It is located at the boarder of the european and asian continental plate - most people call that area: Eurasia.
Yes Azerbaijan isn't even in Europe. Not that it's important to be part of Europe, geography is geography. The are on the south side of the Caucasus Mountains. That's Asia.

Well, the Southern limit of Europe is a bit disputed. Here I marked the boundaries as they are commonly viewed, including Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaidjan:

Western Europe is the tiny bit off the left side of the image.  Cool

Btw, note Aktobe on the map - that's where the latest Libya-style attempt at an armed revolt by "Islamists" was attemted

Poroshenko promised the NaziGuard a "baptism by fire" in Donbass:
http://ren.tv/node/104789

He is quoted as saying: "We are actively working on a possibility for the fighters of the National Guard would get battle experience, so that they would learn what it feels like to be on the front line, and not to bow down to the bullets."

The past week was very productive and pivotal for USNATO's spreading of it's tentacles. I am tempted to re-post this caricature, with all the history and the current situation reflected in it:

So, what did happen:

1. USNATO had a get-together, where Stoltenberg re-asserted that USNATO will be strengthening its position on the Russian borders - despite Steinmeier's cautios remarks that maybe it's not a good idea to provoke Russians. USNATO has de-facto permanent bases in Eastern Europe (calling them "rotationary"), despite previous assertions that no such bases would be established up against the Russian border.

2. USNATO will no be breaking the Black Sea convention and will have permanently stationed military ships of non-Black Sea countries (read US) in the Black Sea. This despite protests from Russia and a cautious remark from the Bulgarian PM that he'd rather see fishing vessels in the Black Sea... Is it time of Russia and China to start with a permanent military presence in the San Francisco Bay?

3. An American general during a US Congress hearing asked for creation of no-fly zone over Syria. He said that as ISIS has no aviation, US must stop Russia and Syria from bombing ISIS. For that he needed Congressal permission to shoot down Syrian and Russian planes in Syria. Right after the hearing, the Congress passed a memorandum condemning the bonelss policy of the Obama's regime and called for removal of Syrian government and destruction of Syria. Remember that Syria was supposed to be the staging platform for launching attacks on Russia from South. Looks like USNATO got emboldened by Turkey shooting the Russian plane over Syria and partially getting away with it... By the way, Russian defence minister Shojgu was on a day-long visit to Syria the other day.

4. Stoltenberg voiced the new doctrine of USNATO, where it can respond with military attack in case of a cyber attack against one of the member states. No proof needed. In other words, USNATO can now say that they were hacked by a Russian hacker, an nuke Russia.

5. On the hybrid-war front, the series of fake "documentaries" from ARD on would-be Russian athletes' use of dopings resulted in Russia being banend from OL in Brazil, dealing a physiological blow on the Russian population.

Vladimir Putin Approves $4B "Russian Disneyland"
http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/vladimir-putin-approves-4b-russian-903006

Quote
Russian authorities have approved construction of a $4 billion "Russian Disneyland" theme park in the Kaluga region, 200 kilometers from Moscow.

The Magical World of Russia will be developed by Los Angeles-based Moschanko Invesment Group and designed by Goddard Group.

The project was approved by Kaluga region governor Anatoly Artamonov and Russia's president Vladimir Putin, the Russian news agency TASS reported.

"The Magical World of Russia will include several sections, including those offering interactive entertainment and learning programs for children," Artamonov was quoted as saying by TASS, adding that the theme park will also have several hotels and the world's biggest aqua park.

According to Artamonov, the project will be funded privately, and no government money will be spent.

"Using Russian folklore, legends and history, we are actively working to make this a theme park that will reflect the culture and lore of Russia — and one that will be built to a quality level equal to, or better than, any other world-class theme park today," Goddard Group's chairman Gary Goddard said in a statement, quoted by San Bernardo Valley Business Journal.

The Magical World of Russia will be built on 220 hectares on the border of Moscow and Kaluga regions.

Incidentally, two other theme park projects are already in progress in Russia, executed separately by DreamWorks Animation and NBC Universal.

