Influencer hype is only influencers that are trying to sell their bags higher. They will only try to pump anything that benefits them or have been paid to shill. Remember on last bear market when most influencers disappeared with their failed predictions? That's what they do. |

I've been seeing many price speculations on ADA. Some say that its impossible due to market cap and some say it has so much potential to do it. What would be the sensible valuation you think it could be near end and why?
Remind me, does Cardano have smart-contract functionality yet? If not, with $20 price it would need to go almost double current ETH marketcap and why would it ever do that when eth has actual network effect and infrastructure in place already? |

My oh my! Since a few days back my blood pressure has being spiking higher and higher, seeing the price of Bitcoin doing a freefall. I know its prudent for an investor not to panic when the market falling, but I can't help myself starting to panic. I believe that it'd be sensible for me to sell all of my Bitcoins and wait for a suitable time to reinvest.
What do you think is "a suitable time"? Because you need to have a plan, otherwise you'll end up selling at the bottom where you have the highest angst. This is not a financial advice but i think that this is the correction we have been waiting for. And it's much more profitable to buy the dip then chasing it late every time it goes back up. |
