161  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Is python the best programming language for a ''faucet'' type of website? on: May 29, 2019, 03:33:20 PM
There is no best or worst language as faucets are not really that much of a big deal. I believe most of the old faucets were built using PHP but Python, Java, Ruby on rails, are all good alternatives.

I personally wouldn't pay someone to create a faucet, as you can either use existing open source ones or platforms like FaucetHub for that purpose.

I know I can create my own but I want a ''pro'' one since the idea would be to integrate it with my browser based game, you will be able to claim from the faucet special tokens used in-game for purchases, participate in tournaments to win bitcoin, etc. I will not be able to do that myself since I'm not a programmer and I only know the basic stuff.

This seems like it would be easier than an actual BTC faucet, have a db that has a users balance and a time limit for using the faucet. Every time you use the faucet the users balance gets increased by randomfund amount. To me it seems the harder part of the faucet is sending the coin to users so without this it shouldn't be too hard.

The harder part would be the game development. It seems like you want a full web dev and not just a faucet created.

I have more than one clients now but i can share nothing here , i told that any body want use this service just send me a private text , thanks again
So what would be the status for my offer? Would you consider checking it and making yourself at work? Or just leaving the offer? You can just send me a message if you don't want to reveal your techniques or ways on finding it...
But as I have told you, I'm a man of his words so paying you first will be impossible. All you have to do is rely on this post that I will make a payment for 40$ +  a 10$ Bonus from a random guy here just for my confirmation that I have found the device using your service.

I'm the only one who can prove to the public that you're doing a legit work, and make your presence somewhat relevant... So if you're not doing it, then I guess getting a customer here would be seriously fatal and its really pointless to have it bumped all the way.
Doubt he can do anything, about to be 100% just begging

165  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Loaded Coins Do You Care Where The Funding Comes From on: May 23, 2019, 09:03:33 PM
It's not IMO the hacked coins -> you -> someone else -> exchange -> someone else -> me that really concerns me.

It's the hacked coins -> loaded coin that I buy
or
Hacked coins -> mixer with known bad actors -> loaded coin that I buy

That concerns me.

There are tons of coins that have bad history that have been passed from person to person with no problems.
Same way there are tons of money out there with serial #s that the governments know go back to shady people.

But as I said in the 1st post. The BTC on your physical coin tends to stay there. Even now, there are addresses that have coins that are being watched.
If they move out then those addresses are going to be monitored. If they go from hacker to me to you to someone else to someone else again. The last person has some form of deniability.

But one TX from the "evil" address, if it's a place that has KYC and reules and regulations, you are going to have to explain that you bought this coin from someone on a forum way back when and now that BTC is at $100k and you want to cash out your .1 that it was not you who stole it and had been sitting on it for years.

Go get some $100 bills that are known to be directly traced back to a drug ring and put them in your bank account. Let me know how that works out for you.

Quoting myself from a few posts back:

I don't think anyone saying anything on this thread is really going to change anybody's view / opinion. But I DO think that it's good to put it out there.

-Dave

Much agree.

If anyone other than the paranoid, too rich or fools starts to pay over the odds for virgin coins the party is on its way to being over. It simply cannot work like that.
To be fair when you purchase a physical coin you are paying more than the cost of the loaded BTC and cost of the coin. Would it be nice to have a physical coin that was minted from virgin coins, where the BTC was loaded either from the block generation address to the coin with only one hop back? Would it be even cooler to have it loaded directly from the coins genesis?

I'd say yes to both of the above.
166  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: US Tariff Ruling N297495 = 2.6% mandatory tariff on bitcoin mining hardware on: May 23, 2019, 08:47:22 PM
Last time I ordered from Bitmain you had to specify the HS code that would be used and that code would be saved to your account settings for future orders. Did they change this recently, to they put a code down?

168  Economy / Services / Re: Google Review Management Services on: May 21, 2019, 10:01:43 PM

This isnt a fake review service we actually get to deal with your customers and make sure you get good reviews. Our service also belongs to a Company and we also need customer reviews.

How will you manage customers to add feedback, you are offering guarantee of good reviews, even if the product isn't good?
There's no way but putting fake reviews. You are trying to attract more people with the lies.
They aren't writing reviews. What this seems like is more of an outsourced customer service role which only deals with google review pages.

You might want to expand your business to be a service that provides customer service not just on google reviews but for support tickets, emails etc. For $97 a month all you are doing is looking at a few postings (small business' don't normally get a lot of google reviews), large companies already outsource their google reviews to their customer service outsource company or deal with it internally.

You say you do more "extra tools / reports" well what are these? What additional information / service do you provide. This service belongs to a company, what company?

Also: 1 bump per day, if you are replying to an actual inquiry and providing information to help a prospective client that = ok (it still counts as a bump), or a simple "bump" if you aren't replying to someone.

4. Bumps are limited to once per day (24 hours), yes this includes "updates", that's what the edit button is for. Old bumps should be deleted as they serve no purpose, and only clutter up topics and make it more annoying to read.