DreamWorks' Moscow theme park, Dream Island, is scheduled to enter the construction stage later this year, to be inaugurated in 2018 as part of a larger, $2.1 billion project that also includes similar theme parks in Russia's other major cities, St. Petersburg and Yekaterinburg.

Construction of NBCU's theme park Moscow is to begin in 2017.

Back to the topic. Here is the first of PCR's articles:

Quote
Some readers have asked for my take on the Orlando Shooting.

I don’t have one. Let’s see if together we can form a reasonable view.

Let’s start with the basic first question. Before there can be a murder declared, there must be a body. Has anyone seen on TV or in newspapers pictures of dead bodies? Bodies should be readily available if the reports are correct that fifty people were killed and 50 or more were wounded and in hospital.

I cannot bear the presstitute TV and print media. These are full-time propaganda organizations. Hopefully, some of you hold your nose and watch the news and can fill in the spaces. Has anything we have been told been confirmed by any real evidence?

Initially, I saw a CNN newscast and a RT report. The reports were heavy with verbiage of blood being all over the place, but the only visual evidence offered were three people, supposedly injured, being helped, not by medics or first responders, but by ordinary folks. A couple of people were helping a guy with tattoos in place of a shirt, but there was no sign of blood. Several people were helping people in police uniforms to carry a person who they dumped in the back of a pickup truck, not in the cab. About 6 people were carrying a person stretched out prone (no stretcher) down a street.

There was no blood and it looked like a crisis acting performance. Why prone? Is an injured person really able to keep his body stiff so that he can be carried along prone parallel to the ground? Where are they taking him? Is this just a camera walk-by? http://www.cnn.com/videos/us/2016/06/12/orlando-nightclub-shooting-witness-sot.cnn/video/playlists/orlando-nightclub-shooting/ What has become of the protocol that untrained people are not to attempt to help injured people? When police arrive at a scene, they usually run off bystanders, not recruit them to assist their activities or allow them to carry away the wounded and dead.

Readers have noticed that the visual evidence does not match the verbal reports. Readers report that Fox “News” and MSNBC repeatedly show the same footage described above of bystanders carrying supposedly injured victims whose facial expressions are completely unstressed and show no pain, fear, or blood.

So has anyone seen any dead bodies? Any body bags? Any wounded taken to hospitals in ambulances? Any of the hospital wounded interviewed by TV reporters? Has any reporter checked with the morgue?

...

And the article cited in the OP post is here:

It is located at the boarder of the european and asian continental plate - most people call that area: Eurasia.

The artificial divide between Europe and Asia goes along the Ural mountain chain and Southwards. That said, Euraisa is the name of the continent we live on - it's not two continents. The division into Europe and Asia is there for purely political reasons for the sheer manifestation of the "us and them" mindset.

If anybody can get anywhere, it must be Astakhov.

Would you enlighten us non-Russian-readers and tell us whether there is perhaps an American father, living in Illinois, in the picture?

I got more details on the case from another article:
http://www.vz.ru/society/2016/6/4/814383.html

Olga P. is divorced. Father is not specified in the girl's birth certificate.

Olga P. was arrested in the airport of Chicago upon arrival. She's been thrown into prison together with murderers, where she lost conciousness several times. She's been also equipped with GPS transmitter bracelet, so that she would not attempt to return to Russia.

She may be sentenced to life in prison for "abducting a person". Her ex-husband Horte Castillion filed the abduction report, saying that she didn't ask his permission to take her daughter to Russia. Castillio and Olga married in USA. the daughter was less than a year old back then. They divorced 1.5 years after. She says that if the man wanted to accept/acknowledge his daughter, he could have done that in Russia as well, but then he'd be forced to pay alimony. She sees it as his revenge on her.

Her daughter, the Russian citizen has been living in Russia with her grandparents for 2 years. The Illinois judge demand that the girl be sent to USA. However, the Russian Constitution prohibits extradition of an under-age Russian citizen to another country.

Russia has sent a note of protest to the US. State Department and is giving Olga P. legal assistance.

There is a fair number of quite brainwashed Russians in Ukraine, who became turned into "anti-Russians"; or those seeking personal gain, vying for the title of a king of a local mound. The question itself is a bit washed-out as there is no such thing as an "ethnic Ukrainian", just like there is no "ethnic Midlander" in Britain...

