1601  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Encrypted wallet.dat, lost password, any solutions? on: June 05, 2012, 01:58:02 AM
the password is quite memorable, which is why im surprised i misrecorded it- it is very long but a unique phrase and i must have misentered it twice while confirming it as my password.

so yes, i have a good idea of what the password is close to, and i would love for a reputable, trustworthy member to help me brute force it.

i will pay well Smiley

thanks again all

Why not search and find a password cracker that will brute force it for you, starting with your *intended* password?

I'm not familiar with any particular piece of such software, but I'm sure it exists, and is likely found with relative ease given a diligent search.

Feel free to send your bounty my way though. Grin

You would still need powerful hardware in order to crack it within a reasonable amount of time

I thought I already had listed the buyback price earlier. It's up there now. Most bonds can be repurchased buy the issuer. I don't see how they could guarantee a price at liquidation though.

Most mining bonds are perpetual mining bonds (they last forever). The only way the bond can be cancelled is by the issuer buying back, there is no liquidation as the bond holders don't own any assets, so it is a guaranteed price.
1604  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: SAVE THE FUTURE OF BITCOIN. STOP USING GOX AND DEEPBIT! on: June 04, 2012, 06:29:48 PM
Agree. I don't think using Mt. Gox is a bad thing at all. They have a nice infrastructure and website... and as far as big companies go, Mt. Gox is not a problem.

+1

We need to have big exchanges to be able to fight all the legal issues & pay for all the licenses etc that are needed to run a fully legal currency exchange. I do agree that a monopoly is bad, we need an oligopoly if we want the exchanges to survive.
1605  Economy / Securities / Re: [GLBSE] HydroMining Bonds on: June 04, 2012, 06:09:52 PM
As mentioned, if its a bond we don't care about your electricity price. If it becomes unprofitable to mine, most bonds will buy back the shares at a higher price.

Anyways I'm interested, mainly due to it being hydropowered. Is there a buy-back clause, and when do you plan to open the IPO?
1606  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: SAVE THE FUTURE OF BITCOIN. STOP USING GOX AND DEEPBIT! on: June 04, 2012, 04:44:02 PM
I think the real reason not to use deepbit is the MASSIVE fees. Many pools are fee-less, why not use one of them instead?
1607  Economy / Goods / Re: La la, la la la la, la la la la la AMAZON CODES on: June 04, 2012, 01:25:38 AM
You CANT card Amazon. No one can.

You're definitely wrong there. People can card Amazon GC no problem and many on the forums have.

LOL holy fucking shit you're an idiot.

Why did you tell him? you've ruined our fun
1609  Economy / Goods / Re: La la, la la la la, la la la la la AMAZON CODES on: June 03, 2012, 09:50:56 PM
I'm interested. Can you prove that you are reliable? I don't see you on the list of honest traders. Do you have any WoT ratings?

Well he's got 5 red X's under his name, thats sufficient.
1610  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for a Loan [25-100 BTC] on: June 03, 2012, 09:20:26 PM
You need more rep. I keep saying this but you keep trying. You can't expect anyone to do a transaction worth more than $50 with somebody with no rep.
1611  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How long until I can post outside the newbie area? on: June 03, 2012, 02:52:42 AM
You have to browse for 4 hours and make a few posts.

If you make your post in this thread, I'll quote it on the other thread for you, if you like.
1612  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Take Bitcoin by Scanned Check on: June 03, 2012, 01:24:52 AM
Working on an instant transaction engine on the Bitcoin->PayPal engine, mostly because I'm young, stupid, and can't take no for an answer, but the backbone is primed and it should be ready to go once I have some capital stashed away. (Donation PIMP!)

Bitcoins to PayPal never works. MANY have tried and all have failed and lost lots of money, take my advice and don't do it. I don't want to see another thread in a months time saying that PayPal have frozen your account.

Its against PayPal's TOS to do it and you will also have to deal with plenty of chargebacks from people paying with stolen PP accounts.
1613  Other / Meta / Re: Unjust scammer tag on: June 03, 2012, 01:21:14 AM
How did this get to 28 pages of posts?  Just pay the dude back and get over it.  I am sure if you did that the scammer tag would be removed.

I am surprised you have stuck around so long with that tag.  Have to give you credit for that.

Why not stick to it ?

I still consider I have done nothing wrong at all.

Been here since May 10 2011 and since prices of $0.58 and not planning to leave any time soon.

Just because Raize wants to blackmail me for 22.5 BTC to get the tag removed, I will not just pack up and leave. That is what a man without character does ( a scammer makes a new account ). For another example of this happening see terrytibbs guy.

For now, I don't give a damn about the tag anymore. I quite like it now.

When I will be trying to sell something then I will pay up but for now I enjoy the trolling in this thread and being the big, fat scammer.

Also, it seems A1BITCOINPOOL still is a scammin' so I have no reason to trust Raize until then and his "strange" methods to force others to pay up.

Since you are quoting all of my posts here why not start quoting all my posts elsewhere too Huh

I like to see the awesomeness that is me TWICE because that makes it TWICE as funz !

BTW if you haven't heard - I can't edit anything since I am a scammer ...

I'm new at litecoin but not bitcoin, where else can I mine litecoins at? Is it anywhere? like slush's or deepbit?

If not, could someone link up a litecoin pool.

If not to any pools around, then litecoin is dead?

You need to mine at a litecoin pool, a Bitcoin one is no good.

1617  Economy / Goods / Re: [SMOKERS] Introducing Cigs.eu - Buy Cheap Cigarettes with Bitcoins on: June 02, 2012, 05:36:38 PM
How long did you have to wait?
I've pretty much given up on my cigarettes ever turning up and I'm out 21BTC as a result.

I waited a couple of weeks and got no cigs, they told me to wait 35 business days, I waited that long, no cigs, sent them a couple of emails, got a PM back 3 days ago saying they would respond to my email soon, yet no response as of yet.

I'm out 21BTC as well and have been waiting since April, its pretty ridiculous. All I wanted to do was smoke a few cigarettes, lol!

Why can't we just ban Bulanula for being a complete jerksociopathically challenged individual?

Not against the forum rules to be a sociopath or a jerk.
