WARNING!!!

Newbie selling top generation phones at cheap prices but unable to provide proof!

Calling this a scam until proven otherwise! Proceed with caution!

I fell like to put this claim to shame, OP would need a video showing the legitimacy of the device.

I have seen fakes go around the forum before, some guy got jipped on an s5 or s6 and was selling the fake off, but advertising that he was jipped and it was a fake phone.

1607  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Did you earn some bitcoin today? on: September 21, 2015, 10:30:07 PM
I earned some money by working and converting USD to BTC. $10 each week on coinbase.

Also still working on getting referrals to coinbase. Both helping me and a user ^_^
1608  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Q] Antminer S2 Cooling. on: September 21, 2015, 04:01:01 PM
Hi everyone!

I'm new here and i'm willing to start mining bitcoins.
I have this "Antminer s2 ASIC USB Chip". Is cooling necessary if not overclocked?

-Thanks & Sorry.

Cooling is almost as necessary as the air we breathe for mining. Chips can get anywhere from 30-60C from my experience while mining.
1609  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [∞ YH] solo.ckpool.org 0.5% fee anonymous solo bitcoin mining 100 blocks solved! on: September 21, 2015, 05:03:29 AM
I would love to know if anyone has hit a block with high hash rate 500th or more from nicehash etc i know this has been discussed but phillipma didnt say what kind of hash he had when he found one with there service or how long ago... just wondering as i've spent a few thousand dollars and have had a highest share of 4g which is pitiful with 600-1200 th/s for 6-10 hours at a time Cry Cry
After about 4 different tries with 2.5 to 10 Btc per try from a group, we got very lucky on 400TH I believe.
1610  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: How do I buy a block to my address ? on: September 21, 2015, 01:36:43 AM
I'd say just rent out 5PH from westhash and mine against your own node.

Has anyone ever made a profit by renting from westhash and mining at solo.ckpool or only the miners at westhash make the money?
Simple statistics ... only the rental company charging a % fee is expected to make money out of it.

Block finding is random, so of course some win and some lose, but it will average out to only the rental company making a profit.

Oddly enough, that is blatantly obvious, but it doesn't seem to stop people renting ... ... ...

We had a solo group renting hash with phil, we got two blocks after a couple of attempts, was like attempt 3 or four. i think we got a tiny bit more than when we started.

Do you accept escrow? Like a trusted one such as OgNasty to hold funds for a couple of days so that the account doesn't get repo'ed?
1614  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to earn Bitcoins? on: September 20, 2015, 04:49:46 AM
Well if any new people are interested in registering for coinbase. (not trying to be one of those spammers, but hey might help)

They have a referral thing where if you register a new account and buy $100 or more of bitcoin, the referrer gets $75 of bitcoin.

I'd gladly share 2/3 or $50 with people if they message me before registering.

2 questions about the stats function

1) if I hit a winning share, say 75G, will my stats page ever actually show that? (Best share resets every time a block is hit right?)

2) is there perhaps a different URL that gives hash rates in raw numbers vs suffixed numbers? (2500000000 vs. 2.5G for example)?
1. Best share resets upon finding a block, so no.

2. No

I've been stalking this thread for months now and I still chuckle every time someone asks about features to the pool. Like adding something.

"Can we have comma's on the numbers?" "No."
"Can we...?" "No."
"But.." "No."

And it's funny knowing that these answers are always the same. Why? You want the fastest speeds with low resource usage(server-side resources), so that your block will actually be confirmed by the network.

Is it over?

Yea on his last auction he had same rules, so you win because your bid was before 1:00:00 AM forum time.

My bid was 2 seconds late and Gigglin was 15 seconds late