IMO, "ethnic Ukrainian" means inhabitants of oblasts such as Ternopol and Lvov, where the native inhabitants are more similar to the Poles than they are to the Russians. Even their religion is different (mostly Catholic). Now they have forcefully imposed their language and culture upon the Central Ukrainians and the Eastern Ukrainians.

I understand what you mean. Still it is a case of mixing up of the terms of "ethnicity" and "cultural background". The process of turning of Eastward looking Orthodix Christian Russians/Rusin into Uniat Westward-looking "Zapadency" (Westerners) was going on a several hundred years. It changed the cultural background of those people, though their ethnicity remained unchanged.

Yeah... good luck with that. Actually Putin will be hoping that something like this may actually happen. It gives him the perfect excuse to invade Ukraine with regular troops, and to remove the current neo-Nazi regime headed by Petro Poroshenko. BTW... isn't this Semenchenko guy an ethnic Russian? According to Wikipedia, his real name is Konstantin Igorevich Grishyn.

Ukraine has no right to exist as a state

That should be entirely up to the people inhabiting a state in question, even if the state is quite artificial. People inhabiting the land known as borderlands are figuring it out... though they chose the hardest and bloodiest path possible.

The Ukrainian attack was deflected by the republican army.

The above caricature comes from an article here:

which tells about an ironic article from The Huffington Post by Riley Waggaman:

Why Did Russia Put Its Country So Close to NATO’s Massive But Very Peaceful Military Exercises?

Now let’s translate the newspeak: “NATO is holding massive ‘defensive’ military exercises on Russia’s border. Even the slightest slip-up could provoke an ‘offensive reaction’ from those dastardly Russians. Why did Russia put its country so close to our military bases and peaceful international war games, anyway?”
...

Irony aside, that article draws quite chilling conclusions.
176  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Donetsk, Kharkov, Lugansk - way to Russia. on: June 11, 2016, 11:14:54 AM
There is a marked shift for the worse in the Ukrainian genocide of Donbass. Whereas the last year saw mostly clashes between the self-defence forces and the Ukro-Nazi battalion (like Aidar and Azov) using small arms and mortars, now Ukrainian army pulled large-calibre artillery to Donetsk - on direct orders from Kiev. We are talking about 122mm and 152mm calibres here - which is forbidden by MNisnk-2, so in reality Minsk-2 is now void.

Video of the consequences of tonight's shelling of Donetsk:

Everything you ever wanted to know about the color revolution attempt in Astana, Almaty and other Kazakh cities on May 21, 2016. I’ve dubbed this attempted Kazakh Maidan: ‘The Agricultural Color Revolution.’ Find out why and how China is involved, but most importantly, how Ukraine, Turkey, ISIS, Soros, NGOs and US are involved.

We will also talk about the latest Aktobe terror attacks on June 5, 2016 and why specifically Aktobe was targeted. Who and why is sending a chilling message? Who’s pulling the strings and who’s the REAL target? How all this affects Russia and EAEU?

Kazakhstan is still on high alert and many shops and other organizations remain closed after the shocking attacks of June 5 in this country, previously considered one of the world’s most stable.

As usual, we’ll look at both: on the ground, local Kazakh intel, and the all-Eurasian and global situation.

For the first time in this report I will reveal certain crucial things about Russia and Kazakhstan’s role in Eurasia. This is brand new material, which is part of my EARTH SHIFT Theory, and of which I’ve never talked previously!

All this will give you the complete picture of what’s really going on!

The report contains a number of eye-witness videos straight from the source, interactive maps and pics and lots of rare intel, complete with my analysis. Lots of goodies in this one!

This is the surprise part: the format of this report is new, different and quite fresh. I think you’ll enjoy it very much. But you’ll have to see for yourself!

Also Ishenko discusses the terrorist attacks in Aktobe, Kazahstan as an attack on the Eurasian Union. In Aktobe there was an attack on the Military base and on a weapons shop:
https://cont.ws/post/288164

He draws a parallel to Libya and how Islamic terrorists were sent there from abroad, attacked a military base in Bengazi, unleashed a civil war and destroyed the Libyan statehood.

