I don't know what was the problem for SONM team because from the beginning their updates are not up to the mark. They are completely delaying everything and they are not bothering about themselves by not responding to people question. They are not updating anything to the investors and to the bounty people also.
The problem was they were still having issue with investor bonuses and refund. But they already said if the problem has been resolved and they will start the distribution to bounty hunters since they already calculated all bounty stakes. Dunno what happening now. Yea all I can think of is that the bonus/refund situation must have proved harder and slower to resolve than expected. Many people bought their SNM literally seconds before bonuses were over. Some of these guys don't get it that other people were a bit faster and no bonuses were left for them. Now they're still crying for the said bonuses. Plenty of emails from scammers demanding refunds for money they have not actually invested also make the job harder as they have to go through them too. Would be good if the bounty manager can update us on the situation. |

the price is not very low, it was 70% for the week, and then almost -30% I would like some more lower -50 or else these guys I will tear off three skins. Yea, but the "shitty" thing is it only falls when everything else falls too. Meaning when I see cheaper ICN I'm like "Oh ICN has gone cheap, time to buy some, lets see how many I can buy". Then I do some calculations and it turns out I can always buy about as many ICN as I could have bought before the current mass sell off, cause my ETH for example has also gone cheaper  |

I'd see some point in selling if ICN was the only thing going down and there was something wrong with the project. But why sell now when the entire market is red and ICN is one of the few things with good chances of significant rise in the short run. Take out your money from ICN now to invest in what? Stratis? Waves? AntShares? Everything is going down. |

By "redemptions" I think you mean buybacks. As far as I know they'll be ongoing as long as there are profits from the platform to fund them. Price will be the market price at the time the buyback is being done. You can read about this and other topics in the AMA threads and monthly reports on the ICONOMI reddit, and in their medium page. |

The project looks good and most likely to be sucessful.Great one for this.
Actually ..no this project get a lot bad things ,and the token priece only 1/3 for the ICO price right now . That's meaningless. The project development won't get affected by the current low price of the token. On the other side when the project succeeds the token price will go up. Also we're just a few weeks past ICO end and there's still much things to be solved AND the ICO funds are locked for a month. We'll see what's what soon enough. |

Yes! Recently there have been numerous difficulties in gambling or even trading with in-game products, including skins. Valve for example is not too keen on having its skins be used outside of Steam and generating profits for third parties, so there are trade holds and other restrictions that make these processes long and tedious. Would be good if Skincoin can solve these issues.

now I will wait when will appear on Bittrex and then I will buy If you want to buy better don't wait for it (we don't know if it will be listed on Bittrex anytime soon). Go on Kraken and DO IT! It's almost like Bittrex are bitter that Kraken listed this one before them and are now refusing to list ICN just because... Polo on the other hand probably wants a large share of ICN in order to list them. The day this shady scam exchange stops being the go to place for crypto investors will be a good day for the whole community. |

A good start, I see already 67 million tokens sold, so about 11k eth. Minimum goal has been reached, ico time is still 16 days away. I am sure this project will be good and successful as planned. Good work for the participants who joined this project. Everyone hopes that ico is successful Minimum goal is doubled actually, even more cause it was just 5000 ETH, so the project will see completion. Any ETH more now just means things will be happening faster but I have confidence that the devs have done their homework and the 5K ETH minimum will be enought to do most of the work. |

Well, as anyone can see project is very active https://github.com/sonm-io/Factory/issues/3project will be an amazing success imho people complaining in here are 1.people that do not know that shapeshift has commisions therefore they have miscalculated 2.people that believed they where fast enough (not so much) 3.cry babies that want to take bounty and dump to earn 1 dollar 4.people heavily invested in other similar projects that feel threatened (rightfully) by sonm i like team and how they cope with all the above that they are doing their work let the code speak (behaviour Vitalik aprooved)  Indeed! Once the project is completed and running nobody will give a damn if some randoms received certain bonuses or not. This project will be completed, it's inevitable. We need bittrex in the short run so all of these crybabies can dump their tokens ASAP and be gone from this. Also seeing the lead dev on /b/ only reafirms my confidence in them. |

please update yourself on what ICONOMI is. it is more of a "what projects are using iconomi FUNDS TO MAKE a platform". Ok, what projects are using Iconomi funds to make a platform? And how much dividends does Iconomi pay per token? I'm not sure about your first question but for your second question they are doing buybacks rather than dividends. This increases the price rather than pay you something back. Are they already doing buybacks or plan to do it? Is there any financial report on previous periods (how much profit they earned)? I can tell you for certain that there was a buyback done in Q2. It was the first one. There was also a financial report in the first quarterly report I think back in May, I'm not sure some time passed. Check out the ICONOMI medium page, I think you'll find most of this there. Also check the AMA threads on the ICONOMI reddit page for other questions you have that may have been answered there. |