I would just block what shouldn't be there.
170  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: I see strange IP addresses in "my connections" tab on router on: May 17, 2019, 02:52:15 PM
I've never heard of RIPE / RIPE Coordination center. My suggestion is to first block those IP's on your firewall. Then factory reset the miners by flashing the NAND with an SD card.

I don't know that there is a service like this, but it's really good if service is really working.

Do you have any clients testimony on your service? if there is, are you allowed to share it here?

Yeah, I remember I lost my phone before and I never recover it, now that I know it's only needed the IMEI no. to track, I will list down the code on my phone now. Maybe I can use your service in the future... (hopefully not) Tongue
You obviously are just spamming the forum for your signature campaign because you would know the answer to your own question if you read the posts on the thread.

Like the few directly above yours.

Or

Almost any from the first page, minus the OP's post.
172  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon 8 official specs released on: May 16, 2019, 04:54:15 PM
And each A8 has an optimal diff far lower than 65k. The single 841's I have running in various locations have a diff of between 7.5k and 8k. What the pool cares about is shares-per-minute and they want to keep the I/O bandwidth low as possible. At Kanopool the target is 18SPM. Sending many more (lower value) SPM than is needed just uses more resources at the pool end while giving the same end result.

That's true, however when monitoring multiple PH seeing a drop of 500+TH when the pool changes blocks and you get all the current work/shares dropped and they are at a difficulty of 300k, the smooth line is better. Our reject rate has dropped substantially after lowering the difficulty and setting it on a per miner rather than per controller basis.
173  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon 8 official specs released on: May 16, 2019, 03:12:46 PM
As an FYI, unless you have a very specific reason for setting diff it is almost always best to let the pool decide what diff is used by your miner(s).

There is a reason, if you have a full rpi the pool will provide a difficulty based on the total hashrate being submitted by the pi. Each individual miner's optimal difficulty is much lower than that. While in the end the hashrate should equal out, you'll see some drastic spikes on the pool. Setting a manual difficulty that matches each miners hashrate has keep the pool graph as a nice straight line, it also helps when monitoring units as they don't have any huge jumps in either direction.

175  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: My Avalon A921 is on the way on: May 15, 2019, 02:30:58 PM
Sometimes the MM and pi software won't work together, once the pi is updated the latest MM should work and display the proper hashrate. I've noticed that even if it says 0 it is still doing something, but not being able to see the hashrate can cause tracking problems.
176  Economy / Services / Re: I will find for you any lost or stolen phone ! on: May 15, 2019, 02:26:51 PM
@OP, how about this. I put $10 in escrow to be released to you ( escrow fees paid by you) when cabalism13 confirms his phone was found. If not found within 7 days funds are returned to me.
That makes a 40$ offer for you to do the work... I can give you a week for telling where it is, and if I really found it I will add another 10 Bucks. To make it 50.

You don't have to worry for I'm a legit person here. Even if I don't use an escrow, funds will be sent to you once you have done the work.

P.S. I already told you, I really don't expect much because I already tried it myself. So just put it on a try, and maybe this thing can be your career. (Once I confirmed that you have just stated a location found by google by using the last seen active by one of my accounts, this offer will be automatically rejected and I assume this one is fake)
He's just begging. An escrow deal would have paid him if he was able to do the work and he knows this. He knows he won't be able to complete it and wants to scam users out of $10. If it's "only $10" then I can say the same to him.
177  Economy / Services / Re: I will find for you any lost or stolen phone ! on: May 14, 2019, 09:52:00 PM
I still wait the first person want to try to prove for all
Still wait for the first customer Cool
You're breaking forum bumping rules. You had a good offer from cabalism13, but I get the feeling this thread is just begging for $10.
This is what it seems like. "It's not about the money....BUT I won't do it without you first paying me to do something I have no proof I can do".

@OP, how about this. I put $10 in escrow to be released to you ( escrow fees paid by you) when cabalism13 confirms his phone was found. If not found within 7 days funds are returned to me.

179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: My First Mining Rig on: May 14, 2019, 02:49:16 PM
Hello fellow miners!
i pretty new to this i have done some research tho!

My specs are
ASrock H110 Pro BTC+
Intel Celeron G3930
Evga Supernova G2 1300W
Msi Geforce GTX 1070
Geforce GTX 970

To my GTX970 i have PCIE Up-Riser and i have a 6pin connected to the riser and its connected to a VGA port in the PSU And the 1070 connected directly to the motherboard. My computer can only connect/recognize one card at the time even if they are both connected

I also have one Molex connected to one of the two PCIE slots on the motherboard i dont now if its all connected at the right way therefor i will upload 2 pictures of my rigg. The molex cable connects to the PSU thru the Prefix slot.

This should probably go into this area https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=160.0
You can use the move button at the bottom left of the screen.

As for the question, I'm not 100% sure but aren't there driver compatibility issues with the 9 v 10 series where you can't run both at the same time?
180  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: SSH Unlock for antminer s9 firmware, anyone interested? on: May 14, 2019, 12:15:43 AM
I wouldn't mind a guide for this.

Provide an exe or similar and you'll get neg'd quicker than you would believe.