If the terrorists managed to capture the military base they would have been able to take root in Aktobe - which like Bengazi is a little remote from other Kazah military bases - declare some "jihadist state" and, like in Lybia spread out from there over steppes and by a good road network.

Saksham, the problem is not in those guys being atheists - just see how many religious leaders destroyed their countries. The problem was in their attitude towards Russia. Marx, Engels, Lenin were ardent russophobes. Destruction of Russia and its population was what they primarily wanted. Lenin's creation of Ukraine and Belarussia was one such destructive "divide and conquer" step...
Later Soviet leaders were more preoccupied with power than with the well-being of the country. The only exception in my view would be Andropov.

But you are right in that the modern Western propaganda machine is doing everything trying to maintain the equality sign between modern Russia and USSR in the minds of the electorate.

But back to this week’s version of the “Hunt For Red October.” Even the UK Defense Secretary, Michael Fallon, got involved. He remarked: “This shows that the Navy is maintaining a vigilant watch in international and territorial waters to keep Britain safe and protect us from potential threats.”

Meanwhile, the commander of the British ship apparently “shadowing” the sub, one Daniel Thomas, claimed that “locating this submarine was a combined effort with NATO allies and shadowing such units is routine activity for the Royal Navy.”

Quote
“Once again, an effective, skilled, and technologically advanced Russian submarine force is challenging us,” Vice Admiral James Foggo III, commander of the US 6th Fleet, wrote in the June issue of the US Naval Institute’s magazine, Proceedings. “Russian submarines are prowling the Atlantic, testing our defenses, confronting our command of the seas, and preparing the complex underwater battlespace to give them an edge in any future conflict.”

However, that's how it was sailing in the international waters:

Quote
What actually happened was that the Russian vessel was traveling “up top” (ie. not hiding, but fully visible) and in international waters. In other words, a small child with binoculars traveling by ferry could spot it, without “a combined effort with NATO allies,” or even “Action Man” figures for that matter. Which makes one wonder about the competence of Officer Thomas and how such an obvious nincompoop ever achieved such a high rank in the British Navy. Unless The Sun fabricated the quote, of course, which wouldn’t be a huge surprise, given their past form.

To make things even easier for NATO’s super sleuths, the Russian sub was accompanied by a tug boat. On Wednesday, Moscow’s Defense Ministry released a statement confirming that the vessels were moving from the Arctic to Russia’s Black Sea base in Sevastopol. Anyone with access to a map and a pencil could easily figure out that passing the English Channel, which is perfectly legal, is the fastest route.

The top-notch new Frigate Admiral Grigorovich arrived to Sevastopol after a month at sea from its construction and testing site in Baltics.

Quote
Muhammad Ali on his visit to USSR in 1978

“I’m very impressed by a meeting with Leonid Brezhnev. I find it hard to find the words… I am a simple American boxer, but I was honored to meet Mr. Brezhnev. I used to hear that the Russians are always threatening Americans, but I am convinced that this is not true. Brezhnev is a supporter of world peace”. Leonid Brezhnev, who during the WW2 fought against Nazis, gave Ali the book “The small land”. Ali called this gift “the best in his life”. “I’ll ask my friend Soviet Ambassador to the USA Dobrynin to translate this book for me”, Ali told reporters.

“It’s hard to believe, that such a peaceful country wants war. And Brezhnev, I never thought he was such a quiet and calm person. It is difficult to imagine that he can be the person who would start a war. I have not seen a hitchhiker on the road, and I have not seen a single beggar on the streets of Soviet Russia. I had never felt so safe: no risk of being robbed. I was told that there is no freedom of religion in the Soviet Union, but Muslims, Christians and Jews worship freely here. I think the relationship between our people is bad just because of false propaganda”.

I was a little nervous when I landed in Russia. I thought I’d see the country in ruins, with a crowd of gloomy people who think like robots, and intelligence agents, who would follow my every step. Instead, I saw a country populated by a hundred nationalities, who are living together in harmony.