Damn I just read that on Slack if it's true then it's no wonder the price is so low right now, besides the bad start with the delayed bonuses and bounties I just don't like the lack of communication from Dev team with the community but at this point it's hard to tell whether or not they'll deliver on the roadmap.
What lack of communication? The community manager answers questions in Slack daily and most of the devs are available on Telegram. Including the project leader. How are the delayed bonuses and bounties related to the good fundamentals of the project? SONM has good fundamentals and tons of funding. They can't fail, they may screw up a couple of times(like every crypto business does) but in the end they will be succesful and holders will be happy. |

nope. only way it would ever get to that level is if the platform was a failure. news that beta was a success will probably it the ICN price today, so you should probably buy and hold. don't think of it as getting at $3, $4, or $5...the price will be much more than all those and when $30 you won't care if you bought at $3 or $5. Just curious, not trolling I read about ICONOMI at december 2016, i was excited form the project and sold other tokens from my portfolio to buy ICONOMI. The platform lunch was sheduled for 26.12.2016. After that it was dellayed for early q1 2017. At 31.03.2017 nothing happens and the price drops. At that time I could invest in other tokens like stratis then sell it and back into ICN but didn't do that because preffer to keep my icn tokens. At every anouncement and AMA session the price of ICONOMI dropped at least 50%.In that way I failed to make some good profits. At last AMA was announced that the platform launch will be at 01.08.2017. I was tired of waiting and constantly seeing postponement of the launch and sold.... I won't go as far as calling names, but I will say your actions make no sense and you give an example of bad investorship. What more do you want from what we currently have? We have open communications with the dev team. We have dedlines met and milestones achieved. We have a deadline for the platform release, and it's soon. We have ICN going X42 since ICO at its ATH a week or two ago. What does it mean to be tired of waiting? I don't get it, we're making money, how is this tiring? Maybe you could have gambled your money on ETH in the meantime and made roughly the same returns, but nothing is certain there, so doesn't seem too wise of a choice. |

I was expecting a huge rise in ICN price after platform release.In august when it will ce open to geberal public,it will be $10 per icn so if you can buy even now it is a good investment
If the bear market is confirmed, I don't see much happening to the price, ICONOMI is one of the project i have seen that doesn't respond well to good news. Well if they don't want to buy after the 1st August platform release, then it's their loss. That means more tokens burned with buybacks, so in the end it's still going to go up even if plebs ignore it. |

I look at this thread on my lunch break, and it is just comedy hour every day.
First off, I am a software engineer. I run IOT front end, middleware, QA and ops teams. My team is about 60 people. Given SONM team is about maybe 15% of that, it is unfathomable to think they can support hundreds of people on an individual basis, much the less in a couple weeks. The ICO was fine. Some people are idiots around here. There were some honest mistakes in the ICO as well. However, there is no indication from anyone on the SONM team that they aren't committed to resolving all problems that they are culpable for. Let's face it, i think there were some 8000 unique addresses tokens were distributed to according to the ledger. Maybe theres 50 complainers? Thats barely over 0.5%. So stop with the FUD already. I mined cloak coin both on the first failed and second launch back in 2014. It was a catastrophe. Team sold out. I lost half my coins in the Mintpal scam. I felt the best technology would end up winning, and now CLOAK is killing it. Again, small team there.
Second, the people who are complaining around here really have no idea about the technology and are just looking to exploit the coin for a quick profit. Its hilarious that people think this is a crapcoin, yet they have no idea what anything means in the whitepaper. I've run on prem instances of IBM MessageSight connect servers, I've scaled blade servers, I've migrated everything to Microsoft Azure. I understand the problem. Its a real need. Golem isn't going to cover everything. They also received way less funding ... What do you think is going to happen in 5 years when every single car produced is connected to the internet? Who is going to manage that bandwidth and load?
But what do i know? I just live this every day. Thank you HoraceHippo for this reasonable and wise comment. Probably one of the first of this kind in this thread. I'll be quoting it so "When Bittrex" kids can potentially see it, cause you know they can't read anything unless it's on the last page and right in their face. |

Question from a non-ICONOMI user.
Is there any benefit from holding the coin? I see there are no stakes/mining/masternodes, so what does it actually benefit for the user for just holding it?
The token itself will be used for certain operations on the platform in the future. Other than that the biggest benefit is the fact that they are buying back and destroying tokens using the profits from the platform, meaning its price will go high as hell because supply and demand. |

Can't believe there are still people selling at this point  BTW imagine how happy must Kraken be with how all this went out. They have one of the top 20 coins which was even arount top 10 a few months back, almost all of the market cap of the token is there. Bittrex and Poloniex should already be hanging their heads in shame for missing out on this. |
