From what ive seen, all users who come here to claim 'sportsbet.io stole my money or froze my account' are already in regular contact with our relevant department via email. Its usually the stage where we produce the evidence of double spend or multi-accounting that those users come to these forums for a bit of a bash.
Why you run a service on this forum when you can't keep the matters like scam accusations against you transparent? And if you still wish you ban the users for whatever reason, you should pay let them cash out their money if not you're literally stealing it. I tell them no, I only have one account because it's the truth. They send me a message 2 hours later and say that I have created an account called "menahem911" and that it belongs to me. And that according to their rules, If someone has 2 accounts, balances will be blocked and his account banned. I still tell them that it is not my account that I have only one account called "carzobo". After 24 hours, they tell me that my account "carzobo" and blocked and the money suspended for making double spend on an account named "menahem911" that does not even belong to me.
